It was okay. I went in to get a diagnostic on my nissan murano vehicle for an issue that just happened Tuesday night. It is now going to cost my 1268 in repairs. They have to order the part and I will return on Friday or Saturday to have them complete it. ***update 1/30/22*** I returned on Friday to get the repair complete and the timing belt. Saturday afternoon I went to put gas in my car. The same problem I brought the car in for was still happening after I paid $1268 plus $150 diagnostic 24 hrs later. Needless to say I was not happy and called the service advisor back. I am scheduled to bring the car back on Tuesday. 2/3/22 They had to keep my car on Tuesday and provided me with a rental car. Wednesday I met the technician who worked on my car. He explained to me what he did and now the sensor had reset. They filled my car with gas and washed my car. My guage is working properly and it is under warranty for now. Thank you. 3.5 stars

I am so disappointed now. I bought my car from here yes it was pre-owned but it is only a 2017 and look at the paint. It is a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that I bought from the Kia dealership. I can't get anybody in service to return my calls and I won't be back now I used to like you guys. But I feel like I've been ripped off and sold a car that now I have to come out of pocket to fix paint that should not be chipping and peeling because it's a 2017. I've also read all over the Internet that this specific color paint for this is specific year of a Hyundai has had problems to the point where there's been lawsuits over it of course they lost because Hyundai is a big company but this is crazy for the consumer y'all need to do something about this don't sell this car they need to do a recall on the paint something you guys should be paying to fix this because I still owe $8000 on this car. Disappointed and disgusted to say the least. I would give negative Stars if it was an option.

Mico had us drive 2 hours to get a car that sold 5 hours before we spoke to him. He didn’t do his job by making sure the vehicle was still in stock before having us come. He also told us a price that they said would never have been possible. Liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go anywhere but here

I was really disappointed with the over charges!!! I had my oil change a week ago for $81 and a week after I got from mail and add saying the same service would be $68.88. And in Jan/2025 I had the same service for about $58. Inaceptable!!!

Went there one back with two of my friends and the guy that we were dealing with was rude and racist. Said the craziest remark to me old gentleman caucasian. First thing he says as I sit down is let me guess you have a 500 credit score to and I was like wow that’s crazy. He assumed I’m black and I have bad credit when I have a bachelors degree and above 700 credit. Never again! And the manager at the time just disregarded it and tried to upsell me.

First of all, why do you make an appointment and wait 2 hours 1/2 for an oil change I also heard that during the wait time, they give you a token to go get something to eat. In theirs cafeteria, I didn't get anything. I didn't need it anyway. It just the fast that some other people got it. I have to get up and ask to check on my car status. I can tell you that the people at the entrance where you drop your car need some customer service training . Also, why did you tell me that they wasted my car when they just wet it. I was not happy at all. Honda ..... embarrassing !

My car was under their care for eight days. Dropping it off took less than 30 min and i was in a rental in little to no time. In addition to the initial issues the car was brought in for, I also had my brakes done and one of the tire pressure sensors changed. I’m going to be completely transparent and blunt when leaving this review. The ONLY reason I’m staying with GMC after my 2024 GMC Sierra pickup blew the motor is because of my service rep Alan at this dealership. This dealership was 2 hours away from my home and my motor started to have problems when I was on a trip in this area. I immediately called the closest dealership & Alan picked up the phone. He told me to bring the truck in & he would do his best to get me back on the road quick. Come to find out my motor blew and I was in a rental for a couple days shy of a month. GM corporate was steps behind the communication Alan provided me. Good news, bad news, no news & even on Sundays…Alan would call and deliver it all! As painful as the process was, my 5 star review is solely based on the service I had with this incredible human being! Thank you Alan for doing your BEST to get me back on the road!

Nothing to say more than be CAREFUL. Let me state my issues, and I hope you all don't make the same mistakes. The sticker on this KIA Soul GT model was posted as a 2023 model. Now, I am a person who takes pictures, and I still have the pictures on my phone with the price for that 2023 model. However, after I signed the loan documents, I realized the car was a 2021 model NOT a 2023 as posted on the car. This is a BIG red flag!!!! My advice is to watch your paperwork CAREFULLY. For this (2021) car, not the 2023 as I thought, it was listed for $13, 615. and I wanted a payment within my means of $350 month. My credit is in the 600s, with no late payments, so they can't tell me it's my credit. However, when I got my 1st statement from the bank, I now owe $18,164 for this bad deal and an older car. I could have gone elsewhere and gotten a newer car for that price. Luckily, I have pictures of everything, including the deal number page. This is NOT the place I would recommend to anyone shopping for a car.

The worst experience. They sold me a car in November of last year. For 30500 plus tax tag and dealer fees. When I want to trade it in after 4 months and 250 miles only. The jacked up the price for the Honda civic type R 6000 over sticker and give me 18911 for my car . A loss of 12000 usd in 4 months and 6000 over sticker. I will never buy a car from them if it was the last day of my life. Careless people. They are non human. They are just nasty people. I don’t think the owners of this company know what is happening to their customers.

Not even a month and every single light on the dashboard came up and what’s crazy and why it sucks is because a month prior to buying the car I bought a car from Facebook for $3000 got scammed car blew up on me then a month later I go to a real dealership trying to get a car that won’t explode on me and then the one that I get from here literally does the exact same thing. Can’t even drive over 20 mph or the car literally won’t move. Stopped in the middle of the highway. The car wouldn’t even turn on after I turned it off.
