I have just gone to find out my CRV motor number. They gave it to me in seconds! Free of charge. Excellent service. Highly recommended. People make good companies.

The wait time for a quote is beyond ridiculous. Earlier today, I came to the service center when it just opened and all I wanted was a quote for my side window and I thought to myself that it would take at least 30 minutes. Unfortunately it took over two hours to get a small quote and there were people that came after me and left before me. It felt as if the customer service did not respected my time because the person that represented for me, was barely there most of the time. I really wasn't satisfied with my visit. I suggest you go somewhere else if you wanted something simple like a quote because this place will NOT respect your time.

This place is the worst place to buy a car. They don’t keep their word and they will mislead you. I had a very bad experience with Will the manager where he sold the car that we agreed on the price verbally pending the car getting serviced. I tried to call multiple times to find out if the car is ready so I can go and buy it, but I found out that car got sold. He should have ask me to put money down and not sell it. I guess their word means nothing They’re all wanting to make money, but they don’t understand an unhappy customer will tell all his friend not to shop at Coral Spring auto Mall.

Only the ambience gets two stars from me. I'm coming to this Honda Auto Service for the first and final time. Since many local auto shops, including Firestone, don't carry the latest AC system (1234YF), I took my 2016 Honda Civic in for a simple repair. They advised me to check out Honda Service instead, since they are the only ones with this system. The woman questioned me about the problem and my occupation for a few minutes. She informed me that the diagnostic would cost $184 and that additional fees would apply if there was a problem that needed to be fixed. After an hour, she returned with a quote that exceeded $4000. It's more about the work than the pieces, she remarked. Your AC may be licking, she added. This is far too much, especially for the AC, so I became a bit dubious and said no. She then offered me a $2000 discount and suggested that we consider monthly payments. I asked myself who would suddenly give away $2000. I got a somewhat dodgy vibes. I discovered my dash camera was disconnected after I left the area. Fortunately, a kind woman at Firestone provided me the number of a local car repair. When I brought my car there, the total cost including diagnostic and other components was only $140. They suggested returning within a week to confirm whether or not anything was being licked. When I returned a week later, nothing was being licked. I am glad to have saved $3816. Don't con folks, please. At Firestone, the woman who provided me the local mechanic vehicle repair saved me money. Almost two weeks have passed, and my air conditioner is still powerful and cool.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I brought up an issue with my vehicle, but it wasn’t handled properly or resolved to my satisfaction. Despite explaining the problem clearly, I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and the level of communication throughout the process was poor. I expected a much higher standard of customer service, especially from a dealer. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question their commitment to resolving customer concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Feels here really nice when the car is new and within the warranty period. You are the king/queen. Post that……..it’s something else. One of the rip off service centers in town! The Service advisors are terrible. They make a lot of commission on things they recommend. For eg they recommended a transmission fluid change every single service, which I did dumbly because I was not aware it was done. But they knew from their records that they did. I had leak in the rear main oil seal. It is an expensive affair but tops at 1800 may be. These guys added all surrounding seals replaced and also replace the cover and said can’t do it for less than 4 grand. Hendrick Honda did it for 1800. They recommended a Timing belt change again at a 100k. Even after I did it at 75k. But this one I knew. They do a 22 point inspection in like 90secs and worth nothing. But they come out with jobs costing hundreds. I just asked them to check the idling and the advisor said that’s not included and I’ll have to pay $159 for diagnosis. These guys take advantage of simple unaware minds to make money. There are much better mechanics and workshops who will do a better job for much lesser cost.

This place is an absolute waste of time and money. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and it took 4-6 hours—even with an appointment! Thinking an early weekday visit might help, I went at 8 AM, yet I still didn’t leave until 2 PM. If you go on a weekend, expect the wait time to double. So what’s the solution? Take a day off work just for an oil change? Ridiculous. Meanwhile, Jiffy Lube gets it done in 15 minutes and even offers good discounts. On top of the absurd wait times, the employees here will call you mid-wait with scare tactics: “We noticed your brakes are severely damaged! You need to replace them now!” And for just the front brakes? Over $600. Total scam. I took my car to Jiffy Lube afterward, and guess what? They said my brakes were completely fine. So not only does this place try to rip you off, but they also push unnecessary repairs to nickel and dime customers. To make matters worse, the employees have the nerve to get annoyed when customers—rightfully—become frustrated with the insane wait times and shady upselling. After six hours of waiting, one employee literally threw my keys at me with a dismissive, “Whatever, man, your car’s ready.” As if he's like get out of my face, you've been asking if your car has been ready for the past five hours. That was the last straw. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube ever since, and now I don’t have to waste an entire day or take out a loan just to get an oil change. Avoid this place at all costs.

Edited as a result contacted the below from the review asking to be contacted via email. No acknowledgment or even receipt of email just a generic response to review. Not surprised and No response really needed as this review is based off of several different occasions over the years with the service at this dealership. Save yourself time, money, frustrations and for a more reliable place by going to a different dealership for your car maintenance or repair needs.

The absolute WORST service in the world!! July 19, 2924, I returned my lease and George brought my new lease and told me I need a new license plate and he took my old one. Since then, utterly and with completely negligence, Honda sold my car and apparently sold my licence and I have been harassed with tickets from the FDOT, even though it is NOT my car!!!! We have been going from the police to the dealer and now WE are forced to file long reports because you cannot get the FDOT to answer the phone!! I just received a NEW ticket for 50$ and we keep paying fines just to get them off our backs!! Honda dealership could NOT care less and they were horribly negligent!! NEVER lease a car from this horrible place!!!! They are causing us endless hours of stress and frustration!!!!! The dealership should have taken the license plate and return it to the DMV! Not to permitGeorge to take our licence and get tickets and auction it off!!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I came in at 8 a.m. for a routine oil change on my Honda Civic, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Right away, I was quoted $95 for a basic oil change way above what I expected. After I questioned the price, the service advisor suddenly applied a “discount” to bring it down to $80, which still felt excessive and arbitrary. After that, I waited over three hours with no updates. When I finally asked about the status, I watched from outside as a technician just then pulled my car in to start work. Clearly, nothing had been done up to that point. When I asked the advisor again, he claimed they had been working on it for 40 minutes an obvious lie. What made it worse was that after I brought this up, he seemed to rush the service to make it look like progress had been happening all along. It felt like a cover-up, not customer service. Between the attempted upcharge, long wait, and lack of honesty, I have zero trust in this service department. I do not recommend Coral Springs Honda you're better off going elsewhere, or just doing a basic oil change yourself. German Palma sucks.

My experience is mixed. On one hand I had some complex warranty repairs performed here with no problems. But then I took my car for an oil change here and they left oil cap loose and now I have oil spills all over my driveway. They acknowledged the issue and fixed it quickly when I took my car back to service center. Still, I’m now a little skeptical about their quality control procedures.

The service manager here is horrible and that's putting it nicely. He is rude, combative, arrogant, and disrespectful. I spent almost 30 minutes arguing with him after he did not want to accept that they damaged my leather steering wheel while changing my dashboard due to a manufacturers defect. My kids were stranded from school in the first place due to them taking more time than was said without informing me but I was patient about that, but the thanks I get is an argument in front of my wife and kids and everyone else. He was flipping out that I was accusing his mechanic of this like it was personal, everyone makes mistakes even mechanics which I understood but just correct the mistake. I leased this car in December and had a previous issue which he did not want to help me with that I noticed a couple of weeks after purchase but I accepted his decision and the sales team was very nice and helped me. He seemed very angry then as well but I did not argue with him at that time.Even from afar, you see this angry service manager walking around and he looks wound up and ready to snap at anybody. My kids were crying and my son had to be at a Little League baseball game.10 years of loyalty and that's what I get? To top it all off he kept mocking my Christian faith over and over for bringing this issue to him, which I have on video from my dash cam and my son recording on his cell phone and I am contemplating how to proceed with this. I don't know if I can continue with Honda after this, the damage is done.

Came in for an oil change and left with a damaged car. After leaving Honda of Coral Springs service department I notice a noise coming from underneath my car. Slowly driving home because something was dragging underneath my car. Finally, making it home, I checked and the metal part underneath my car wasn’t screwed on. I couldn’t drive the car back to Honda because it was loose and dragging so bad. I called Honda and they wouldn’t do anything about it but blame me. They said I needed to replace the splash shield for $1200. The manager Ryan refuse to call me or take any of my calls. All they care about is making money and this is other way they scam a girl going to a dealership, trying to just do a simple oil change and waited 2 hours to do so. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and help.

I took my car to Honda for a wheel bearing service and was disappointed with the experience. The car was returned dirty on the driver’s door, and my dash camera was disconnected without any explanation or authorization. The service advisor, Troy, seemed rushed and mentioned that Honda was closing at 5 PM, which made me feel my concerns were not fully addressed. Honda charges more for service, so I expected a higher level of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not notice any difference in the service provided , and I am still hearing the same noise that led me to bring the car in. Overall, not a satisfactory experience at this time, I usually take my car to Honda to fiz any issue, and overall I had good experiences, which is why this Visit was disappointing.

Took my Civic here exclusively for routine maintenance for about 8 years and only had a minor problem one time (freon leak caused by a puncture after servicing that was not noticeable until I drove off). Although, they tried to deny responsibility at first, they did take responsibility eventually given the logic of the circumstance. I recommend you choose an advisor and stick with the one you like whenever you come here. I always scheduled with the same advisor for the first 6 years until they got promoted and even when I switched for the last two years they were still cordial and pleasant to deal with. Always do your own research on recommendations from the service team and discuss with the advisor before signing off on anything.

I have had good experiences at this dealership before, but yesterday was different . I brought my computer to get some work done assuming it would be as reliable as it has been in the past, I was wrong. But that wasn’t really the issue, my advisor “Sierrah” was rude from the time we arrived. At some point she even seemed to mock me. We ended up requesting the shuttle which had a long waitlist. When I picked up my car, the advisor was just as rude, only limiting to telling me my total charge. Very disappointed on how customer service has gone downhill. There were only two people who were nice, the gentleman who got my vehicle and the shuttle driver
