Upon arriving, I was greeted right away with no wait time. I dropped my car off for an oil change, and the maintenance was completed the same day. I had an excellent experience purchasing my car at Coral Springs Honda, thanks to my salesman, Champ. I didn’t have a ride to the dealership, and Champ made sure to arrange transportation for me, which I truly appreciated. This was the fastest and smoothest dealership experience I’ve ever had. I came prepared, and Champ also asked the right questions before I arrived, which helped move the process along smoothly. He even made sure I ate during the process, a level of care you don’t often see. Champ was very professional, communicated clearly with me, and worked seamlessly with the sales manager and finance team to get everything done quickly. Went in to look at new Honda Civic Sport Hybrid. Vladimir assisted me and was very helpful and informative. I couldn't decide on what color I wanted and he was very patient while I made up my mind. They didn't have the one I wanted on the lot, but Vladimir went and picked up the vehicle from another location himself and brought it to me. I recently brought my vehicle in for its first maintenance service, and I had a very positive experience overall. When I arrived, I was told the service could take up to two hours, but I was pleasantly surprised that everything was completed in about an hour. I was in and out quickly, which I truly appreciated. I don’t drive my car very often since I travel for work most of the year, so I was especially grateful that the technician checked everything thoroughly and replaced my battery at no out-of-pocket cost when they saw it was running low. That gave me great peace of mind. Luis, my service consultant (recommended by my salesman Roberto when I purchased the vehicle last year), provided excellent customer service. He made the process smooth and efficient and kept everything straightforward. I will definitely continue to see him for my future services. Overall, I had a great experience and appreciate the professionalism and efficiency. Thank you again!

Brand new car. The first oil change is complimentary which was great. Overall experience was good. Friendly, clean atmosphere. Friendly service. Everything was explained. Service time quoted was accurate. Only thing was they stated the car received a complementary wash but the car was dry and dirty. It was complimentary so I didn’t make a stink about it but it make me wonder if they did everything they said.

Still waiting on a call so I’ll go ahead and review. I brought my car in for the general maintenance of an oil change and a recall. I also had an issue with my windshield wipers not spraying. I have tried to fix this issue, so when I mentioned it and everyone immediately told me “Put water in it then”, this already had me a little on edge. I am fully aware of what is going on under my hood, I am a tech for a different company. After waiting the typical 5-7 hours for my drop off, I got the call to come pick her up. Now here’s where my blood started to boil. I paid for my service and received my keys. Upon inspecting my car, I noticed they did not even open the windshield wiper reservoir, let alone LOOK at it. It isn’t attached. You can see that the second you lay eyes on it. I proceeded to start my car up and well what do ya know, my wipers still don’t spray. I walked back in and was quite angry with the service. I was told to pull my car back into the service drive, where a tech came out and looked at my reservoir. This is when HE noticed it isn’t attached. I said “Yeah. I wanted that fixed.” Then they proceed to tell me pricing and how long it’ll take as if I wanted it that moment, at 530pm. I wanted it done BEFORE. Marking it completed on my invoice and inspection should get that tech fired. The part flew out on my way home after the tech messed with it in the drive. What a joke of a service department! The quality of service is quite poor. Still also waiting on the pics of my tire they claimed had a gash but that’s whatever. I am a small female. I play dumb, but I know what these techs do. As a tech, the inspection performed on my car was absolutely appalling. You could’ve gotten money out of me if you fixed the actual issue instead of quoting me four tires. I brought my car in to a mechanic nearby to confirm the oil change was performed, considering they didn’t even glance at my reservoir. At least I did have a complete oil change, but that’s the bare minimum. Would love for the service manager to contact me, but that seems impossible.

My broker and longtime friend, Adrian, has been helping me with my vehicles for the past 15 years, and once again he went above and beyond. This time, he helped me sell my 2020 Honda Accord and made sure I received top dollar for it. Thanks to his expertise and attention to detail, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. I then leased a 2026 Honda CR-V Sport-L Hybrid, and Adrian worked hard to secure a great deal and make everything smooth on the sales side. I also want to thank Alex, the finance manager, who made the paperwork quick, transparent, and easy. No pressure, no surprises. Just a professional and efficient experience. I found the whole experience totally different from my previous experiences of buying a new car. If there was pressure to buy I didn't actually sense it. It was me that needed a vehicle and I only like to buy new cars but I didn't think I would manage to afford it but after some other people that spent time and patience with me I met George Molina and I have to say he went above and beyond the call of duty with me and my wife. I'm extremely grateful for him and all of the professional staff I met there. Even the finance gentleman wasn't like my previous experiences. He was kind, polite and warm hearted. We had some delays but I believe alls well that ends well. I don't know if this is the last car I will own in my lifetime but if I live long enough and my driving skills are still intact I would be honored to own another new Honda from this dealership. A few things that surprised me though. The sales people don't get new cars to drive like other dealerships I've known. And one personal complaint is that I think I need to go there to have a class to show everyone how to fold paper properly. Lol. I'm particular about that and I know they handle a lot of paperwork but for fussy people like myself I ended up re-folding my documents. However the sticker from the car was straight off the window in one piece. That was unusual that I liked. I probably need a lot more space to get into the technology incorporated into today's vehicles as well as the two test drives I had of different car models and they rode as smooth as silk. I've owned many cars in the past but I was amazed by how luxurious the ride felt in the 2026 models I tested. I'm very impressed so far and I haven't had a chance to learn more about my car since I brought it home. I'm eager to read the owners manual and drive it some more. I would have to say that I highly recommend this dealership to see if you can relate to my experience with them.

My experience with Coral Springs Honda's service and rental department of a Honda CRV was superb . Our Honda Ridgeline vehicle was returned after vehicle engine, brake and oil change service. I will definitely return and recommend in the future for alll major service and oil changes. Here is a picture of service being done.
