I was initially excited to have my accident-damaged car repaired at A1 Body Shop of Coral Springs after reading reviews. While I appreciated the friendly front desk staff (Tia), the towing service, and the exterior bodywork, the overall experience left me disappointed. Poor communication, a lack of attention to detail, and repeated dismissals of necessary repairs—because the shop assumed my insurance wouldn’t approve them—made the process frustrating. I had to return three times for issues that were caused by the accident but were either overlooked or ignored. Management made me feel as if I was lying about my car’s damages to manipulate insurance, which was completely untrue. When I picked up my car the first time, error lights littered the dashboard, the front tires were shredded, and a cracked exhaust pipe was leaking—all things overlooked by the shop. After bringing the car back, I was told the pipe was damaged by wear and tear, not the accident, and the shop never submitted it to insurance. A different repair shop later confirmed it was accident-related and should have been covered. Additionally, A1 Body Shop overfilled my transmission fluid, potentially causing future issues—another expense I had to cover elsewhere. My advice: Don’t let A1 Body Shop’s staff convince you that your insurance won’t approve necessary repairs. They gaslight customers into believing what suits them, rather than what’s actually true. I won’t be returning.

“Terrible service. Irresponsible employees — if you go without a man, they act like everything is your fault. They were working on my daughter’s car and were too lazy to properly install the bumper because they said they would need to remove it again in a few days to replace the headlight. While my daughter was driving, the bumper came off on the road because it was attached with only two clips, and they blamed her. I told them I would file a complaint for professional negligence because they put my 19-year-old daughter in danger by giving her an unsafe car. Make sure you stand your ground and don’t let them deceive you. I spoke to them very firmly, and I recommend you avoid their careless attitude as well, especially toward women, because they think women don’t understand anything about cars — which is not true in my case. Be attentive and careful with them.”

I honestly recommend this shop. Tia is always smiling perfect for front desk she is very understanding and go out the way to help. Josh came out looked at the car solved one of the problems which was an easy fix. For the other problem he had to call the manager to look at the other part Mathias the manager came out very helpful explain what it was and how he can fix the problem he then call Diego the repair guy he came over and explain what is needed to be done. They help me get the problem fix in a timely manner. I really appreciate the great customer service from A1 body and glass you can’t go wrong with this shop trust me. My car is brand new again.
