I came into Firestone with a flat tire, and the team was incredibly helpful from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue and helped me find a suitable replacement for my run-flat tires. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient—I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Great service and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service, lack of transparency, and lack of accountability at the Firestone location on University Drive in Coral Springs. We brought our car in for service that was not completed in a timely manner and required multiple follow-up calls just to understand what was going on. Marquise and his team were unprofessional and often provided conflicting or inaccurate information. When our coolant system sensor alarmed, we were told the car needed several repairs totaling approximately $1,800. However, we were never provided with photos, documentation, or a full inspection report to show that these parts were damaged or that the coolant level was actually low, despite requesting this information. Less than a week later, the sensor alarm went off again. We called the location multiple times and were repeatedly told the manager would return our call, which did not happen until I contacted Firestone’s central customer service line. When the manager finally responded more than a week later, we brought the car back in and were told there was rust/corrosion on the sensor. They simply “brushed” the sensor and said the issue was fixed. Shortly after, the sensor alarm came on again. At that point, staff told us they could not fix the car and advised us to take it to another repair shop. When the manager eventually spoke with us again, he stated this was a common issue with this type of vehicle. This raised serious concerns, as we had already been charged $1,800 for repairs that may not have been necessary—especially if they were aware from the beginning that the sensor itself is a known faulty component. The repairs were supposedly under warranty, yet no accountability was taken. We never received the requested inspection report or documentation. Additionally, my interaction with the manager, Marquise, was disrespectful; he stated he would only speak with my husband, even though the car is mine. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he ignored my request and no contact information was provided. This location demonstrates a lack of professionalism, accountability, and transparency, and appears to charge customers for unnecessary repairs. I would like to speak with a corporate manager or supervisor to resolve this issue, as my experience with Marquise has left me with no trust in his handling of this matter.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Terrible Experience I’ve been sitting here since 1:00 PM and it’s now 5:06 PM — over FOUR HOURS — just to replace TWO tires. This is completely unacceptable. What should have been a simple, straightforward service turned into an all-day nightmare. There is absolutely no sense of urgency, no communication, and no respect for customers’ time. I came in for something basic, not a full engine rebuild. Waiting this long for two tires is beyond ridiculous. If you value your time, DO NOT come here. This is the last place I would ever recommend to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually knows how to run a business.

The manager Marquise was very professional and took care of me right away. I needed new rims and tires installed on my truck. Initially, he had several other vehicles ahead me. He took care of me right away because I could not leave my truck. My new wheels and tires were installed quickly and I was on my way. Thanks Coral Springs Firestone. Great Job!!

Arrived at 11:25 and left at 3:05 PM. I came for a flat tire, tire rotation, wheel alignment. After 2 hours waiting the vendor came to let me know my battery was not working and I needed a new set of tires for a total of $1205. I decline the services and asked for the alignment, and tire rotation since my tire apparently could not be fixed. I asked for the copy of the alignment report, it was not provided at first. I paid for the tire rotation and I had a lifetime warranty on the wheel alignment. I went to small tire shop and the tire was patched in less than five minutes. The tire was never rotated since they left it in the same place the flat tire was when I came in. When I went back to the store to report that the tires were never rotated and I didn’t received the wheel alignment report. I asked for the manager Mr. Marquis Ingram he was not there. When you come to a big chain store you expect at least for the services you paid to be completed. I felt so abused, the vendor, only tried to sell me a expensive set of tires and a battery and nothing was done to my car in 3.5 hours, if it was not because I went to the small tire shop to get the tire fixed, I would have never know, nothing was done to my car.

This was my first and last experience with Firestone on University Dr in Coral Springs. Not a good first impression. I ordered a tire through them to be installed. Last Friday, I had an appointment at 3:00pm to install ONE tire. I finally got a call from Noah at 6:16pm saying the car was finally finished after almost 3.5 hrs to install a single tire. I show up at 6:30pm to pick up my car (they close at 7:00pm). I was paying with cash. Noah asked if I had a card I could use because he already closed out the register (30 mins before they even closed!!) knowing I, a customer, still had to pick up their vehicle. I said no and that I had to pay with cash. So then Noah was pissed and frustrated and didn’t even try to hide his frustrations. He tells me hang on to see what he can do. He walks away from the front counter through the shop and left me there waiting for about 10 mins. He finally comes back and asks me again if I had a card to use. I told him I need to pay with cash. He then asks what is my bank which is none of his business and had nothing to do with this transaction. So being pissed, he slowly continues to turn around in his chair and gets cash out of the money bag that was there the whole time to give me my change. He then puts it on the counter (almost slamming it) in front of me without even giving it to me in my hand. He then turns back around with his back facing me in his chair. Didn’t bother giving me a receipt. I stood there for a few seconds and finally had to ask him for a receipt/ work order. He prints it and rudely gave it to me. He didn’t say anything, no thank you, no have a good night, no response at all. My son told him thank you and I said he doesn’t deserve a thank you. Noah’s customer service was unbelievably unprofessional. He was pissed at me for no reason. It’s not my fault he closed out the register way before closing time and before a customer came to pay. It’s not my fault it took them close to 3.5 hours to install ONE tire. Noah needs learn how to be professional, courteous and change his demeanor if he wants to work around customers. Unbelievable experience and will never go back there again.

I had such a great experience at this Firestone location. Jacari went above and beyond helping me with my oil change—he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the whole process stress-free. I also want to shout out the store manager, who set the tone for the entire place. This location doesn’t feel like a big chain at all—it feels like a neighborhood tire shop where people actually care about their customers. You can tell there’s pride in the work and real attention given to each person who walks in. I couldn’t afford any of the add ons at the time but because of Jacari and the leadership here, I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Thank you for such a positive experience

Dropped my car off around 12 for an oil change. Did not expect a quick turnaround and was told 3 hours. Came back at 4:15pm and waited until almost 6pm to get my car. AFTER I checked in and while I was ten feet away, they called me and left a VM while I was on the phone with my children to suggest other things they wanted to do and obviously could not be done that day. I told them I needed to pick my kids up at 4:45 and was assured it would not be a problem. Instead, several team members spent 30 minutes talking with a woman about putting racing oil in her car and did not even end up servicing her while my car sat up on the struts with the wheels off. ON top of that, left and my tire pressure monitor indicates I now have a low tire pressure, which was not present before. Have been a loyal customer for many years but will not be returning and will make my experience known.

Went with Suredrive tires because of cost and not a high mileage driver. The main thing is that when I get the alignment check, I never get a report. ON THEIR WEBSITE ITS STATED A REPORT IS PROVIDED FOR THE CUSTOMER. Can this be done from now on? Car was not done at promised time but the work was fine.....just hope there was an alignment done......

I had an excellent experience at Firestone in Coral Springs! Kenly, the service manager, was absolutely amazing. You can tell he really cares about his customers and his team the whole staff worked together so smoothly. Kenly made sure everything was explained clearly, kept me updated the entire time, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. It’s rare to see that kind of leadership and customer service these days. Highly recommend this location ask for Kenly if you want top-notch service!

If I can give them 0 stars we would. We will be filing a complaint. We took our Truck on Friday 1/16/26. For new tires and breaks. We have been loyal customers for years now. They never called and we had to call because their store was closing soon. When we called they said they needed to keep truck overnight because no one was available to work on it. We agreed and they kept it. Saturday we noticed no one reached out. We called once again. They said it was ready for pickup. We picked up Saturday only to make a U turn real quick because our break were not working. Who gives a vehicle without breaks working. Then they told us they would check. Sunday going on to 3 days now. They never called we called once again because it was close to closing. They said they had 2 vehicles ahead of us and were not able to work on it. That Monday they will have it done by 11am. We left the truck once again overnight. 4th day Monday they called to tell us at 4pm what we already knew and what work it needed. Keep in mind what they called to tell us was what we thought they were already working on. We ended up picking it up and will be taking it elsewhere. 4 days a vehicle was left there and no work was done and we kept getting run around. Shame on you for letting us drive the vehicle out of there like that to begin with. It's our daughter's truck who is a teenager. Shame on you for telling us that other cars are ahead. I'm sorry but if the vehicle was their for 4 days!!! By but that time no other car is ahead but ours. Dropped Truck 1/16/26 picked up truck 1/19 and nothing was ever done!°

Marquis is horrible. He tried to double charge us for the same work! He is NOT to be trusted. We will never be back. Well, unless Marquis is removed as store manager. Honestly, I would trust Kenly. Kenly truly tried to make it right, but as long as Marquis is there I don't trust this store. Call me when Kenly is the store manager or someone else and then I'll come back.

Called ahead of time to see if a tire was in stock. Was told it was and the wait wouldn't be long. 90 minutes later had to go to the counter to ask what's going on. They don't have the tire and the guy should be back with it in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, still no tire. Nobody at the desk even had the decency to tell us about the delay. Not a care in the world. 0 stars

I should begin by stating that I am a longtime customer of this location, so my review is based upon multiple visits over the course of the last decade. On this visit as I have on several occasions, I purchased custom wheels and tires from an online speed shop and used this location for mounting and balancing. Store manager Kelly was courteous, professional and attentive throughout the entire visit. He took a personal interest in my project and even took the time to introduce me to his service team. This is where I was introduced to Wayne the service tech who would be assisting me. Wayne and the entire team treated me not just professionally, but like a friend and fellow car enthusiast. More often than not, the personnel working at these franchise shops are just there for a paycheck and aren’t really “Car Guys”. Not here! Wayne took it upon himself to give my extremely expensive wheels the delicate touch and special attention to detail that I’ve come to love about this place. Excellent experience!

Kenly and his team continues to provide the greatest customer service without a doubt. I called this morning and talked to JB, and was welcomed in as a walk in for an oil change. It literally took 54 minutes, as there were 2 customers sitting already before me. Kenly is very professional. Kenly and his team is a great asset to Firestone! I've been a customer for over 10 years.

I would not recommend going to this Firestone location. In December 2025, a mechanic told me my car needed new tie rods. I brought the car in during March 2026 because the steering wheel was shaking while driving. When I arrived, I clearly explained the issue to the person at the front desk and told him that I just wanted to replace the tie rods to address the shaking. The employee suggested that I also replace the struts, saying it could help with the steering problem. Based on his recommendation, I agreed to have the struts replaced along with the tie rods. However, when I picked up the car and started driving it, the steering wheel was still shaking the same way it was before the repair. It actually felt worse because the tires were now wobbly. When I came to pickup the car, I spoke with the same gentleman. He did not mention that the problem might still exist, and he did not say anything about the steering still shaking when the car was returned to me. I asked if everything was good with the car, and if the car was realigned and the gentleman said yes. I called Friday morning and brought the car back in so they could take another look at it. After checking the car again, they told me that the inner tie rods needed to be replaced and that they didn't notice it on Tuesday even though the car was still shaking. They said they had only replaced the outer tie rods during the first visit. The problem is that the gentleman I spoke with earlier in the week never explained that there was a difference between inner and outer tie rods when discussing the repair. He told me they would be replacing the tie rods, which led me to believe the full repair would be completed. Instead, they only replaced part of the system and charged me as if the issue had been properly addressed. Overall, the car was returned to me still shaking, no one mentioned that the issue remained, and I later found out that the repair I thought I was paying for had not actually been fully completed. The ABS light went on after they claimed they repaired the car. This experience felt misleading and very frustrating, and I would not recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.
