USP Euro Car Care has been more helpful than my dealership! Will be coming here for every service from now on. I drive a 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia. 3 days ago I started the car and every error related to the electronic driving assistance popped up on my dash: Power Steering Error, Auto Start Stop Error, Lane Departure Assistance Error, Assisted Steering Error, etc. This would fix itself once I started driving for a bit, but on startup they would come back. I called the dealership saying that I think it’s either the battery or a wheel speed sensor, as I read online that these are the primary causes. Dealership quoted a $500 Diagnostic Test & I would have to pay for the repair if it wasn’t cover by my 3rd Party Warranty. The dealership would not waive the diagnostic if it wasn’t covered by my warranty (3rd party warranty was purchased from the dealer itself). This is an outrageous price for such a gamble not knowing the exact root cause. Looked online and stumbled onto USP Euro Car Care. I called and spoke to Tyler who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I told him my situation and said they provide free battery check and diagnostic tests. I took my car in and they said my battery is fine and that the Driver side Rear Wheel Speed Sensor was the issue of the errors. Called my dealership again to ask if this was covered by my warranty, and they couldn’t answer nor could they check themselves with the warranty. I said screw the dealership. Told Tyler the situation and he said he can call the 3rd party warranty himself and get the info. Which he did, got all the info he needed and said the replacement can be done by them with the warranty. My god USP Euro Car Care is better than my own dealership. I am going with the repair through them, they said it can be done the same day. Better than waiting 1-2 days at the dealership. TLDR: USP Euro Car Care is better than my dealership, and Tyler was extremely helpful! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fair pricing on the services, when I say fair pricing it does not mean the most least expensive, it means the fairest price for the service done. If you want cheap go to another place. Their knowledge of European cars is second to none. This is literally a European car boutique service experience, which is what I wanted. They service the vehicles as per manufacturer requirements, cost half of what a dealership charges and you get the same result with more money in your pocket afterwards. What I really liked was they give you your car back cleaned. You just don’t see that at small mechanic shops. The location is convenient to travel to, and the customer service is amazing.

Very easy to do business with - they have in house loaners and reservations are easy as well. I went in for routine maintenance and had more issues than expected, but after completion of the work am very satisfied as the car performs as new, and it was well worth the expense (far less than a dealer). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again as the service was excellent.

It was my first time at USP and chose them due to Google reviews. They did not disappoint. I arrived early for my 8am appointment. They opened at 7:55 am! How awesome was that? Met with service tech and he had my reservation in his system. Came in because my right back window would not come back up. They explained the situation, the remedy and repaired the issue. They gave options about staying or coming back and even offered transportation options. Amazing experience! I brought car back for another issue a week later and service again was consistently excellent. They have free wifi, coffee, water and snacks while you wait. Also they have chargers for your phone. For me, it's about the little things. They even washed my car included in the service. Glad I found a shop I can trust. It's a great relief I can tell you that!

Needed my Range Rover serviced and my AC repaired (The compressor). Got great service and they gave me a loaner while my car was in the shop. They sent very detailed, but easy to understand videos of what was wrong with my car so there was no gray area. I was very pleased with the service that I got I would definitely recommend this facility if you have a foreign car that needs to be serviced and you don’t want to take it to the dealer. I also had a little body work that I wanted done on the rear of the car and they were able to arrange to have that done through them as well which was helpful! Thank you!

Great team of guys, glad I went to them with my Audi. Rack and Pinion was completely destroyed in my car. Tyler told me to get the car there and they'll handle the rest. Car was inspected and diagnosed within the hour. Quote was affordable and the OEM replacement was secured the next day from Audi. USP got rid of the codes on my dash due to the bad part, programmed my car and enabled the Audi Pre-Sense. My tires were aligned, and my car was cleaned. +++ WARRANTY. Only visited the shop once and that was for pick-up, Tyler sent me updates throughout the day when possible or at the end of the day which was reassuring. Car was towed their Tuesday, vehicle was ready Thursday, I'm still surprised. Beyond happy with the service and the overall outcome. No upsell, just straight to the point. I had the absolute BEST experience today at USP Euro Care Care when I took my Audi Q7 Prestige in for an oil change. I am very picky about who touches my vehicles because of bad experiences in the past with dishonesty or damage, but this location completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and honest — something that’s hard to find these days. The waiting area was spotless, with Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks, and even a comfortable space to work from if you bring your laptop. To top it off, they washed my vehicle after the service, which was such a nice bonus! This is hands-down the best European auto care shop I’ve ever been to. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back every 5,000 miles and for any other service needs. I forgot to mention the power cords to charge your cell phone!! It’s the little things that stand out!!! This place is awesome. Long story short, I my GTI had electrical issues on headlights and they needed replacing. They were backordered over 4 months and they kept me informed the entire way. I spoke to USP and the team more often than my own insurance company and got more updates from them than progressive. They worked with insurance and handled everything perfectly. I came from Charlotte N.C. I needed an oil change for The BMW . I spoke with Jake on the phone call I knew this was the place to go. Very good prices, clean and very professional.
