This is the second vehicle I have brought to Yosi for repair. The first was my 2011 Toyota Prius which needed work that Deerfield Toyota quoted mt $3200 to fix (the part alone is almost $2000) and Yosi did the work for $2500 and it has been perfect. The second vehicle was my 2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT. My previous mechanic stated my A/C needed a new control head which I went ahead with and spent $440. It did not fix my A/C. Then they said it was the "evaporators" and would cost $1600 to repair. I took it to Yosi and he said it was the compressor. I went ahead and replaced it, and it was $1100 and my A/C works perfectly now. This man is honest and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Zippy Lube & Car Care.

Went there yesterday for an oil change and they did not secure the filter properly. I parked my car in my sisters driveway and the oil drained from one end to the other end of the driveway. Immediately, my husband brought the car back to be repaired. Upon completion he asked about the driveway and the manager said to use degreaser on it. Unfortunately, the driveway is totally stained. I went back today to let them know their error caused damage to the driveway. The manager stated, there is nothing they will be doing to rectify the issue. I would never go back or recommend this place. I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs and filing a claim in small claims court. A business that can not assume responsibility for their mistakes should be put out of business.
