I just want to give a huge thank you to the amazing crew at Triple J Automotive on University and Shadowwood. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, honest, and completely transparent with me. They took the time to explain what really needed to be fixed on my vehicle, rather than just pushing everything that was recommended in the inspection. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. Thanks to their help, I was able to get my son safely on the road and off to college, something that means the world to me. Truly, this team has been a blessing. If you're looking for trustworthy, down-to-earth professionals who care, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you again, Triple J, you’ve earned a customer for life.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable and helpful with managing an AC issue that the dealership wanted to charge 5 times as much to fix. Good communication and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend!

SCAMMERS, LIARS, THIEVES. These people will overcharge you and justify it with a warranty. Ok no problem. But then they’ll install it wrong so you come back when the same problem arises. I spent $2k on probably foolishness 3 months ago, I came back because my car started overheating again, they claimed it’s none of the parts that they installed and that it was the head gasket, that it made more sense to replace the WHOLE ENGINE FOR $7k. Ladies and gentlemen, the car cost me $10k 3 years ago. I declined, and got a second opinion at Firestone for $20 (triple j charges $160). They said nothing was wrong with the head gasket and if it had blown as triple J alleged then the oil would be gray but it was perfectly fine. The mechanic said the only issue was that the thermostat was installed wrong. Who installed the thermostat? Triple J auto scammers. Once he twisted it in it ran fine. No overheating. They want to take advantage of women with no knowledge of cars.

Izzy was great to work with on our mutual customer’s claim. Communication was clear, everything was handled efficiently, and the process stayed on track the whole time. Always good to support a small business that takes pride in doing things right.

My partner needed his vehicle repaired, and we found this mechanic shop in the area. From the very first call, the customer service was outstanding. Huge shoutout to Thomas and Destiny for their patience in answering all our questions and for ensuring a quick, smooth experience. Also, thank you to the entire team, from the technician to the owner, for creating such a welcoming environment and providing excellent service. They even made accommodations to help him get around while his car was being fixed. I highly recommend this shop.

This is my 1st stop for ANY vehicle maintenance, or issues.. but, when I needed to learn how to remove my side mirror, to fit my truck on the Autotrain, Josh took time out of his day and made sure I was ready to do the job. You don't get that from a dealership or a chain service provider. I get that YouTube is out there, but Josh took the time to make sure I could handle the job on the fly. More than a great mechanic, this place is making long-term customer relationships. Love it!!

I was on my way to work when noticed I had a flat. Went straight to their location. They got me in and out in 15 minutes. No sales pitch for a new tire. I even made it to work on time. Will definitely go see them for any future issues. Ethel was amazing!!

I needed 4 tires for my car. The work was done the same day, and done well. And what I appreciated very much they were not trying to sell me the most expensive ones right off the bat. They gave me choices and explained the difference between them. It feels that this is an honest company that does good work at reasonable prices. I would very much recommend them.

We used to service our F350 at the dealer until their quality of work declined and customer service. We found Triple J 2 years ago and have continued to service our truck here. Ethel and the owner always take care of us and pricing is fair for work. We have had a TPMS light on for a while and were told from the dealer that the electrical chip from the truck was going bad and the cost to replace it was 2500. That is the time we left the dealer because we felt something wasn't right. Triple J just replaced the tire sensor and reset our light for $150 and we no longer have that issue. It's hard to find honest mechanics today but Triple J has not let us down and saved us thousands of dollars. Highly recommend them for service on your vehicles.

I took my truck in to Triple J Auto after having it to the dealer for a coolant leak. Josh did a complete evaluation of the cooling system and pointed out everything that was causing the problem and repaired everything the dealer had done wrong. It's hard to believe the dealer would make such ridiculous mistakes like installing hoses backwards and not tightening clamps but it happened and lucky Josh caught it and made it right. Having a service business of my own in Coral Springs with several trucks It's nice to have a local repair shop that is trustworthy and convenient. I will be using Triple J Auto for all my future repairs and definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks to Josh and all the staff at Triple J Automotive!

I have been going there for years. Josh, Ethel, and crew are not only professional, but deliver quality work. The new location is a little out of the way for me, however they offered at ride home while my car was being repaired. Every time I pick up my car I know that the fluid levels, belts, filters. etc. were checked without asking, it's just one of their good family owned things they do.

I have used JJJ over the years, and each time I had a 5 Star plus experience. Very professional and at the same time making you feel comfortable. Josh, Ethel and staff are come off as just nice people helping you out. Never had a problem what was wrong was fixed plus on all repairs they due old school and check fluid levels, belts, etc. JJJ pricing is acceptable not expensive and not cheap. If your looking for cheap go behind a storage place or Lauderhill. The new location is working and if you need to drop off your car I was told they will shuttle you, they did it for me. On a most days Josh will even give you a nice conversation. Their trust is earned without trying to sell you BS.

We did our due diligence before we took my wife's truck in by going over the extended warranty. Triple J was very thorough in documenting issues to the Warranty issuer and most items were covered. They recommended some further work that needs to be taken care of but didn't push as we had some time before brakes need to be done and we could do some of the work ourselves. Didn't try to push work on us. Prices were competitive, staff friendly and professional. We have another vehicle that needs maintenance are warranty work done so we'll be going back again. Good service is rare these days and greatly appreciated.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Triple J Automotive. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty they bring is rare these days. I’ve been in the automotive industry for over 30 years, so my expectations are high and Triple J exceeded them. They are extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and serviced my Jeep exactly the way it should be done. No shortcuts, no upselling, just solid, skilled work. It’s refreshing to find a shop you can truly trust. If you’re looking for a team that knows what they’re doing and stands behind their work, Triple J Automotive is it. Highly recommend.

Misunderstandings between people are natural. Disagreements are part of being human. What truly matters is how those moments are handled. I am not even going to focus on aspects that could easily be criticized — such as the absurd and unreasonable pricing for something as simple as replacing brake pads. A business has the right to price its services however it chooses, and I have the right to disagree. That, in itself, does not affect me. What does affect me is how a person in charge of an establishment , someone who should take pride in their business, uphold strong principles, and maintain professionalism, chooses to treat a client when a misunderstanding occurs. The level of sarcasm and hostility I experienced was unacceptable. It reached a point where I had to verbally express how intimidated and uncomfortable I felt. Psychological aggression is very real, and I can honestly say I have rarely felt as diminished and uneasy as I did during this interaction. I entered the establishment in good faith, friendly, smiling, and positive.. simply seeking a service. There was a misunderstanding. That happens. But the way it was handled was deeply disappointing. I was told my perspective was understood, yet the tone, delivery, and repeated microaggressions communicated the exact opposite. The “apologies” felt condescending rather than sincere. At one point, I felt judged, surrounded by hostile stares, while I was doing everything possible to remain calm, rational, and respectful. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the owner chose to intensify it. For a moment, I genuinely felt trapped.. especially knowing they had possession of my car keys. No customer should ever feel fear, intimidation, or humiliation while seeking a service. It is unfortunate that in this day and age, there are still business owners who believe this is an acceptable way to treat people. EDIT in response to owner's reply: My review was never about the mechanical findings or the estimate. The fact that your response focuses almost entirely on technical details only reinforces my original point, the issue was not the diagnosis, but the way the situation was handled and the lack of empathy shown during a simple disagreement. Technical explanations do not excuse dismissive or intimidating behavior toward a customer.
