I ABSOLUTELY love the fact that they sent a video showing what was done and while recording gave an explanation of what needs to be done. This is by far the most professional service department I've ever encountered. First of all, I was greeted with smiles and escorted to the proper person for my needs. The rep that assisted me, Connor, was phenomenal. He was nice, explained to me their process (since it was my first time), and maintained great professionalism. My vehicle was well cared for and finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place.

While I am not one who writes many reviews, there have been times where it would be a disservice not to compliment the competent and phenomenal service one receives. Today is one of those times. Today, I brought our Audi Q5 in for routine service and a few tweaks like wipers and "top offs" and within twenty minutes, Alia Galinis, the Assistant Service Manager came to where I was and after reviewing our service records noticed that there were no rotations done on our tires after 18k miles. perhaps that seems somewhat small for this type of review, I believe the mere fact she did a review of our services and saw it wasn't not done and how she communicated with me (and brought the technician out to speak with me as well) about the other small items I requested her to look at, simply shows an amazing eye for detail and unhurried assistance. In closing, I conceded this is the first time I was assigned to her (it's random if you don't request an advisor) and I am very appreciative of her help. The service dept won't disappoint and one hopes to assume if she is that attentive to customer service, then the rest of the advisors will be as well. Certainly Erica and Quinton in sales are, as this is our second Audi Q5 and if this visit is what's to come in the future when we come for service, then it won't be our last Audi if we decide to lease another. Why would we go anywhere else.. While nothing ever seems perfect in the car world (and many other worlds as well I imagine) our experience at Coral Springs Audi is probably about as close as it gets in my opinion... Thank you Alia, you deserve to be recognized, as well as the others above....John and Gail.

This place is dishonest. My Audi 2017 A6 has 47k running perfectly I take very good care of this car !!!! the only issue was the ACC warming and I dropped there . OMG took 2 weeks they microscopic my car finding several issues. Like 2 motor mount replacement $2,400 Oil pain gasket leak costing $ 2,535 and wasn’t any leak Control arm bush link $ 1,940 rear wasn’t bad my total cost $10,900 The extension warranty sent a inspector and they didn’t approve anything saying the car doesn’t have that issues besides the Driving assistance front cameraJ852 that causes the ACC not working costing $2,,349.63 was the only issue that needs to repair but unfortunately my extension warranty doesn’t cover cameras. When i pick the car up they charged me $415.25 for their diagnostic that’s ridiculous also my car was nice and clean when I dropped and when pick the car up was a big mess extremely hot inside on the hot Sun my black paint all dirty with tree sap and loaded with white stains all over my trunk and sides having hard time to wash n waxing that mess ! Very disappointing with this place !

Can’t say enough about this Audi Service Department. They are courteous, helpful, and very responsive and professional. They keep in touch with you as your vehicle is being serviced via text and direct call. When the work is completed, they send you a video of your vehicle and explain the work that was performed. Quick story: my car needed a particular part that was surprisingly not in the U.S. at the time, but they found 1 in a different location in the U.S. that wasn’t being used and they requested it to be sent to them for my car. I was shocked. Amazing customer service.

Brought my wife’s Q7 into Audi Coral Springs for the 40k service and had a really good experience. The team found a coolant leak and handled the repair under warranty with no hassle, plus they set me up with a loaner so I wasn’t stuck waiting. I’m extremely disappointed with the service department. Went in for a recall and figured I have them check out my coolant leak. They confirmed that it was the water pump and I agreed to the repair. Received my car back 5 day later. Car leaked coolant all over my driveway so I drove it back to them. They had to take it back apart because of tech negligence. So I got my car back yesterday and my washer fluid cap is gone. Reached out to them and got no answer. These guys don’t take pride in there work.

I was a customer in the service department but then left to Audi Fort Lauderdale because I could not get anyone in Coral Springs service to call or text me back. Even the managers would not respond! So I left for a while but Coral Springs was more convenient so I gave them another shot. They have enabled an AI receptionist / appointment setter called Lisa who was amazing. Much more efficient than the humans I was dealing with. The human that is my service advisor is Steve Meyer and he was incredible! Steve has a ton of experience with Audi and Porsche. Lisa and he and Lisa have restored my faith in this dealership!!!
