Wait can be maddening. And god forbid you just need a little air in your tires, those kind of services have a 20 minutes wait assuming they ever come around. I've been using Costco for my tires for ages and this location is by far the worst.

Today I got a flat tire and went to visit this center to get helped. I am a Costco member and was told by an employee that they only work by appointment. This is ridiculous and does not make sense at all. It does not serve the purpose of fixing flat tires as if I knew when I was going to get one. It was very inconvenient and upsetting.

The worst experience ever, don't even have words to describe how bad my experience was at the TIRE CENTER. it started since the beginning before installing my tires they ordered the wrong size and it cost me more money, I had to come twice, and had a problem for them to refund me the remaining balance. then when the rotation was due, I walked into the office and we were waiting for an hour after the guy came and asked for the membership which they didn't asked for at the beginning. We didn't have it, went inside to ask for a temporary card but gave me the receipt which I already had and said that this would work. we went back to the TIRE OFFICE and had to wait another hour just to see the representative. The service is horrible. I got quoted on a set of tired for my girlfriends car. And after this experience, I will definitely not be getting them here or referring this place to anyone. overall the worst experience ever.bad business and employees bad attitude make the long story short we ended up leaving and not having anything done. representative never showed up inside.

My Michelin Premier tires needed to be replaced way too early. My husband found the best available deal through Costco and ordered four Defender tires plus installation. The tires were delivered to the Miami Lakes Costco and setting up the installation appointment online was a snap. Once we arrived at the Tire Center, every employee we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. They even dealt with Michelin directly to expedite our prorated refund on the defective tires. I highly recommend this location if you are in need of new tires.

I could not be happier with the customer services I received from Andres Gomez at the tire services at Costco located at 16580 NW 59 Ave Hialeah. Quick service & very trustworthy, then I was transfer to Brandon D. He took care of my car needs, was able to set up an appointment, make an special order so I would have the tire as soon as possible, even though place was busy I notice he always show a great customer services and provided a nice answer to customers phone calls. Took one of my cars in for new tires. The car had perfect working brakes when I dropped it off at 9 am. When I came to pick up the car, I was told some liquid had poured onto the floor while it was raised, and they didn't know what it was. I didn't think anything of it, so I got in the car, started it, and when I put in reverse to leave, I had no brakes whatsoever I had to quickly put it in park otherwise I would of hit someone. How can they not know the car had no brakes? The pedal is hitting the floor.. Someone took the car out and parked it and didn't see this. I proceeded to file a case. When contacted by a Costco regional manager, he supposedly looked at a video and that the car came in with the brake hose leaking, BS... it was not, and if so, why didn't they call me before continuing to put those tires. I showed the manager that the parking spot had no oil leak marks, plus the manager gave me a ride home because I could drive it, and I showed him my driveway spot clean. I have 7 cars with tires from this Costco. Never again, I will take my business somewhere else. Beware!! Take pictures and videos of your car before using them or go somewhere else.

Great experience. Just left, and I was very impressed. For one, I ordered the tires from the site and ( once the tires arrived the store ), I was able to make the appointment online for installing the new tires. To my suprise, the store also called me and advised that the tires were in and offered me an even sooner appointment. Luckily, I was the first appointment and there was another walking right after me. Both of us walked out w our services done roughly 40 minutes later. Mind you, they advised it was a quiet day, but the staff was all amazing. I had a very good experience and if you value your time, book online and go from there! ( Update - Went a 2nd time and got more tires. It's been weeks and they still dead a great job on both visits. )

Ok experience, this location does not honor reservations. I had to special order my size tires. I showed up 4 days before the day I wanted to change them. I Ordered the tires and setup a reservation. I had a 1pm reservation for a busy day after a holiday. But the store never honored my reservation. I arrived 15 minutes before 1pm and they had 8 walk ins. I had to get in the back of the line and waited 2.5 hrs to change my tires when I had a reservation. Besides that everything else was ok.

Ordered 4 new tires and made a reservation for the installation. They honored the reservation time and installed the tires plus balancing in 45 minutes. Love the tire warranty and that balancing and rotation is included with the price. My go-to place for tires for the last 20 years.
