I discovered a screw in my tire, which is never a fun time. I didn’t know if it had gone through the tire or was just stuck in the tread. To be safe I decided to take into Tires Plus rather than to remove the screw myself and risk the tire going flat. I arrived about 15 minutes after store opening on Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by shop staff. I told them about the issue and they immediately took my car in. About 20 minutes later, the shop staff dropped a screw about a 1/4 of an inch long in my hand and told me a repair would not be needed and there was no charge for the service! Moments later I was on with my day. The store is very professional and efficient. I have had a great experience both times I have been here and plan on returning for all my basic car needs.

My appointment was at 9:00 am, at 8:59 they brought the car in for oil change and general inspection and not even 45 minutes later, all was done. Gave me some stuff to look for on my car as I have little engine sounds, very friendly and good service. I would recommend this place for sure and will be a returning customer.

Very Professional and very reasonable with regards to the pricing as I did call other places before I showed up. Called and spoke to Rolando who was very professional over the phone and was very accommodating in working with me to make sure the tire change would be done today considering that I was requesting specifically the OEM tire. Although the tire wasn’t in stock he told me he can get it here no problem and take care of the whole situation the same day. I really appreciated the fact that Rolando understood my situation and was willing to work with me to get it done all in the same day. Hopefully don’t have to be back soon but if I do I will definitely be asking for Rolando again.

I went to this Tire Plus after getting a nail in my front tire. They fixed it, but the tire pressure light and service tire monitor message stayed on. A week later I returned, bought two new tires, and paid for a full alignment, even though they later admitted the rear can’t be aligned. They still charged me for a whole service they didn’t perform. When I got home, the warning lights were still on. I called to ask, and was told a sensor was bad and that I should replace all sensors for over $180 each. The employee also laughed at me on the phone and was impatient not wanting to listen to my questions, and wouldn’t answer some of them. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I was just trying to understand, but I felt dismissed and disrespected. I don’t mind paying for honest work, but I do mind being charged for services not performed, unsatisfied services, and being treated poorly. I would not recommend this location.
