This place is horrible. I took my truck over there and after two weeks telling me they will work on it, I had to picked it up, because they did not look at it. They are extremely unprofessional.

This company stalled my business for 3 weeks constantly pushing off my truck making excuses with no urgency to get the work done. It was obvious they didn’t want to do the job and I ended up having to pay a tow truck a second time to get it out of there. Also overcharged me for a transmission job that didn’t get done right. Came out of there leaking. It’s still under warranty but I wouldn’t go back there if there was gold being given away. These people don’t keep their word.

I called for a qoute for a f350 2004 some guy name rollie calls my line and tells me 3,500 to rebuilt my transmission will be the cost with out me even bringing in my truck to be checked in person..... first of all I find the price super expensive and second you guys never checked my truck in person .... I recommend other tranmission company's like father and son got better prices...better assistance. Anywhere else but rainbow sound to me like thieves

I bought a transmission from them with a one year warranty, well month or two before the warranty was up I started having problems with the transmission so I took the truck back being it had a warranty, the truck sat basically till the warranty was up, every time I called the owner Rollie was always on vacation, long story short they basically did not honor the one year warranty and told me my truck would stay running so there was nothing they could do and they are not mechanics and don’t work on trucks. Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone ever.

This company is very humble the owner is very knowledgeable my dad took his truck in thinking it was the transmission or engine and it turned out to be something else. The girl (can’t remember her name) in the office was very sweet and attentive and called us once it was ready. Everyone there was very nice the place is very clean and well kept will be bringing our truck to them again.

We’ve taken all our trucks there for transmission rebuilds and never ever (over 5 times in different vehicles) have they ever delivered the truck when promised and have ended up taking weeks to completed making me have to return trucks to work. Now for the past 2-3 trucks they’ve worked on, we’ve had to go back because they were repaired right the first time and taken weeks again to repair under warranty. Don’t recommend this company at all.
