Don't waste your time coming here. The service is horrible!!! They open at 7am and people were already lined up. I got there at 7:15am and I took a Number (9). Nobody working there acknowledged anyone there or even gave instructions. People were arriving and asking other bystanders questions because the 3 guys working there were too busy taking their sweet time and talking to one another. At 9:30, one of the guys asked me what number I had and then he started trouble shooting my ac system. My vehicle stayed there for four days and they charged me $2100 with taxes and the AC is still not cooling how it should be. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.

Brought a 2005 Thunderbird and when they checked told me the car has an electrical problem because the compressor did not start. Obvious. They recommend me to go to another place. Not even check the fuses. Update: went Express Tires and the problem was the main fuse for the AC was missing. Solved.

I had an incredible experience with Eagle Overhauling. I went yesterday as I had no cooling in my car, and they immediately addressed me and my problem within 20 minutes of being there. After that, I scheduled to bring in my car the next morning. I dropped off my car at 8:30am and it was ready before 10am! This was very fast for the service I received. They held my car until I could come pick it up, and the checkout was an easy transaction. I would highly recommend Eagle Overhauling to all!

I can’t thank my friend Arthur enough for introducing me to this shop! The a/c on my Jeep needed a new evaporator. We had an “air condition” problem, so we thought. We went to Eagle Overhauling to get an estimate to correct the situation. We went to the office to get directed to the repair shop and to see if the owner was still there. To our surprise Jorge was still there. We were directed to the repair shop, before could stop the car fully we were setup for a diagnostic assessment by Bailey. This young man was kind respectful and helpful. After working for a few minutes; he called another man to help since other customers pulled up for service. The end result was, we would have to seek another kind of repair at an auto electric shop which resolved the problem. This young man dealt with us honestly.(rare today) We appreciated how we were treated and the problem was resolved. He is 3rd generation in this industry. All we can say is”ask for Bailey.” Btw, we have been coming here for over 30 years and the service is still good. Thank you Eagle Overhauling!

I went to Eagle to see they were going to charge the a/c on my Lexus 350. They served me promptly. They didn't give me not run around. They fixed it and they charged me next to nothing compare to the 2700 to 3200 dollars prior to see them. Go straight there and see Lori. Do not waste your time anywhere else.

Stay away from this business, this is just a name. They charge you an estimate of $100 plus 3.5% if you pay with any credit card. They don't tell you that there is a 3.5% charge for using a credit card. There are more options in this city of honest businesses that don't charge you an estimate or extra charges for using a credit card. They gave me an estimate for the evaporator of $1,300 plus labor and taxes, and it wasn't the evaporator.

A mousy-elderly-bulldog-faced-clerk-with-glasses-and-a-goatie sitting at the window didn't have the decency to look up at me while I waited to get helped or even when he responded to any of my inquiries! After a long wait, he mumbled something and when I said "Excuse me," he asked "What do you want?" I explained that my a/c was blowing hot air and he pointed at the wall to take a number -- without looking at me. When I asked how long was the wait, he replied — while looking down at his paper — that the sitting area (he nodded to his left but which was not visible to me) was full of people waiting to be seen and he waved his hand over his head to what I interpreted as a long time, and then he mumbled, "Over an hour." Being that it was past 3pm, I inquired what time they were open til and he said 5, but last one to be seen was 4pm. I asked what time they open tomorrow and he replied 7am. I placed the number back on his desk and told him I would be back at 7am. He never once looked up at me during our interaction. That was the worse customer service I've ever encountered, and to think the business owns 3 corner lots at that intersection is beyond me!!! How did they make it so far with such poor customer service? Do the people just take it? As I went back to my car, I decided NOT to take the mistreatment from Eagle Auto Air Conditioning or anybody else. Besides, there are plenty of a/c repair businesses in town to settle for this wretched and undeserving place. I forewarned you. Stay away.

We have been using them for years to repair lines for our high end car restoration shop. Today I had to take a customers car into the Service side and it was the biggest mistake. Every single employee in service is extremely RUDE, LAZY and have zero customer service skills. They are all just standing there and tell everyone that shows up to take a number. In the hour and half I stood there they did not call a single number. Just worked on the cars that were already there. The employees just stand around playing on their cellphones. I witnessed the manager lie in front of my face to a female customer about the repair on her car. I know he was lying to the female customer as I am an ASE Master Technician with 30 years of experience and Certified by Porsche, Ferrari and BMW. This Place is a COMPLETE RIP OFF. STAY AWAY. in the time I was standing there I witnessed 6 other people show up get a number get treated horribly by the staff when they asked simple questions and they just left. WORST SHOP I HAVE EVER SEEN I ALL OF MIAMI.

Stay away from Eagle. They have 8 doors but only 2 guys working. Long queues ever. There’s a waiting room (with turned off machines & clean bathroom) but if you don’t take your number and standing at front door checking the numbers you will lose your turn because they don’t ask at waiting room for the next. What they do is to charge your car air conditioner with UV die and try to find the leaking with UV led flashlight. If they find the leak they will charge the double price any mechanic charge to do the same thing. STAY AWAY FROM EAGLE
