I wish I could put zero stars. I went to Jiffy Lube because I had the engine light on. I needed to get the car scanned to see what was the problem. My experience was far from pleasant. Andy F was the one that scanned my car and said it was the oxygen sensor. They said to give them 30 minutes. When I come back I pay for the service. The next day which is a Friday, I have the engine light on again with the same problem. I go back to the same Jiffy Lube. Turns out I got ripped off by Andy F. I go back and Alexander takes care of me saying that he has to order the piece that has to be changed and I have to come back on Monday to get it installed. The day that was supposed to be fixed was never fixed. I go back like Alexander said and he is not there. I drove for no reason and wasted a day. They couldn't even give me a courtesy call. The manager tells me to come back the next day that Alexander will be there. I go back the next day like the manager said and Alexander tells me "Come back another day because the mechanic is busy". They have me back a forth for a service that was supposed to be fixed since Day 1 and has been paid for. It is very disrespectful to play with customers and lied to them. That store does not have professionals working. They do not care about their customers and charged them an arm and a leg to not fix the problem. Those 2 employees mentioned and the manager are the worse. I have gone to that place 4 times and still they have not been able to fix the issue. Please do not go to that store. They play with the customers and you will get ripped off. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of. I paid good money for a service that did not fix the issue, and now I have to go somewhere else to actually get it fixed. They lost 5 customers because my entire family goes there. I'll never be returning to any Jiffy Lube, and I'll be warning others to avoid them as well.

I went there with a fleet vehicle and had it fully service. The car was shaking afterward, so I had to take it to the dealership for a service check. Then, they removed me from the bay. A lady came to me and handed me my receipt with a cigarette in her hand. I told her I needed my fleet card back, and she just walked away to smoke a cigarette. I waited another 15 minutes and realized she hadn’t even gone inside to get my card. I had to get out of the car, and the manager gave me the card. The manager apologized. He needs to get his staff under control and stop smoking cigarettes during work hours.

I’ve been coming to jiffy lube for years , which makes this experience disappointing. I drive a 2014 Kia Optima with electric power steering, and immediately after a tire rotation my steering wheel began shaking around 60 mph, something that never happened before. When I returned, the manager initially accused me of taking a survey to complain about price and service, and was very adamant until I showed him the text message proving I never even opened it. I avoided the survey because I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix the issue first. I understand Jiffy Lube doesn’t offer wheel balancing, and I would have been completely fine if they had simply explained that I needed to go elsewhere. Instead, I was given misleading information blaming tire “grip,” which does not cause steering wheel vibration. The explanation felt dismissive and as if it was assumed I wouldn’t know better. Because of the misleading explanation and lack of accountability, I felt unheard and will not returning.

WARNING! Please save your time and don't go here, do your research first or if the maintenance is small then do it yourself before they make matters worst! They also cannot take accountability. I've had my car for 2 years now and NO engine check light, next thing I know I leave with a check engine light.

I had such a great experience with Jiffy Lube today off 186th mainly because of Mitchell and Tony. Both took exception care of my Audi and I Highly recommend. Tony is a great manager and easily makes a customer feel trustworthy which is impossible to find in this automotive repair industry. Hats off to Tony, deserves more recognition. Recently, I visited this location for an oil change. The service was quick, efficient, and they honored an online coupon without issue, which I appreciated. During the visit, I was also offered a tire rotation. Although it was slightly more expensive than what I usually pay, I agreed to the service. While it was being performed, a technician informed me that my rear brakes required immediate servicing. The quoted price was $760 for what was described as about an hour of work, which seemed unusually high. To verify, I contacted my regular mechanic. Their quote for the same service was $100 plus the cost of parts, which I sourced myself online. Additionally, after inspection, my mechanic advised that my rear brake pads were still in good condition and likely would not need replacement for another two years. Based on this experience, I recommend exercising caution when considering additional services suggested at this location.

Wow! What an experience, nothing short of Pristine!!! From the first encounter with Martha or Mirtha, I don't remember her name; but she was the first person I spoke with. She was very professional and nice. Then Mitch came to talk with me and share his findings with my car, and immediately offered me different things on order for my car run better, and more clean. He was a wealth of knowledge!! And then there was the manager, I believe his name was Tony! He went above and beyond with me as well. Explained my bill in great detail and was very customer service friendly and kind!! Tony and his TEAM are SOLID!! It's no wonder that customers keep coming back! ⭐️ ZERO STARS Atrocious service, disrespect, and zero accountability I had a very upsetting experience at Jiffy Lube (18660 NW 67th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33015). My daughter and I brought her Honda Civic in after work for a simple oil change. What should have been quick turned into over four hours with terrible communication. At first staff seemed casual, but once something clearly went wrong, we were left without updates and treated disrespectfully. After the oil change, as soon as the car was taken off the ramp, it began shaking violently and multiple warning lights came on (check engine and several other alerts). Instead of taking the issue seriously and keeping us informed, the staff avoided accountability. At one point, multiple employees gathered and were laughing while we were standing there waiting for answers. It felt humiliating and completely unprofessional—especially as two women trying to handle a car issue that had just been made worse. The car ended up having to stay overnight because it was not safe to drive. We were told a manager (and even a “regional manager”) would call to “make it right.” No one ever contacted us. Ultimately we had to tow the vehicle to Honda, and the total cost related to this situation became approximately $1700. To this day, there has been no resolution, no callback, and no accountability. I do not recommend this location. If you value professionalism, communication, and basic respect as a customer, do not bring your vehicle here. Still waiting on management or Corporate to call me. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS.

The service at this Jiffy Lube is terrific, they are caring and responsible. My car battery died. I search for the nearest Jiffy Lube to me. I called here and Mitchell answered the call. I explained to him my car won't start I think it could be the battery, and I was like three blocks away from them he told me no worries that he’ll go there and check my car battery. It turned out to be the battery. He called the store and they sent Micheal with a brand new battery with five years warranty. I had an outstanding experience with Mitchell, one of the technicians at Jiffy Lube. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. I initially came in for an oil change, but I mentioned that the car belonged to my daughter and that I was concerned there might be an issue with the brakes. Mitchell immediately reassured me that they could take a look and confirm whether any work was truly needed. Unfortunately, the brakes were completely worn and needed to be replaced. I was under a lot of stress because I was visiting and worried I might miss my flight. Mitchell promised to get me out as quickly as possible, and he absolutely kept his word. Not only did he make it happen in a timely manner, but they also offered me a discount given the circumstances, which I truly appreciated.
