Ordering tires and setting up installation schedule at nearby Costco online went super smooth, only a week after, I got the Costco tire center notification to suggest me that they already received my tires and are ready to install them for me before the appointment date, I walked in this place and let them to have the job done nicely as easy as a breezing, I'm happy 😀

These geniuses cranked the lug nuts on my wheel so tight that I snapped a socket in half trying to get them off. And they still won’t budge. Glad I was doing this at home and not while I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire.

Gabe and this location are horrible! Always buy Tires at Costco and wherever I go here to repair or replace they don’t have. Had appointment today, still waited 2 hours then got told they don’t want have my size tire?!!! Ridiculous. On Friday I gave Gabe my tire size, made appointment to replace flat tire, driving on donut and was told next day they don’t have.

My tires were still under warranty, which they did not honor. I had to pay $87. If you add the 2 hours I had to wait to the premium price you are paying, it is not worth it. I always have had good experiences with Costco and believed in it fully, but this is the second time that the tire center has let me down. The last time, they made me wait for more than 3 hours and they broke my sensors. Guess what? They are 50 bucks a pop, of which I had no idea. I can guarantee you I will not be coming back. If anything else arises from this service, I will cancel my Costco membership and credit card, guaranteed. I don't argue, I just take my business elsewhere. I already cancelled my Amazon prime and amazon credit card for horrible service and let me tell you, best decision in the world.

Best tire buying experience I’ve ever had, from beginning to end. Ordered the tires online, best price out there, compared to 5 other tire shops. Tires were delivered to this tire center at no cost. Scheduled an installation appointment online. Tires came earlier than expected, moved the appointment date to an earlier date. Dropped off my vehicle on a Sunday at 10:45AM, and by the time I was done with my Costco shopping it was all done, only took about 45 minutes! Amazing!! Shout out to Mike who assisted me that day and make the experience exceptional!! 5 stars!! I have a 2021 Tesla Model 3, total cost was about $900 including installation!!!

I literally can’t say the words I want to say about how horrible the service is here. THEY got my tire size, THEY ordered tires for my car, THEY called me to tell me they’re in stock, and I took the day off work to have them mounted (I work 75mi away). I get here, they remove my wheels, strip the tires off, then tell me that THEY WILL NOT MOUNT THE TIRES THEY ORDERED FOR ME due to “liability reasons” because the rating is not what the factory recommends. These are 255/35/18 94Y Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires going on a FOCUS ST that literally already has 255/35/18 94Y’s on it. I’ve run these tires on every vehicle of mine for years, and they come on MUCH heavier cars straight from the dealer. You walk in, you’ll wait 15 minutes to see a human. They see you, and don’t even acknowledge you with a simple “Hi,” then continue doing whatever they were doing as if you’re not even there. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Go to literally any other shop for a better experience.

Terrible tire center. Won’t honor tire warranty due to “damaged rim” even though they have installed 2 sets of tires onto the rim in same condition. When I’m paying full price for tires they’re happy to install. When I need warranty work it’s a different story. Please shop wisely and shop elsewhere. Better service for better prices

Leaving 2 stars might be generous. Watch out for Daniel doing any services on your tire service needs. Had an appointment @10:45am Dec.10th for Tire rotation and new Tire Pressure Sensors on all four tires @ $258.20. All was going well until I received a call saying they were having trouble resetting the sensor on my car but attempting to reset their tool since it would not read to my car to reset correctly. After 2hrs and 40 minutes (the initial job was quoted at an hour) I went back to the counter and was told they were still trying to update the tools used to reset. I asked "Are you sure the sensors were installed properly ?" I was told yes, we have dbl checked our work. We installed properly" Waited another 20minutes and was approach by Daniel who stated they could not reset and "there HAS to be an issue with your car". You will need to take it to the dealer or a mechanic to identify why the car will not reset. Again, I asked are you sure the sensors are correct? It seems to me something is wrong with them. Daniel became rude at that point stating, how long he's worked and how long he's installed many sensors and infact on the same model car without problems. Which also made me suspicious that something wasn't done right. He said "mame its your car, our work is right, your car has an issue somewhere and again a dealer or mechanic will need to identify why. We have already spent too much time on labor to resolve the problem". Daniel suggested that I take it to another location to have it checked as second opinion that the work was correct. Which I did! The Temecula store took 15 minutes to figure out that rude Daniel installed the wrong sensors, he installed for the wrong model causing my car not to reset to the ones he installed. Note its now 3:50pm and 5 hours later. My options were to pay Temecula to install the correct sensor or take it back to Murrieta. Murrieta re-installed proper sensors and refunded my labor charges. The employees were empathic to my bad experience and how long I had spent on Daniel's error. I appreciated their apologies and concern very much. My 10:45AM appointment ended at 6:45PM because Daniel was too proud of a boy to check his work for a woman. My two star rating should be owned solely by rude DANIEL and his ego for treating me as if I were too dumb to suggest his work was wrong. Guess what Daniel? I was right!! I suggested to the store manager that feedback be provided to Daniel. Service has been good from other employees when I bought tires and had tire rotations done in the past. I will go back to this location but I will also ensure Daniel does not touch my car.
