Customer service sucks. If you have an appointment expect to wait 3 hours. If you don’t have an appointment, expect to wait 3 hours. I’m not sure why they even bother taking appointments. My boyfriend insists that I go there whenever I have a tire issue. Customer service is so bad that I refuse to go there anymore and make him go on my behalf. Complained to management about this in the past, and nothing ever changes.

Avoid at all cost. Today I spent 5 hours and counting, to change two tires. Why? No one is “managing the work output of the shop. I suspect, it was someone’s job. But trust me, they were not doing it. I get the sense the techs are not being lead and their work not being managed and as a result, they work at will. I could be wrong, you’re never sure about these things, but that is what is looks like. For example, instead of someone prioritizing the tasks for each techs. I observed them on multiple occasion stopping to address adhoc request from other folks, that just showed up. i.e. a guy wanted his tire checked, another a lady had a flat, and my favorite filling up someone’s tires when there’s two free fill stations available. Now don’t get me wrong, I think it’s great the techs are helping folks. But, I saw first hand, how that lack of priority, comes at the cost of those who have appointments, with an expectation of a 1.5 hour wait that turned into 5 hours. By my observation this is simple a lack of managing. No one is keeping an eye on the big picture and caring enough to realize the status quo is unacceptable and doing something about. Manage tech task flow, set priorities and stick to them. Reduce your appointment rates. Extend your shop hours. Hire more people, a few suggestions… Do something… Cheers

This is my go-to when I need new tires. You can make an appointment or just walk in and get service. Although walk ins will take a bit longer depending on how busy they are. I have done both and in both instances my car was ready on the same day. And in two instances where I had to do a walk in, it only took a couple of hours. The staff is pretty knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable and now they even have free stations to refill your tires.

Overall very happy with my experience at Costco Tire - Davie. Great service at an affordable price. Thank you Francois and Milady (sorry if I jumble your names)! Some things that will help you when you go get tires with Costco: -I recommend calling to get the process started and seeing if they have your car’s tires in stock. -You can order in-store or online. They did not have tires in stock for my BMW. Took about a week for them to come in. -You will get an email to book an appointment based on store availability. All done online. -When you bring your car in MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WHEEL LOCK with you if applicable for your car. Otherwise they will not be able to change tires and will turn you away -The day of they recommend parking in designated spots that are facing the mechanic garage, or somewhere close by on the edge of the parking lot. -They said about 1 hr 30 minutes but my experience was closer to 3 hours.

I’ve been a Costco client for over 15 years and had an emergency and had to stop by Davie location - First I was in the phone in hold with John for almost 8 minutes and hung up on me - second; once I am at the tire center I see Justin already had an attitude with the customer in front of me and wasn’t pleasant, once I’ve approached the counter and told him I have puncture, at the beginning was questioning me what that??? And few seconds he screamed we will not do it before end of the day IMAGINE!!!!!! Once I told him I have an emergency and my tires has less then 20 PSI he said you can drive. It slowly, seriously!!!!! Do you think I can drive from davie to miami in 5 miles per hour?????? That total ridiculous and unacceptable behavior, been purchasing my tires for both of my cars for almost 12 years and he tells me I can promise when it will be done, may in couple hours or at 8:30pm that means i have to wait for 5 hours!!! I am very disappointed and even the clients who’s around felt insulted and had his bad mouth

Who would think that I would leave a review for Costco tires? Actually, I’m not going to highlight everything others have commented on like the great price, the 5 year free service and quality tires. This review is about Cory! Who you ask? Cory in the tire center answered the phone, checked the system for the tires that I had attempted to order online for the past 3 days, took my number and called back to confirm that they were physically in stock. ATTENTION: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will damage your rims/wheels and claim it was damaged before you brought it in. I opened an incident claim with them and they did absolutely nothing but state that it was curb rash even with sending them before/after pictures. Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere or you’ll end up sorry you did.

Last week, I had my tires inspected. During my visit, I met a mechanic name Michael. Not only did he explain what was wrong with my tire, he showed me as well. He explained to me so easily that I understood it immediately. His suggestions on why it needed to be replaced and what can go wrong if I would've kept driving made me realize that he actually saved me from a potential car accident. We need more good people like Michael and THANK YOU for everything. I will definitely be dealing with Costco only when it comes to anything regarding my tires 🎯

Big disappointment at this center, 3:15 appointment and 4pm still waiting while the shop brings vehicles that arrived after my arrival at 2:15. Manager explains that he technically has one hour and thirty minutes to get my vehicle in the shop regardless. Super poor service and zero management oversight in this shop. Month ago the cashier was crying because customers were yelling. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION…..YOUR WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I went to go purchase new tires and when I had got the car back, they did not re install all the lug nuts on the back right. Customer service wasn't helpful either. Also when I received my set of 4, one of the tires was over a year old.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Costco tire shop. I showed up right when they opened, expecting good service, but was told they didn’t have space to do a simple tire balance and rotation. The customer service was not helpful at all — instead of trying to find a solution, they just turned me away. For a place that prides itself on service and efficiency, this was very frustrating. I left feeling like they don’t value their customers’ time or loyalty. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Costco.

I bought a set of brand new Bridgestone tires for my Mercedes a year ago. The front two needed to be replaced so I came to a tire shop to replace the front two when they removed the tires one side had only four lugs holding the tire on my tires have to be changed with a lock and the last service I received was from Costco tire shop I think this was very dangerous and negligent on their behalf not to Put back on all five lugs in my tire now I have a missing lug luckily Mercedes gives you extra lugs very irresponsible. So watch them carefully!!

Not only are your techs incompetent, they are liars too. How can you not find a nail in a tire? I was even lied to and told I had a leak on the sidewall seam... huh!?? Do yourself a favor and go to a non-commercial different tire shop.

They don’t have enough staff members at the register so when you need to pick up your car or request new service, you have to wait cuz most of the time they only have one guy at the front desk and some customers takes forever because they have lots of questions and the worker has no choice but spend the time with that demanding customer while everyone else is waiting and waiting and waiting!!! It’s frustrating! Costco makes enough money to keep two or three employees at the front desk doing just that so customers don’t have to wait for so long. And use the technicians doing their job at the shop to speed up the turnaround times. When Costco use the technicians to do front desk and car repairs at the same time they are just neglecting their customers because all they want is saving money on payroll but saving few coins vs. neglected customers it’s not a good idea. Note: the service I got was balancing wheels and that is also a red flag 🚩 when I checked my car tires, I saw only one tire with new weights on and the other three didn’t have new weights on them so that tells me that you guys only balanced one tire!!! My advice for everyone “ please check if all four tires have new weights on before you leave “ most customers don’t check their tires and that’s why the technicians are getting away with this scam. I know corporate doesn’t know this is happening but now they do! Please balance all the wheels and change the weights! Do the right thing for your customers, ethics and transparency is what your customers deserve!

I brought my car in for tire rotation and balance. When I left it with them my car was clean. When I got it back everything that was in my middle console and glove compartment was all on the floor. They told me they couldn’t find the key to the wheel lock so they threw everything out. Instead of asking me if I could retrieve it, they left an unnecessary mess. The supervisor then told me that the guy who worked on my car was new(lame excuse). I’ve come here many times for this service and never experienced this with anyone. Also what’s the point of making an appointment when it takes them 2 hours to do the service???
