I have taken my car twice to Weston Nissian and they cannot find the noise I was complaining about. . The first time since there was no light on the panel showing a part was malfunctioning. So a tech sat in my car and had me drive around the parking lot. He could not hear anything and told me to record the noise. Yesterday Jan 27 I picked up my car and again I was told they could not hear the noise. When I got in my car the radio was on loud . And my station was changed. I wonder if this is why they could not hear the noise. Needless to say. The noise is still happening. How can I get someone to help.

Sitting here waiting for service on my NV, watching the service advisor sitting at a desk. Notice I had received a text 30 minutes ago telling me there were service issues that needed to be addressed. The service advisor never budged. Walked the five steps to his desk and asked him about it, and his response was “Well, you got a text, right? Did you respond?” I hope the other advisors are not as apathetic as he is.

It’s easy to schedule appointments and the communication with my assigned service advisor (Ron), during services, has been above exceptional. The team has been consistently professional, transparent, efficient, prompt, informative, and communicative since I purchased my car. I recently had a mechanical issue that was diagnosed, repaired, and 100% covered by warranty; I was also provided a loaner, which was also covered.
