I have taken my SUV Ford Escape here for years and always have good service. Shop owner Stephen really bends over backwards to make sure all work is done well. Christine, receptionist is very polite and professional. Felipe is a good mechanic who doesn't rip you off and the work is done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend Country Club Tire and Muffler for your auto repair. A car wash is located across the street so your vehicle is clean before you bring it home. Thank you Stephen for quality professional work !!!

The smog and lube and oil is the best. Fast and efficient . Good, trustworthy , friendly , and decent priced service . Get it done locally. Support your neighbor business. Used them for over 15 years. Never had a problem with them. And yes, they will take a newspaper coupon to save even more. Keep you car or truck running strong and efficient . See you there.

Today was my first visit here. They have a smog check deal and it requires a coupon. It's not enough to know about the coupon, you have to actually have it. There is an extra charge for older cars due to using different machine. The coupon is a bit unclear because it says 95, but my car is a 99. When I mentioned this they did honor the lower price. They were fast and friendly. There were repeat customers waiting. I was given a$10.00 off coupon for my next oil change at their second location. I have a regular mechanic but was pleased with my experience. Plan ahead they do not have a customer restroom here, the sign sends you next door to the Graduate but I have no idea what arrangements have been made with that business.

I started going here for service on my vehicles when I moved to the area in 2014 and the service was great then. The employees were honest good people but now there’s an entire different crew except for one guy. I’ve paid for one thing to be told that it was something else. Paid for the “something else” and a month later I needed service on my AC and I was charged $120 for AC service that was useless. Ended up going somewhere else and got a diagnostic for half the price and they fixed my AC for me. I’ve since then taken my other car to them and my son and daughter car for smog etc and I am so happy that I will NO LONGER be getting swindled and overcharged at Country Club Tires & Mufflers. They don’t appreciate loyal customers but my new mechanic shop certainly does, they go above and beyond.. I think about the many thousands of dollars I spent over 8 years at County Club Tires & Mufflers and not feel as though I am a valued customer.

I started coming here since 2017. The crew is very upfront and straightforward about the job getting done. The mechanic was very friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable about the car trouble I had going on with my Mercedes; although it took time he still got it done and didn’t overcharged me. If you are a woman please don’t come to this business. I came into the shop for an alignment they said that I needed a new sway bar link which is fine. They replaced the link and “did” my alignment. Told me that my rack and pinion needed to be replaced or my bushings aren’t the right ones. I had them replaced a year prior and never had any issues. They told me my cars steering wheel was turning on its own? But they took my payment and sent me on my way. I tried to drive away but the car was not in any condition to drive. I then towed it to my usual mechanic who does not do alignments. Even when driving away my car was not aligned, the steering wheel was to the left. There my usual trusted mechanic showed me that they left a bolt loose on my car to my rack and pinion. He proceeded to tell me that they did it on purpose because they worked in that area and would have seen a bolt 3 inches loose. He said they probably wanted me to come back and spend more money with them, where the “work” they did was just tightening a bolt. The scarier part was they let me drive away knowing that I could have been in a serious accident. The front end of my car could have fallen off and the way the car was jerking me in different directions because of this bolt. I could have died. My boyfriend went there and got partially refunded. They tried saying they never touched the bolt and to bring my car back they would look at it. If and I’m saying there is no way they missed the bolt but if they did it was extremely negligent.

Hours say closes at 4 pm on Saturday, Went there 3:10 on Saturday but it’s not open. No hours posted outside so call before you go who knows what their hours are.

I went in earlier today due to a concern over damage to my tire and I wanted to make sure I would be safe to drive my car around since I have a family the person who helped me reassured me I would be okay and even went out of his way to have me stop by the shop and visually inspecting the tire he even went above and beyond and used a sealant to help reattach the exterior rubber flap back into place free of charge and his honesty probably saved me hundreds in tire replacement very honest and genuine people they helped me out more than they had to for no reason other than kindness I will definitely be coming back when I need tires in the future

Prices are good people are nice, but two days in a row I went to get brakes fixed took 4hrs because they ordered the wrong parts never said anything to me I had to keep asking so from 8am to 11 I was there..then I ask for the owner name and how to get a hold of him he just hands me a card saying it's the owners number but it's the store number. Says his name is Chris Martinez??
