Wanted over $5k for a driver door repair and half upfront with no payment plan. Found some place else to do it for about half the cost. Oh, they also wanted to go through the hood and mess with the driver back door instead of focusing on what was really needed. Also called around and got estimates from a few other places and all local body shops stated that to pay $5k or more was insane.

I noticed my front bumper kept popping out of place when I would push it back in. I decided to take it to Courtesy being that I got a repair done on my hood at this location. Tom was very helpful told me why the hood kept popping out, the hood attachment piece had broken off and fixed it within 30 minutes. Quick and easy fix I was in and out. Totally recommend Courtesy Collision in Brandon !

I do not recommend at all. I’m soooo highly upset how much one co worker can waist a customer time Then management gets involved and still drops the ball. I brought my 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan here after the damages of the hurricane I brought my car on a Monday and was told my car would be ready on Friday. I then proceeded to go rent a car for one week thinking OK what’s five days I called on Thursday to get a follow up on my car and I was told the only thing I was waiting on was my door handle to be painted And that the mirror needed to be painted as well to match my car I said no problem. Carl told me if Friday afternoon my car would be ready. It would definitely be ready by end of business. Guess what happened? My car still was not ready. I ended up having to rent a car in a total of three weeks and a half weeks Out within those three weeks every time I call, I was told by Carlton that something else was being worked on on my car when all the whole time I knew that he was telling a lie due to my app shows me when my car is unlocked or locked or even moved I showed my car had not been moved the whole three weeks why it set up there And then was told I would be compensated for all of the misunderstanding. I was never compensated I end up having to pay $1000 deductible. I was told last minute they couldn’t even look at the knocking noise that my motor is making that I would have to take my car to Volkswagen with it being I had already paid them my thousand dollar deductible I also have not got a door panel yet. It has now been five weeks since my car has been being worked on. I only got my car back because I couldn’t afford to rent a car anymore and I’m still missing my door panel Every time I call I either get put on hold or sent to Carl voicemail. I finally spoke to Randy today will inform me Carlton will be giving me a call back sometime today. I never got a call, but this does not surprise me. This is what they do. If you want your car fixed please don’t come here. Definitely if you don’t have extra money to spend. I may now have to pay another deductible because all the things I brought me car in for wasn’t fixed. I’m so upset and out of so much money! He didn’t even submit the dents and stuff to my insurance for them to taken out my truck. I also reported all these problems to the manager even broke down crying because it’s the holidays and I’m still recovering from the hurricane still nothing has been done

Stay away from Courtesy Collision because of poor workmanship and service. First, the vehicle was returned to me with unacceptable paint defects. Paint is flaking at the sensors and the tailgate clearcoat wasn't blended properly. Second, short emails with simple questions about the supplement and ETA were ignored by my service advisor. Finally, they don't adhere to timelines. The first time, they blamed Geico and parts availability for the delay. When I came back to have them fix their terrible paint work, I was told 2-days, and they didn't keep this promise either. Courtesy Collision doesn't value their customer's time or the quality of their work. We came here because it was a Geico preferred shop, hoping it would streamline things. I was wrong and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this facility. Also, when they mess up and force you into a rental car, they will put you in the smallest, cheapest rental Enterprise can provide. Edit: Courtesy approved a rental for only 2-days and didn’t extend it until I asked the service manager. Enterprise tried to BILL ME for the extra days.

Had my car repaired here. After a month and some major work they called to let me know it was ready. After coordinating rides I inspected the vehicle and found a number of smaller issues. It took them weeks longer to fix the smaller issues. After they told me it was ready a second time it still wasn't right. It took them another week to get it right. Additionally I got notifications in the middle of the night that my doors were unlocked and being opened. Cameras showed it was outside in the lot unsecured and someone was rummaging through my vehicle they were supposed to have secured. The people were very polite, but they are far from efficient.

Went here because an unfortunate situation but it was the best experience!! Rennie helped us so much!! Since getting us the estimate right away, to him getting my car fixed within a week and a half, all throughout sending us photos of progress updates!! Not only were they able to fix it the damage that was done to my car but they went above and beyond to fix other minor details that my car had at a reasonable price!! Courtesy Collision took too long, 30 days to finish the repair of my vehicle. This caused me $749 for Enterprise Car extra rental insurance and I also paid the $1000 deductible for Geico insurance deductible. Geico also paid Enterprise $1050 for rental. I didn’t really want the extra insurance but Let Charmin talk me into it but I didn’t realize it would cost me $24.99 for 30 days. I really feel I have been ripped off by Courtesy, Geico, and Enterprise. Who knows maybe they all planned it that way. So customers BEWARE!

I want to share my experience with you about Rennie Ganness. I was referred to Rennie by the service manager at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. Having just recently been in an accident and needed repairs, I wanted OEM Toyota Parts and Rennie assured that it would not be a problem. I am so grateful for his attention to this detail so quality would not be sacrificed with aftermarket parts. From day one Rennie not only took care of all the insurance adjuster paperwork but took pictures and communicated with me throughout the repairs. Horrible experience with this collision center. Had high hopes because I bought my 2022 tundra from courtesy toyota. For starters- 1. They installed a used headlight with scratches on the inside and outside. It looked run down compared to my undamaged headlight. 2. They left a dull spot in the paint job and I had to go back and have it fixed. 3. They had our one wheel repainted and the paint did not match the original color. 4. Minor issue but still annoying- They took our door apart for the paint job and the inside panel must have been sitting on a shelf. They gave it back to us with the door completely filthy and dusty. Its like this place takes no pride in their work. Mistakes happen, but getting this stuff remedied has been an absolute nightmare. They fixed the dull spot and promised to replace the headlight and repaint the wheel. The manager Carlton told me the headlight was approved and on its way in the mail. Ive been calling for months since this conversation and have even emailed. No response. Now this, less than year old replacement headlight is allowing water intrusion. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I just want a simple appointment to fix the issues they agreed to fix and I cant even get a call back.
