I had a minor accident with a light pole and my brand new car. I haven’t had to do an insurance claim in well over 10 years. I was taking my time and doing the footwork to go to multiple collision shops to get quotes to fix my car. Mike Cox was the ONLY one who took the time to give me a quote. All the other places refused and told me to just tell my insurance company that I wanted them. Mike Cox was so helpful and walked me thru step by step and what to expect and told me not to worry! He truly made the process so seamless from start to finish. Even when he had my car in the shop he would call and give me updates. The absolute best experience ever! I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!!! I will never go anywhere else!!

Took my 2022 Honda Accord in for some damage to the drivers side fender, bumper and mirror. Very impressed with the quick appointment to get an estimate and schedule time for service. I picked up my car today from Mike and his brother. I had an accident a few weeks ago and needed to find a place to fix it. I had heard good things about Cox’s so I called Mike and asked him if I could bring it to his shop. He said “Absolutely”. I took it there and he was more than friendly. He spoke to me like we had known each other for years. He went over every detail with me and explained exactly what he was going to do to fix my car. During the time my car was there he stayed in constant contact with me and gave me assurance that he would make it look like nothing happened. And he was true to his word. You would never know that my car was wrecked. So if you ever need body work on your car I say go here. Mike and his brother will take excellent care of you.
