The entire experience with this establishment has been exemplary. They made an insurance claim which is typically a nightmare a relatively easy process. They offer a process by process update via sms message which was great to see exactly what they were doing. I cant say enough nice things about chuck. Stand up guy. They got a new lifelong customer!

Chuck Philbrick (the manager) is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing when it comes to auto body repair and painting. Very reasonable as well. After dealing with bunch of problems with the first body shop I was supposed to take my vehicle to after a deer hit me. I ended up taking it here and couldn't be happier. Not only were the repairs excellent and my vehicle looks great. They made the whole process simple dealing with my insurance company. And getting my vehicle back to me fast. I have taken two cars to them and both times, the work was nothing short of amazing. Chuck and his team fixed everything right the first time and handled communication with the insurance company. They take pride in your car as if it was your own. Upon completion, you can't even tell there was any damage, they are that good. Chuck really knows a thing or two about mixing paint and getting it to blend/match. They use OEM high-quality parts as much as possible. Once, I had an area on my bumper that started to peel after it had been refinished, but Chuck re-did it, no problem. Never had any issue after that. I also had a headlamp that started leaking that they had replaced, but Chuck got a replacement lined up for me and had it installed in no time. They stand behind their work, so your experience will be worry-free. They are great at securing a rental car if needed and handle the pick-up/drop-off. These folks know customer service is important. You won't be disappointed!

I backed my Jeep into my buddy's hitch carrier and ripped my bumper off. I brought it too Chuck and Crew at Sandy's and had the best experience I have had with a body shop. They only do the job right, they communicate, take/show pictures, and the completed work was flawless! Don't take your bodywork anywhere else
