Repair to driver's side front and rear panels. Insurance couldn't approve because quote was sent with wrong information, adding a week to approval time. After get approved I left car for repair and I didn't hear from them. On the day I was supposed to pick up the car I called and was informed they were still repairing panels and it wouldn't be ready for paint for a week. Got a new pickup date. Called in on the revised pick up date to be told it still hadn't been painted or calibrated, Got a new completion date. Got my first update call from Crash Champions the day before I was scheduled for pickup letting me know that the car was ready. So far the repairs look good, but cannot recommend due to lack of customer service and communication.

Not too impressed for a bumper and light repair after someone hit my car. Took car in and it took over a month for them to fix. Only times they kept me informed was after I reached out to them. 3 days after dropping off car they decided to FINALLY start tearing it apart. We then had to wait over 3 weeks for the parts to come in (that is after they got send a wrong part). Pickup date was changed and pushed back a week (due to wrong part). Never really apologized. Kyle Corbin was the most useless employee I talked to since he didn't know anything and didn't seem to really care. When I complained and left a voicemail I rarely got a return call. After all that one of the thing was to fix a light and they forgot to test it (it was not plugged in and friend found that out) so thankfully I do not have to take it back to this poorly run repair shop. I would give them a lower rating if I could, but sadly I can't. The only thing they did right was put the bumper back on. Also filed complaint with their Corporate Office and Better Business due to poor service. Progressive recommended them and I would never choose this business again for any repairs. They really do not seem to care about the customer.

Crash Champions is certainly trustworthy…they found a mistake during the repair process on my KIA because the model year had a slight change in how the car was made…I would have never been able to tell because it was under the fender but instead of leaving it the way it was, they were upfront and honest and made sure to make it right. I would definitely use their services again if I ever need more car repairs.

Rhonda and Brian P. were GREAT! SO NICE, and already had the answer (and a plan in place) for EVERY question I had!I LOVED how I was informed of every step, approximate timing, and that it actually didn’t take NEAR as long as I thought it would to complete the repair. (They were SO flexible with my scheduling needs too!) I’ve heard that it’s HARD to work with Mechanics/Auto Body Shops so naturally I was FLOORED with the service I received. The “Cherry on Top” was that when they were done fixing my vehicle, it looked BETTER than the day I bought it! I will HIGHLY recommend Crash Champions to anyone I hear needs a repair shop!

Kelly and her team in Boise went WAY above and beyond to help me during a very stressful time, and worked me in during a quick visit after we moved out of state. I cannot think of a time when I wanted to hug an executive, but I hugged her!! Thanks to all on her team, Rhonda especially, for just being exceptional at what they do. They repaired the bumper, installed my new headlamp covers, explained the details and set expectations in a clear, straightforward way. In a time when it's more challenging to trust service providers, at least for me, this experience was exceptionally reassuring. My jeep no longer has leprosy, and I can see at night!!

My experience was substandard from the beginning. Bumper replacement did not include pricing for necessary parts because they "wouldn't know what is needed" until after the bumper is removed. Repair did not begin on the day it was scheduled. Parts were not ordered at the onset causing repeated delays. Communication was sporadic at best. My car was at Crash Champions for 9 days. Office staff took no responsibility for the lengthy repair. They repeatedly backed up "their repair process". I would not recommend this business.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. I have been in a battle with this store since they CAUGHT MY TRUCK ON FIRE IN OCTOBER 2025. They set my truck on fire when doing a weld on the front end, back in October. I understand accidents happen, but they have not helped me in any way, leaving all the heavy lifting to me dealing with their insurance and logistics of the situation. One of the worst parts is when it happened one of their operations guys was the one to call me after it had happened and tried VERY hard on the phone to get me to wait a couple days to see the vehicle. They said, "I'd recommend to wait a day or two while we clean up the truck and make repairs as needed" making seem like it was no big deal and can easily be fixed. Thank god I didn't listen.. Went down to the shop immediately after the call and the truck was CLEARLY destroyed. One of their supervisors came out to talk with me and by god, that man should be a professional car salesman. That man had been part of a Nascar pit crew, friends with airplane mechanics and firefighters, you name it he had done it to sell me on the idea of keeping this from insurance and in shop only to repair. If it was my grandparents or my younger brother this man would have likely succeeded on cleaning up the truck and keeping it in house. Which is incredibly unsafe and not professional in any capacity. To fast forward a bit, both my insurance (USAA) and their insurance (Travelers) declared my truck a total loss pretty much immediately. I only recently got paid out on the total loss of my vehicle recently. Not to mention they valued my truck $8562 under what my lender had my trucks value at. Unfortunately, I owed $6000 over their evaluation therefore, they expect me to payoff the rest of my truck even though THEY SET IT ON FIRE. I tried to fight back tooth and nail with their insurance with no luck. I don't know how they expect someone to just cough up $6000 dollars due to this shops fault. So now I get to take out a new loan just to cover what they won't! Lastly, I tried to bring this issue up with their branch manager. I asked if they could help me with the cost of the total loss of my vehicle. I only asked for half of what wasn't covered by their insurance, they said "no", I asked if they could help me out with a rental car while I wait for their insurance, they said "no", i asked if they could at least give me some free oil changes over the next year, they said "no". Finally, I asked if they could do something in any capacity to help me with the finical burden bestowed upon me from them, they said "no, sorry, we're not a mom and pop shop. We can't just give you money to help with the payment or offer free oil changes or anything of the sort since we are a corporation. There are too many people above me that would have to agree with that". No help whatsoever, I will NEVER AGAIN trust Crash Champions with my vehicle and neither should you.
