I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up but had a horrendous clunk from the drivetrain. Upon closer inspection, bolts for the rear differential were not installed which caused damaged on my 5 mile drive home. I communicated the issue and have never been offered a refund. There also has been zero effort on their part to fix the damage. Lesson learned.
