They are awesome! Very flexible, trustworthy, responsive, and affordable. He diagnosed my car and gave me an accurate quote just off of my description over the phone, and had my suburban fixed and back on the road within a few hours of when I called. He got it all done while I was at work so I was able to get off and go home, without any worries of having to switch up my day to meet up with him. Will definitely be using their services again!

My 2016 Tacoma battery was completed dead and I needed to get my 9 month old to a doctors appointment. Kelly did not diagnose my broken AC and replaced my condenser for $1100. The condenser was not the problem so my AC was still not working. He asked me to bring it back in so he could diagnose it this time. He said he found the AC leak in the evaporator and quoted me 14 hours of labor for a total of $2400. I asked if there was any discount for fixing the wrong thing and he did not respond. I took my truck to another shop and they replaced some bad O rings for a couple hundred dollars and now my AC works great. I won't be going back to Kelly because of this plus he had me bring my truck in and wasn't mobile for me. I post this because people should know...not because I'm angry or wish ill for Kelly.

Would not recommend using this shop unless you want to take your car to someone else to be fixed properly. He was not mobile for me and made me bring my truck to his “shop” which was just a storage unit which was not disclosed before. I brought my 2019 ford ranger to him when it wouldn’t start would only crank and was throwing a brake code on the dash. He charged me to diagnose it and said it was a sensor issue. Replaced the sensor and $300 later my truck didn’t even crank anymore when attempting to start it. He told me he could go inside a panel and see if that was the issue but that it would be another $300 and he couldn’t garantee it. When in the beginning I was never told the diagnosis wasn’t guaranteed. They have poor communication and will not even fix the issue you present them with. Please be aware because I will not recommend this shop unless you want to just be giving money away for your vehicle to sit at a storage unit and not be fixed. If I could give 0 stars I would as we are highly disappointed.

I was at the ER with an elderly friend of mine the day after Christmas. He was having a suspected heart attack. As I was going in I realized one of my tires was flat. I am conflicted in re-writing this review. In short, I paid them 1583$ and my truck is still dead on the side of the road. As far as customer service goes, A+ across the board. All communication I’ve had with 208 Mechanics was prompt, clear, and friendly. I am, however, extremely disappointed with the outcome of my interaction with the company. After getting my truck back from them (faulty fuel pump) I drove it to the car wash and it died again in the way back. Total travel distance was less than 5 miles. I called 208 Mechanics and explained what happened and they promptly came out to re-diagnose the issue. In summary he stated that he didn’t know how to fix the issue and that there was a large fleet contract that took precedence over readdressing my vehicle and it would be several weeks before it could be serviced again. He advised me it may be better to have it taken to a Chevy dealer instead. Unfortunately I cannot in good faith recommend giving your money to 208 Mechanics at this time.

They even picked up my Camaro from a Walmart parking lot on a Saturday evening. They replaced the clutch, did an oil change, and more.
