My 17 yr old son took his Acura here (160K miles), claiming to have some noise, etc. Also asked for SW update. They quickly analyzed and sent very detailed video of findings. They went into details on what they found - no issues regarding the noise found. Also pointed out their recommendations/based on current mileage since they didn't have a history of the car. They printed out a list of things they recommend to do and explained in detail. But never tried to push any repairs on him. They did a couple of things he asked for and an update. Originally, they said that the cost for analysis and an update and whatever else he asked for, would be around $400-500, which he was prepared to pay. However, the bill was only half of that to surprise. Bottom line I'm trying to describe is that it's refreshing to see an honest service (especially dealer service) that they don't try to force you into repairs and end up charging more that originally quoted - and not taking advantage of a young driver 😊. My son said it was definitely worth going there, and he will be back for his next major service (he does most of the little work himself). Thanks Acura team!!

The Service Department guys are always on top of it!! Super professional, extremely fast, and always willing to loan you a vehicle if you need it. Tait, who handles the service calls, is always very polite and reviews all work done and upcoming maintenance with you after your appointment. Free trip check when I bring my MDX at 260K mileage and with their help I think I can make it further!!

I took my Acura MDX in for a routine service here for my first time. It saddens me to see this happening and unfortunately the service advisor almost took full advantage of me. This happened several months ago and I am still bothered by this event and how deceitful the service department is. After leaving my car the service department call and gave me a list of items that needed repairs. It came to almost $4,000.00. Lucky I purchased an extended warranty to find out that my of my repairs were denied including my prepaid service plan. They gave me several reasons of why and one of them was because I purchased the car from another dealership. This didn’t make sense to me why my Acura would not be covered at an Acura dealership. On my way to pick the car up I called the extended warranty company myself to find out why I would be denied and was told that there wasn’t any records of the Acura service department calling to file a claim. Luckily I still had the warranty company on the phone when we pulled into the dealership and was able to had it over to them to file the claim. That service advisor for whatever reason seemed to want me to pay out of pocket for whatever reason I don’t know. I don’t normally post reviews like this but I feel like I should at least warn you to get another opinion and fact check their recommendations. Unfortunately for me, this is just another one of those untrustworthy dealership that will happily cheat their customers.

Spending money on maintenance and repairs is just part of owning a vehicle. I know when the folks here have my car, it's well taken care of, I'm not overcharged, and I'm never sold a service that I don't need. They're always honest and up front about what needs immediate attention and what can afford to wait. The video inspections are also nice, so you can see what they see. Trust is huge when it comes to having your vehicle serviced, and they've earned it. I won't take my Acura anywhere else.
