Carl is the best. About 2 months ago my prius gave me a scary code asking me to pull over in a safe place. I took the car to Carl. He helped it out with great care, diagnosing the issue with skill and competence. He went out of his way to learn everything he could about the hybrid system and remedies for the issue. Eventually, after talking through a few options, we decided to swap out the hyrbid battery. This seemed pretty scary, but I felt confident in Carl's abilities. He took care of it and was over the moon about the learning experience. He taught me all about the system and I left with what feels like a brand new prius. Better gas mileage than when I first purchased it. If you're looking for an excellent mechanic interested in the future of hybrid and electric vehicles, Carl's Auto Repair is the place to go.

Carl specializes in EV and hybrid cars, and he has been taking care of my 2004 toyota prius for 5 years now. He always does a great job and he and his crew are really friendly. Also, they're chill with queer folks! I like that Carl is passionate about the environment, ask him about his solar panels on the roof. My 20 year old prius runs great and will keep running great with Carl's help.

Because of his many 5-star reviews, I took my squealing car to Carl's. He took care of the issue in under an hour at a very reasonable price. Carl specializes in repairing hybrid & electric/EV cars like the Toyota Prius, RAV-4 and other electric/hybrid SUVs, trucks, etc. He is a super-recycler and even has solar panels on his shop that help charge his own Chevy hybrid sedan. He is, hands down, the most intentional of all mechanics I've met. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Carl!
