Initially, I was disappointed when I arrived at Midas for an oil change. I drove all the way to this location to get an oil change, that they were advertising, and when I walked in, I was told that I needed an appointment. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and apologized. As I sat in my vehicle attempting to find an oil change location, he approached me and offered to fit me in immediately. His kindness and willingness to accommodate left a lasting impression. Note to future patrons: while appointments are recommended, the exceptional service and genuine care exhibited here make it worth considering this establishment for all your automotive needs. Then they ran into a couple of issues and it took a couple of days to figure out instead of the 3 hours it was supposed to take. They stood by the original quote even it took some much more time Great communication through out.
