I was thoroughly impressed with this Les Schwab location's service, timeliness, and hard-working attitude. I had the opportunity to have Hunter help me out when I came in to replace the Continental Extreme Contact tires on my Audi. Hunter embodied the spirit of a go-getter and was legitimately running to each customer back and forth across the building to stay on top of things and keep his team on track. Hunter also had a great demeanor and you could tell he truly cares about the customer's experience and satisfaction. On another note, my alignment tech honed in my spec like it was his own personal vehicle! Get these guy a raise or show some serious appreciation in another form, you have great employees. Thanks for the fantastic experience! I highly recommend checking out this location to anyone shopping for tires, even if it's not in your part of town.

I understand that there are appointments but when I walk in at 8 am with a flat tire and have to be at work at 10am and I am still waiting and hour and half that’s not service

excellent service, 10/10 experience! i went in for an oil change early saturday afternoon and they seemed moderately busy but they were able to talk with me and assess my needs very quickly. we ended up being there for quite a while because there were some other things wrong with my car that needed immediate attention but i didn't mind because of how kind and efficient everyone was. one mechanic - i believe his name is Matthew? - even took my partner and me into the garage to have us listen/feel the difference between a good wheel bearing on my car versus the bad one so that he could actually show us what the issue was and talk us through it. this gave me pretty great peace of mind because from that point on i had confidence that we were in good hands and that we were being helped by people who care about quality and safety more than money! i felt very reassured the whole time and i love the payment plan options; very helpful for those of us who end up needing to pay for more maintenance than we may have initially bargained for. i've been to auto shops before where they get pushy about all kinds of extra services, or they take advantage of customers who don't know much about cars/maintenance, or all they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of you...this was nothing like that! 100% coming back for anything else i may need. i can't speak for other Les Schwab locations, but this one here on Fairview was fantastic.

I’m so happy I brought my car in to Les Schwab. I brought my car in fearing the worst and was extremely worried about what was wrong. They did a great job fixing it. It wasn’t cheap but I truly believe it was done correctly and that’s what matters to me. It’s my only form of transportation so even though it took several hours I was still able to wait inside and I was able to drive my car home the same day. The building is somewhat cold but they offered me coffee and they have available restrooms. They did a nice job trying to explain what was wrong and even wanted to show me which is awesome! Thank you so much for fixing my car.

Went in for my brakes and rotors. Left squealing bad. Was told to come back in a few weeks. I did and they said they were fixed. By the time I got home they were squeezing worse. Charged me $999 for two front brakes and rotors. I don't know what to do at this point bc every time I leave work and wait they try selling me other things I might need in the future instead of fixing what they were suppose to.

I went in to get an estimate for rims and bigger tires without any intentions of purchasing, just asking about the used truck I just bought. Matthew R. didnt do his job like an average joe, he went above and beyond! He told me about a set of tires with rims that a guy sold to the store, washed one of them, put one on for me to see how it would look, and sold me on them for a very good deal. Thank you Matthew and the crew they got my truck looking used to looking brand new in under 20 minutes!!

It was already a hectic Saturday, when all of a sudden one of our tires started making an awful noise. We pulled into Les Schwabs. Within 15 minutes, Alberto was showing us a rock that had gotten stuck in our wheel. We were ready to get back on the road and they didn't even charge us. Les Schwab saved the Day! Chris, in the service bay...... not too long ago, i called this store to have the ball joints repacked. To see how much it would be anyways. The guy (matt) that i talked to said they would do it free. Since all 6 of my tires were bought there. Chris told me it would be 35 bucks as he walked away. Told him i didnt have any money and i was only there cuz i was told it would be a freebie. Instead of telling me that he was not going to honor that, he did it anyways. And then he was butthurt to learn that i only had nineteen bucks. Just like i told him. And now, he doesnt even accept money anymore It runs about 2200 bucks to replace all these tires. Thats money this specific store cant get anymore. He could have just not done it and told me to eat it, i stead of theowing me under the bus

The whole team here at Les Schwab went above and beyond. I have been taking my cars to different Les Schwab locations since I was 16 and span two different cars. I had brakes installed here in May. I had to take my care in to a different mechanic because I thought something was wrong. Turns out the brakes that were installed were both failing and leaking. I initially was extremely upset as this was a safety issue, but Cory at Les Schwab did an AMAZING job when I called to talk about the brakes and immediately made me feel cared for and taken care of. Cory got my car towed and fixed the brakes no questions asked. This is why I will ALWAYS pick Les Schwab and I will continue to us this location specifically for years to come. Cory is the most amazing person I have ever dealt with at a mechanic shop.

I was originally unsatisfied with the outcome of the events, specifically the significant price change that was given after my business had invested labor into getting the vehicle on-site for repair. Fortunately after talking with asst manager Robert he better explained the problems and worked with me on price. This was originally going to be 1 star but he did his best to make it right. Last time I change a tire from this place and changed the shock bolt and didn’t tighten it and was very loose and my car was horribly shaking while I drove but luckily I noticed it. Didn’t do a great job.

As always, these guys rock!! I share their story any chance I get because in a time when Customer Service is a dying art, Les Schwab continues to excel. Following their founders blueprint, most everyone that works at Les Schwab goes the extra mile, pun intended, to ensure satisfaction, and they do so as efficiently as possible!! This trip I was in for an oil change and they found I had picked up a screw in my left from, removed the screw and patched it. The appointment still took less time than planned, and they never charge for fixes such as that. Thanks as always for keeping me safe and on the road.

Some seriously trashy behavior exhibited by these people. I don't give out my personal information because I've had my identity stolen before. Me protecting myself was apparently inconvenient for the girl who sold me tires for a trailer. I gave over the rims i had removed and was told it would take a half hour. Two hours later I told the employees at the desk that I couldn't wait any longer. They then informed me that the tires had been done for quite some time and I was just not answering to the name associated to the vehicle i was driving (my neighbor's). So, I say I don't want to divulge personal info, and the employees take that as a challenge to circumvent my wishes and steal info off a license plate, and fraudulently apply it to my purchase. Then blame me for not being that person and don't want to tell me how they got that name. They then lie to me about being able to sell tires without a name to them. I tell them to take their tires off my rims and it turns into just no warranty. This wasn't customer service, this was customer exploitation. I told the employees that I didn't care about the warranty as I planned on never being back. All to fill lines on a computer screen, they left me feeling violated and lied to. Shame on all the employees of Les Swabb. This is behavior I'd expect from adolescents and con men. Especially the girl operating on ego when she ran the license plate. She created the problem by trying to be a sneek thief and putting fraudulent information on my purchase. At least she cowered in the corner rather than attempt to lie to me like the rest of the employees did. I would say do better but Les Swabb obviously sells my personal information which is why they wanted it so bad.
