I’ve gone to this store many times due to the convenient location to my home. My daughter took the car to drop off early and was loudly told she could not leave it & to come back at appt time. Then, they couldn’t find the key to get the lug nuts off so charged me $90 to get off & put standard on. Turns out, they’ve rotated the tires 3 times since we bought new tires and are now refusing to refund my money when they did not return the key to the glove box the last time. TW

This is how they broke my car's grille while changing oil. Because when they change oil, they don't look down; their eyes are somewhere else, but their hands are down looking for the hood handle. This will cost me $1,000 to $2,000. Very unprofessional and lacking attentiveness.

Chris the mechanic and his team were a Godsend. We were travelling from Hailey to visit friends on the other side of Boise when we had a failure of an oil cooler hose. We were probably less than 10 miles from complete engine seizure when we found them (and only a couple of hours before they normally close). Got us in right away, and when it became apparent they could not get it fixed right away Chris gave me a ride to grab a rental car. Picked up our car the next day and made it home to Seattle a couple of days later without any more issues! Can't thank you guys enough!

These people are jerks. Rude and incompetent, run away. The money you think you’re saving from your Groupon you are NOT..They get you with all these other made up fees so my $69.99 oil change cost $107.. go to a real oil place, not a tire shop. The front desk guy was so rude. I felt like I was paying in food stamps and he was doing me a favor..

Currently on a road trip from Seattle to New Mexico and our AC stopped blowing cold air. It’s 90° and the car was getting hot with the AC on full blast. Long story short, the guy at the auto parts store sent us to Big O and they were busy, so they sent us to Firestone. Firestone was too busy so they sent us to Point S. Point S was busy so they sent us to Tire Choice. The guy at Tire Choice came out and looked at our car and told us how to fix it ourselves. We went back to the auto parts store and bought about $50 of supplies and took care of it. We’re so grateful that he took a minute to help us out even though he didn’t make any money off of it. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need car help in Boise!

I had a breakdown right outside the parking lot of this building. My car needed an oil top off and to cool down. The man at the deck was very very helpful, and topped me off at no charged. I've been a customer of the Orchard location for quite awhile. I had an issue with a tire that they couldn't get to right away so they suggested I try another location. I made an appointment with the Broadway store and after two hours of non stop profanity coming from the office, was informed that my vehicle was ready. I was charged for the repair of a tire that was 3 months old. When I asked why my warranty wasn't honored the guy told me that it was because I purchased at the other store. He said he didn't have access to the history. I asked him to get the history from the other store and he didn't seem to be interested in helping me at all. It's too bad. I will continue to patronize the Orchard store. I'm frustrated at the lack of consistency.

This would be 5 stars, but Tire Choice website is horrible. You can schedule online, even select the tire size and get a quote, but none of that information goes to the store, except your Name and appointment time. Twice I have shown up to my appointment time and they didn't have the tires in stock. If you schedule online, CALL to make sure the store has the tires you need. They can order them and get them usually next day. Besides this, store has great customer service. Dale the manager is great!

One thing I especially appreciated was that I had no grease or dirt on my steering wheel and door handles, something I’ve experienced before with other technicians. I needed an oil change and a basic inspection in preparation for a road trip. I dropped in with no appointment and they were able to get me in. Oil change and some wiper blades. Ordered tires through Goodyear. Told them my vehicle make/model. Drove 3 hrs from the mountains to make our 5:30 appt. Our vehicle was too large for their lift and they were uninterested in using their jacks to install the tires. Caught them at end of shift. Both were playing on their phones. Definitely not using this company for future business. Both individuals were nice but that was a sad showing of effort.

It was late in the day and I had a massive suspension problem took it to the boys at tire choice on Broadway. Dale lined me up and his technician Gavin totally dove into it and found the problem quick and efficiently. Fixed it fast and smoothly and got me on the road. totally cool dudes. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were fast, efficient, explained all the services I was getting in detail. They checked all my fluids and filled up what was needed. They checked my brakes and made sure everything was in perfect order. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The manager, Dale Englund was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions.
