Rich’s Auto Care is the premier destination to waste your time and money. The employees really show you the difference between a mechanic and a technician…..there are no technicians here. I brought my truck in for a low oil pressure light and multiple codes. After 4 hours of watching my truck sit around, hardly be touched, and one of the “mechanics” take a smoke break next to my open window I left with some wires fixed, an oil pressure sensor changed that wasn’t broken, $300 lost, and a truck with the exact same problems as when I brought it in. I was charged a $150 diagnostic fee when the “diagnosis” was an electrical problem with the PCM that could take 4 to 5 hours of more diagnostics. After returning home with a still broken truck, I spent 5 minutes searching ford forums to find that the problem was a fuse…..switched the fuse, problems gone. I will never be returning to this establishment and I will be sure to let the local first responder and military community know.

I recently had my car serviced by Rich's Auto Care, and the experience was great. I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, they took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the necessary repairs needed and why, and their fee was reasonable. Glad to have an auto shop I can depend on.

legendary service from Rich. Dropped off the vehicle super easy after hours and he had my big issue fixed the very next day. asked him to do some additional troubleshooting on another issue. He solved that one very affordably and quickly too. Opened up the shop for me in a weekend after hours to pick it up. Phenomenal experience.

Reliable & Fair. Also looking for a couple of good mechanics in need of an excellent work place.The above was my first review a few months ago, today I had my faith in my fellow mankind restored when I went to P.U. my car I was told I had a $100.00 credit on the balance because the regulator/motor didn't need replaced just cleaned of debree. So I also was able to return the part for an additional $108.00 saving. I stand behind my original review while adding the 5th.star. Thank you Rich and Staff.

Got a new LED headlight replaced here on my car's driver side. When I picked up my car, there was a new tear in my door panel and now it is the only marking or tear in my new car that I've only had for a few months. All they could do for me was smooth it out. Not sure how it happened as they are hard to tear through. My bumper also pops out of place now, which wasn't happening until my car went through this shop. Probably not the best place to get your car taken care of. Came to take care of one problem, left with multiple other problems.

I just started a company and I have one vehicle that I do all my work with. When it broke down I could not get anybody to look at it within a week. Rich put it up on the rack right away and took care of my problem. He probably won't do that for everyone, but I was so impressed with his generous spirit. I literally just got my headlight fixed for 100$ after rich lied and charged me 150 for absolutely nothing then he lied and said he put a light bulb in and funny no light bulb was in my car so this company lied lied and tried to charge 700 $ for a 100$ light bulb so embarrassing DO NOT TRUST this company rich auto care awful I have pictures will post receipt for 100 dollar job shame on this company trying to over charge me 700$ awful awful experience

I took my Pontiac G8 to Rich's auto after I made the mistake of letting someone else, who was a former GM employee work on it. Rich and his crew recognized and corrected all of the problems that had been either overlooked and created by the person that worked on it previously. They were reasonably priced, and got my Pontiac running like a jewel. I'm in love with my car again after having left it in their hands. Awful experience awful awful they said the could replace my light bulb i went down there sat 1.5 hours they said they were gonna see if they had the light that's all I was told then they had the nerve to come out tell me I owed 700$ and I told them absolutely not give me my keys and he refused to give me keys with out me paying 150$ for absolutely nothing DO NOT trust them or do business they will lie scam and rip you off

I was traveling through from Washington to Utah when my check engine light came on. I went to Autozone to pull the code then they referred me to Rich's. I went in without a call or appointment and they took my truck in right away. I appreciate that Rich asked me questions and actually listened to what I said. They did a great job with a quick diagnostic and did not charge me for parts I did not need and didn't pressure me to do additional work either. I just needed 1 coil replaced to fix the problem and then finish when I get back home. One of the best mechanic shop experiences I've had. Steph at the desk was nice and knowledgeable too. And they got the job done faster than I expected. I truly appreciate what they did for me today!
