Exceptional service during a long road trip! I was driving from Moab back to Seattle when I ran into some alignment issues and had to make an unplanned stop in Twin Falls. I called Firestone the same day hoping for a miracle, and they were able to squeeze me in right away. The team was super accommodating—big appreciation to Mac for taking care of the scheduling. The technician who worked on my vehicle was a true pro; the alignment was spot-on, and the difference was immediate. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Really grateful for the help, especially while on a long trip. Great team, great service. Highly recommended!

This was one of the most dishonest and unprofessional service experiences I have ever had. I purchased four tires from The manager, Kevin, at the Broadway Firestone in Boise and was charged for TPMS rebuild kits and installation labor. After leaving the store, I inspected the vehicle and noticed the TPMS kits had clearly not been installed. The original components were still on the valve stems. Because of this, I had to return to the store to have the issue addressed. While I was there the second time, I personally watched the vehicle in the service bay. The wheels were never removed from the car. Despite that, I was told the TPMS rebuild kits had been installed. Proper installation of those kits requires breaking down the tire from the wheel, which never happened. When I calmly pointed this out, the manager insisted the work had been done. Rather than correcting the issue professionally, the manager became defensive and ultimately refused service, telling me I was not welcome back at the store — simply for questioning whether work I paid for had actually been performed. To make matters worse, a corporate complaint I filed was marked “resolved” without anyone contacting me or resolving anything. I ultimately had the tires dismounted at another Firestone location, where the original TPMS components were still in place and were then properly replaced. I retained the original parts as proof. Being charged for work not performed is unacceptable. Being told you cannot return for calmly raising a legitimate concern is even more concerning. Customers should carefully review their invoices and verify that billed services are actually completed.
