It must be noted, we have one of the Lifetime warranties that Jeep no longer offers. We started our process of needing some parts replaced with a new service rep. That person failed to request authorization from the warranty department in proper terminology, leading to our authorization being rejected. Mark took over our case. In the end, Mark was able to get one of the parts authorized and fixed. However, some of the services didn't get completed even though we paid for them. So now we are having to deal with getting a refund. In addition, some services that were supposed to be done under warranty were not completed, so now we have to go through the warranty process again! Very annoying experience with having our vehicle in their garage for 3 weeks!

Service rep was very professional, friendly and very helpful. There were some communication concerns I had about other work that was recommended Adam helped get it worked out but I have a hard understanding why 3 weeks earlier when my truck was in for brakes the inspection came with pass then I bring for headlights and the inspection comes back with 7 immediate attention needed, I did have 6 of 7 taken care of and I believe they did good, when picking up my truck I found my glove compartment lying on the floor board, also I had right a quarter tank of gas at drop off and at pick up it was almost on the E. Overall I like LHM. This was the first I every had any concerns with my truck service

Technician and service department personnel were friendly and did a good job with services provided. Namely oil change, tire rotation and tire sensors. My only complaint which I know others getting services done were having the same issue. They are extremely slow and not accurate on projecting times of completion. I would not recommend waiting for your vehicle. I had an appointment at noon and didn’t leave until 3. I was told it would be done quickly as they did not appear busy plus I had an appointment. Drop it off early and tell them to call whenever its done.

Came in off the street for an oil change. I didn’t have an appointment but still it took 2.5 hours for an oil change, no tire rotation. I asked if they could run it through the car wash after the oil change. He said no problem but it was not done. The last time I came in for an oil change they also changed out the cabin air filter. They forgot to put the frame that holds the filter back in place. So this time I told them about the frame and asked if they would put it back on and they said sure, no apologies tho. It was not done so before I left I asked again and he then call ed someone up to put it back together. It was really not a big deal but for someone 71 years old I could not maneuver around to get it put back on. Not very pleased with the service.

Outstanding personal interaction and outstanding mechanical service. Luc in service and Steve is the Diesel Mechanic. They both were honest taking time to explain issues and went far and above solving my repair issues. I can’t thank them enough. I’ve been a Larry Miller Dodge since 2010. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles at Boise dealership and I will return to purchase my next vehicle there. That is saying a lot as I live in NJ.

Had some transmission issues with my 2500 ram, took it in was diagnosed quickly. Had multiple issues in the transmission which was still under warranty. They sent me the description of the issues, was able approve the service and keep up on the repairs from the link. Took a few days to complete and fix the issues. Picked it up after the service runs great probably better than when it was new, very smooth shifting from gear to gear.

I made an appointment for my recall on my jeep. This is a recall that I had been to your dealership a year ago, for the same recall. They told me they couldn't get the part. Very frustrating. The second time I made an appointment the person I spoke to agreed to call me to confirm that they had the part for my vehicle two days before my appointment and they did so affirming that the part was in stock. This is the kind of customer service I expect. However, when I got there, they told me they didn't have the part. I pushed back and asked to speak to the service manager. The assistant service manager, Logan Frost, did talk to me, checked and behold they had the part. Why does a customer have to demand a manager in order to get things resolved?! I was very frustrated that I would have left without my recall repair had I not stood my ground and talked to him. I am unsure why your service department is having such a difficult time. After they found the part, they did treat me very well. If you would like to set an appointment to discuss this with me I'd be happy to. This experience leads me to believe I will never buy a vehicle from Larry H Miller.

I have been coming to LHM Dodge for service for years with great service. The last year in a half an oil change takes any where from 1.5 to 3.25 hours. My last oil change with no other service was 3.25 hours and only after the service manager asked the service techs to speed it up. I was initially told 1.5 to 2 hours but gave it 3 hours when I came back to pick the vehicle up. I understand things happen but the wait times keeps increasing. I have always made appointments and tried during the week first thing and wait times are still long. The irony they advertised a quick lube lane. I’m transferring all my services to Petersons so hopefully that will work better.

Logan in the service department was great!! He was kind, respectful, polite and got right to business with taking care of my jeep! He kept me in the loop and as soon as it was done he let me know so I could get my jeep back quickly! They have taken very good care of my and my jeep at Larry Miller and I won’t go anywhere else !! ❤️

Second time in 3 visit that my oil change has taken nearly 3 hours. Luckily this time I was working in the waiting area so didn’t feel as bad but as soon as I went to ask them about my car it was immediately clear that it’d just been left and forgotten about for 2.25 hours. The problem I have here is that I made a reservation and other people that didn’t all got serviced before me. Once I called out the wait they worked the car quickly but just a bad process at this dealership for service. Unfortunately I’m not willing to drive to Meridian or I’d never go here again. Stuck for now though. ☹️

Took vehicle in for couple recalls, 2025 Ram 1500! It has about 7500 miles! Had a two hour window to fix, and the only downside is it took about 2 hrs and 20 minutes, not bad, but the jury is still out regarding those ghost that reside in my dashboard, change music often, turn off the dash lites so have times not sure how fast I am going etc! But fingers crossed, been working well for 3 days! Hopefully it is fixed for the life of the vehicle!

I received an email for an oil change for $49.95. I followed the email and scheduled my appointment for 11am. I arrived on time to my appointment to then wait for 20 minutes to drop off my vehicle. I asked how long the and was told it could be an hour and a half. I was taken aback that an oil change with an appointment could take that long but didn’t vocalize it. I asked if I would get a call when the vehicle was ready and the service rep informed me they could call or text when it was done. I received a text from the rep with a link to a status tracker. I followed the tracker to gauge when my vehicle would be done. At 2:45, I walked over to the service center to check on my car since the status tracker still showed my vehicle as “In Progress”. My vehicle was sitting out front done. The service rep was sitting down eating their lunch. I asked if my vehicle was done and got an “Oops” as a response. Not just that but I was charged extra for oil as my vehicle apparently uses more than the standard amount. I bought this vehicle from the dealership and they solicited me for the oil change. The volume of Oil needed shouldn’t be an additional cost. So 3 hours after my appointment time I was finally leaving after being forgotten about and charged more than the advertised price. Save yourself some time and money and use somewhere else for your vehicle maintenance.

Friendly and professional staff, my vehicle was taken in with out an appointment. They have me a realistic time frame. During the oil changed and multipoint inspection they brought up safety concerns that I was unaware of. Also recommend maintenance items to keep me on the road safe. They informed me they could get itt done for me it would just take a little time. Offered to uber some where if it would make it easier for me and then get me a ride back when it was complete. The advisor went over the compete work that was done answered all my questions. These guys are a place that test you like your family.

I called on a Friday to set an appointment to have my auxiliary battery tested. After about 5 minutes going through the phone waiting and having a human on the line for almost 2 minutes, before being switched back to the automated system, I was able to set an appointment for 9 am the following Tuesday. I arrived 5 minutes early, I had zero indication that my vehicle wasn't going in at that time for testing. After reviewing my questions, "battery test" and now "Start/ Stop" light on my dashboard, I was told it may be up to 5 hours for them to charge and test my battery (s) and I could wait there if I wanted, (which is how I set my appointment) assuming my vehicle was going in at 9 am. So the service writer called an Uber for me and set up a link to follow the progress of my service. I called around 5:30 pm and after being on the "press 1-2-3" phone tree, I was able to reach a human. For about 2 minutes I listened to why the actual technician hadn't responded yet and it was now apparent that my 9am appointment wasn't to get my vehicle serviced. It would have been great if someone would have explained that at 9am. LONG STORY SHORT, on Thursday afternoon, 5 pm ish, I hadn't heard anything from the "Service" department and the worthless link showing progress reports showed zero information, and being on hold for almost 10 minutes I finally spoke to a human, for about 2 minutes, who told me that my original "service" writer would call me back. Meanwhile, that "magical" link still shows nothing more than my vehicle was checked in on Tuesday at 9 am. I received a call about 5:20 that the vehicle was ready to pick up. I explained that I would need a ride and Friday morning at 9am would work. At this point I was just ready to be done. On Friday morning at 8:45 I hadn't received any Uber notice, to bring me out to the dealer. I went through about 5 minutes of the phone tree wait. Ended up calling the Sales department who cordially put me on hold and within 2 minutes had set up for a ride. I received a phone call about 9:15 from the "service " department asking if I needed a ride. Since I was halfway to the dealership in an Uber that they called for me, I was relieved to know my vehicle was in fact ready to be picked up. Since this was only the 2nd call I had received in 4 days from your "service " department, I was hoping it wasn't a "sorry but your car isn't ready " call. To summarize, better communication, updating the customer and faster phone tree response may help your "service " writers get less disgruntled customer reactions and may make their days a little less stressful, so they are more likely to be approachable and able to be better at customer "service".

They had my truck for 2 days for a simple warranty check, oil change and fuel filter change. It sat untouched for 2 days with no update, I spent over 40 minutes in the loop of automated phone nonsense trying to reach a human only to have it disconnect. I pulled my truck from your service line with nothing done. Oh, and Ross Smith, don't bother leaving your number for a follow up, that number goes the same place as yur service center, nowhere.

Luc was the service writer and did a fantastic job. Not sure who the tech was working on the truck but they did a fantastic job as well. They got my problem diagnosed quickly and got it fixed for me to get back on the road at a pretty reasonable price.

I bought a truck from them 6 months ago, first two months were great. But throughout the next four it kept having the same problem with the oil flooding. Luc, Steven, and Zack helped me get into a new truck, they were professional and took great care of me. Now I have a nice running truck and I would highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a vehicle to go to them.

Service representatives and overall service was great. Representative were friendly and took the time to ensure clear understanding of what services I needed prior to me leaving. Since service was covered by warranty, dealership provided me with a rental car since the recall and other services could take multiple days do I had transportation to get to work. Service itself was good, asked for tire pressure to be checked and put to factory levels, this was not completed as requested. Received vehicle with same levels as when I dropped off the vehicle. Was disappointed with the lack of follow through with the simple request since all others were taken care of. I do recommend Larry Miller for service and auto purchases.

I was in town to visit my sister in Bosie. My engine like came on as I arrived to her place. Made appointment, don’t diagnosis it for two days and then they had to order apart and was promised they’d start first thing Monday morning. When I called in the later afternoon on Monday to check the status, they said it wouldn’t be done till Friday because they put other cars in front of me. They knew I needed to get back home. Sent my husband down to talk with them and it was fixed Tuesday.
