I had a bad battery in a car that needed replacement but I couldn’t get it out myself due to a lot of corrosion. I called a couple places who said they wouldn’t help me, but Roadside Services of Idaho answered the phone, told me they could help me out in a couple hours, and came by that night to get the job done. Super professional, included photos of all the work, very responsive and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

First all kind and everything said eta on tech 2 hours…. It ended up by me calling at 10pm was told eta at 12 kid night amd nothing im still waiting its 4 am no tech he never showed up and i have called 20 times and no answer i get sent to voice mail all the time

Were trying to replace air manifold on the truck at 7pm, those guys were the only one in the area who picked up the phone. They did the job well, afterhours disp Scott was helpfull and asnwered all the calls immidiatley, the only issue was that they showed up in 2 hours instead of 1.5 that they provided as ETA, but thats not a big deal. Price were 577$ for service call, 2 hours of labor and 36 miles run

I requested a specific brand of motoroil for engine oil change (because that one has the vehicle manufacturers approval). They confirmed that they can get exactly that one so I made an appointment and took a big detour to Boise. They said it will be late evening when they would have time to do the oil change. I asked again if they have got EXACTLY that oil and they confirmed. I waited for about 6 hours until they came at 10:30 pm with ANOTHER oil. The oil was the same type and a good brand, but it had no approval. A misunderstanding can be excluded because he had confirmed that he has the brand I asked for, so he bluntly lied to me.

I am really disappointed with the unprofessional mechanic and management at this company. I called for service on a trailer airbag replacement that was just 8 miles away from his location. Over the phone, he quoted me a price of $600, which included the service call, parts, and everything. However, when he arrived on site, he charged me $900. The airbag was improperly fitted and rolled out again after 16 hours Driving. I had it repaired at Loves Travel Stop, and they said it was a poor repaired. I have contacted roadside management about this issue, but they have not responded. we spend $450 Again Same Job

You can’t trust this guys. Check EVERYTHING AFTER THEM. they came out to replace a chamber on an Amazon trailer, the pin was stuck so they had to replace the slack adjuster as well. When new parts were installed(incorrectly) the rod was too long and brakes were not adjusted. (That’s an OOS). The brakes can’t be adjusted because one pad is touching the drum and another is way too far. Super unprofessional and waste of time because now someone else has to fix their “repair”.
