By far the best experience I've ever had at any mechanic. They took the time to figure out all the possibilities that could be causing the issue and figured it out and fixed it. I’m new to the area and I was looking for a shop that I can call my own and I found it at Meineke. I had a bad transmission leak on my 2007 Ford Explorer and I brought it in on a Saturday right around closing time. Brandon got under the car and looked at it, that was a good sign because he could have told me, “get away from me kid you bother me,” but he took the time to look at it. It was Memorial Day weekend and he told me to bring it in first thing Tuesday and he’ll put it on the rack and look at it. He did and he found the problem. He fixed it and I also needed tires for my truck and my Mom’s car. Then I met Scott. These guys are true professionals. They made my experience seamless and got me back on the road quickly and at a reasonable price. I have found my go to shop for all my automotive repair needs. They were really busy but they still managed to squeeze me in for an oil change between bigger projects. I am thankful because they have always been good to me every time I have ever gone in to get services for my car. I would highly recommend going in for repairs or just a simple oil change. UPDATE: Adjusted my review from 5 to 1 star...just took my son's truck to a mechanic for a tune up and investigate what appeared to be an exhaust leak. The mechanic found both exhaust manifolds are cracked, the radiator has a hole in it and the brake line was severely corroded...and to expect a $5500 bill. The mechanic said it is obvious that they issues had existed for a while. I had this truck inspected by the Meineke team, pre-sale, and now feel like I was duped. If they had done the 21 point inspection as they had said, they would have found these issues. But, I was told it was good to go. Really disappointed. *********** A few weeks ago I bought a truck for my 16 y.o. son. I needed a pre-purchase inspection and done quickly. Brandon jumped on it first thing in the morning and had it ready to go that day. I appreciate his candidness and professionalism as he walked me through his very detailed inspection report. I will certainly trust him and the team for my future service needs! I HIGHLY suggest taking your vehicle to Meineke Car Care Center!

These guys are great. They really care about providing the best possible service to both the vehicle and the customer. Bill and Brandon kept me apprised of the process throughout, showing me what they were seeing and explaining their methods and recommendations. Brandon even asked if I wanted some additional maintenance done while they had access to certain parts so they didn't have to charge me separately for labor. Most places don't do that. Highly recommend.

The best service I have received anywhere.. Ever! Had to tow my daughter’s truck in after starter going out on her at the gas station. I've gone to these guy's multiple times and the customer service is through the roof. Straight to the point answers. I was trying to change my front Differential fluid and stripped the bolt. Went to the Gm dealership first and was quoted $200 for 1 hour inspection. The rep stated there's a possibility of them not being able to get the bolt off and also damaging something while attempting to get it off. It's a hard knock no for me. I went to meineke and was told they could get it off and not charge me. I responded say what? I offered to pay but they refused my hard earned 💵. They were literally done in 5 minutes and did not charge me a penny. I offered to pay something. Still they refused. I highly recommend this shop to get your vehicle repaired or looked at. Thank you meineke. My Saturday has started with a blessing.

I went in for an oil change and my check engine light was on they helped me figure out why my check engine light was on and fixed it for me for a very fair price. They had the best customer service very nice people I’ll definitely be going there every time now for my car services. I recommend it for everyone else.

If i could give 0 stars i would. i know that’s such a cliche. as soon as i got there the front desk guy was super rude. after my vehicle was serviced i left and heard a very loud rattling noise and my car REAKED of oil. turns out, whoever gave me an oil change didn’t but the oil cap back on. i found the cap down by my serpentine belt (which was the knocking/rattling noise). the oil splattered on the bottom of my hood. oil was ALL OVER my engine and the inside of my car. this is ridiculous. they were complaining to me about “not being able to find good help” maybe they should properly train their employees. i will NOT be returning to this location or another meineke ever again.
