When I walked in the store I was greeted immediately and was told that Jorge would help me install the light as I had asked for assistance when I had called. Great service! I came in to replace a headlamp for my Rav-4. The Zoner (I think thatβs how the company refers to their employees) was excellent. She helped me locate the right bulb, talked me through several options, and after my selection even did the installation. She was so pleasant, upbeat and helpful. I asked if I could offer a tip and she declined. She said if I could leave a review instead that would be appreciated. I donβt recall her name and itβs not on the receipt, but for the manager β¦ she was working on 9/6 and it was around 5:30p.

The only reason I stopped in was for a diagnostic reading to find out why 'check engine' light was on. I was told they could loan me tools but not do a computer check as it is no longer a service....my first π‘ was( how do I Know?? What tools I will need without a test reading????) Second π‘ Do I LOOK LIKE I KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH ANY KIND OF TOOL YOU MIGHT FEEL FREE TO LOAN ME????

I never use this unless O'Reillys dont have it in stock..but I brought them back a heater motor that didnt fit this 2004 Mitsubishi endeavor 3.8. Its a shame that when you should knkw the vehicle the year and model and look on the screen that they give the right product means the right auto parts that are given on the computer as you asked for. I brought it back and they gave me the wrong heater motor to begin with. 10 time they failure to give me the right product or auto parts to put in my vehicle. I will never use Auto Zone again EVER.

Bought a cylinder head at the AutoZone on Overland in Boise for my 2017 Ram 1500. I gave them my VIN and they said it would fit. Traded in my old head for the $150 core discount. Brought it home, opened the box, and right away noticed it was missing a bolt hole on the exhaust side. Took it back and they told me βthatβs just how they comeβ and the only option was a refund. Problem is, they kept my original head and wouldnβt give it back. So Iβm out my old part, which was worth way more than $150. Feels like theft on their end. Be careful trading in parts here they donβt make it right if they mess up.

Well now I know why most of the men I know go to O'Reilly auto parts. Called about a gas cap. Angie answered the phone first I told her what I needed then had to repeat myself 4 times. Then she says we may have it. I asked what do you mean you may have it? That's when she snapped and got so rude about how she can't hear over the beeping which was a sensor in my car(why I needed the gas cap) and the people talking in the store. All I know is Angie just about got a visit from me to let her talk to me like that in person. Autozone do better with your halfway employee that needs a lesson in customer service.

We worked with Jeremy at Autozone to test, charge and tighten our battery throughout the evening.
