The people I've had the chance to interact with at this body shop were all top notch! My service adviser was Omar and he's on top of things! Not only does he communicate well, they'll constantly provide updates on the repair of your vehicle and provide timeline on when to expect work to be completed. They're so good that they provided me with a 1 week repair quote but got the job done in only 3 days! Excellent customer service from everyone at this shop. Highly recommended. Be very careful who u trust and be leaving your vehicle to . I trusted them by my insurance ,they fixed bumper where someone hit me . And when I picked up my car the paint was off and at first were stating that it was like that they can't do anything till my husband has to tell them it was not like that look back at pictures they had on file before getting fixed so they were able to fix .after taking back for repair they returned with one headlight with water inside which I've never had that problem and that day it rained not sure if it was condensation but my insurance said they can't do anything for me because it has nothing to do with the accident,and champion didn't want to fix ....I recommend anyone to go somewhere else.ive had other different issues with other vehicle.but I've learned my lesson .to not ever go back .

I took my car to this bodyshop by a referral from Geico insurance. My car was Merecedes GLE G53. They changed the rear bumper and some of other parts. There wasn’t a lot of damage. I believe my car was there for 8 days or so. After I picked up the car, everything looked perfect and it seemed that they fixed the car. But, nightmare started after passing two days of the pick up time. Lots of noises were coming from the back which were from the part they’ve replaced it. I called back this shop and they said bring the car back and we will check it out. Again, they hold the car for a couple of hours and called me that the car is fixed now. But, it wasn’t. The car sensors were all messed up! The car started making more and more noise. Again I called them and have been told to bring the car for check up. This is a redicioulos process. It was pretty obvious they couldn’t fix that kind of car! It was such a waste of of time for me for bringing the car to them to see what was the problem every week. I ended up paying a big price for nothing! I had no choice I decided to sell that car and got a brand new one. At the end, I learned to not trust the Geico’s suggested bodyshop. They all wanted to do cheap work to get rid of you. If you have any accidents I’d suggest to get the job done with your own car’s company to avoid any future headaches and nightmares with the bodyshop and insurance. That was a terrible experience and I’ll never forget that!

DO NOT use Crash Champions for any car repairs. I brought my vehicle in after being rear-ended at a red light, expecting professional service from a company that claims to be a “champion” in collision repair. What I got instead was an absolute nightmare. Crash Champions did next to nothing. Their customer service is practically nonexistent — phone calls go unanswered, updates are rare (if ever), and you're left completely in the dark about your own vehicle. When I did get a response, it was vague, dismissive, and showed no urgency or care for the situation. The repair work, if you can even call it that, was subpar at best. It felt like they did the bare minimum — and even that seemed like a stretch. On top of that, they had the audacity to provide an inflated, unreasonable quote that seemed more like a cash grab than an actual reflection of the damage. Watch out for Omar the Service Manager. He knows next to nothing and acts like he does. This company clearly prioritizes profit over people. They exploit customers during already stressful situations, and their lack of transparency, professionalism, and quality is shameful. Avoid Crash Champions at all costs. You’re better off going anywhere else.

I had a fender bender back in March, and AAA recommended that I take my car to Crash Champions Collision Repair in Santa Ana. From start to finish, the experience was great and efficient. They took care of the repairs quickly and made my car look beautiful again. About a month later, a part came loose, so I brought it back in, and they fixed it for no charge. I appreciated that kind of service! Lastly, I really appreciated the staff, especially Omar. He was very kind and professional, making the whole process easy!

The staff at Crash Champions went above and beyond. Omar was especially helpful in taking the time to explain the entire process. I took my newer vehicle in that had rear end damage. They had my car back to me in a very timely manner and looking brand new! They matched my hyper white paint to perfection. 10/10, absolutely would recommend them to anyone.
