It was painful to work with Tesla Insurance. But Crash Champion gave me some comfort. Especially Mrs. Lety, who was very efficient and professional in communicating with me. They also used better parts to repair my vehicle. Although there were some issues after the vehicle was returned, they were resolved very quickly. While I don’t want my car to have any more problems in the future, if it does come to that, I would still consider choosing Crash to repair my vehicle.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Never read negative reviews but couldn’t help this one Extremely put off by my experience with this shop. Booked an appointment online only to realize they don’t look at it and rather schedule calls over the phone — so don’t waste your time on it. As a first timer in this process with insurance, I had no idea on how this works. The female sitting on the front desk was the rudest one I’ve seen in all these years in terms of customer service. I asked her several times on what she needs to get the appointment fixed, figured it out with my insurance to get her those details. Got no appointment confirmations or affirmatives. Showed up-to the appointment early since we had to fly out only to realize that they wanted the documents sent to them and we had to wait another 30 mins with no guarantee since they “might just see someone else”. And on top of that had to communicate with the insurance and do all sorts of shenanigans with them doing nothing. Decided to not take my Model Y here and instead get it fixed elsewhere, even if it meant that we had to wait another few weeks. TLDR: I’m sure they fix cars well looking at other reviews, but to get to that point is a HUGE hassle. Rather go somewhere else if you don’t have all the time in the world to spare or aren’t used to listening to someone really really rude!

So impressed by their responses, quote and the repair quality. Their quote is reasonable and honest. Avoid This Shop — Complete Waste of Time (ZERO STARS) I've never written a review before but this was one of the most frustrating repair experiences I’ve ever had. My car was towed to location (recommended by the insurance). I called ahead on status was told I had to drive in instead of handling it over the phone — even though I live across the hill and I took pictures of the issue. When I got there, they made me fill out the same information I’d already given them, only to tell me their Tesla tech was leaving in two days and they couldn’t repair my car. Then they mentioned there might be battery damage — something they don’t even fix. When I asked why they’d even take my car in, no one could answer. All of this could have been avoided if anyone there had bothered to communicate properly. Instead, I wasted my time, had to miss work, and then had to set up another tow to a different shop. This place is disorganized, unhelpful, and clearly doesn’t care about their customers

The staff needs training. I left work early and walked in for a quote at 4:45 PM for a minor parking lot incident. Here’s how it went. -Hi, I am looking for a quote. Do you have an appointment? -No. Insurance or cash? -Could be either. Not sure yet. Random dude from the back butts in. We’Re not AuDi cErtifIeD and wE aRe cloSing iN 10 minutes. How about, let’s schedule you an appointment or walk outside and the two pictures of my bumper and do the quote tomorrow. That’s what your competitor next door did after and we finished in 7 minutes.

Please don't take Tesla to this repair shop. I went for a simple battery replacement task and it turned in to a 2 week investigation for car not starting. At the end of it they broke some fuse and Tesla repair costed more that $2500 to fix the damage they had caused. Now they say that it wasn't their fault, they gave the car with working fuse. Tesla says that it was broken by them. I got stuck in between. I feel It was the worst car repair experience of my entire life. Always take your Tesla to their own repair shop as third party guys are not able to handle them and can cause serious damage.

I came to crash champions on someone’s recommendation claiming you guys to have great attention to detail and quality repair work. My experience has been completely different. My repair ( damaged fender ) seemed rushed - completed in 1 week. Which I was happy about at first but noticed many details that I had to point out and get fixed again. 1. Small paint job error 2. Ringing in the door when I closed it. 3. Vibrations when driving - wheel needs to be rebalanced. 4. The door window is not calibrated well. Pulling up the window makes a ‘THUD’ sounds, no other window does that. Really disappointing with the attention to detail, would have been better to take another week of repair time than me having to come back again to get small things fixed. They seem to be professionals who know their stuff but I still didn’t have a good experience.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the car before giving me a very reasonable estimate. Brian handled everything—from the quote to scheduling the service date—and the repair was completed quickly. I even got my vehicle back the same day. I recently had a fender bender and took my car to Crash Champions Body Shop on Aldo Avenue, as recommended by my insurance company as Tesla authorized body shop. I couldn't be happier with the results! The repair work was flawless, and the restoration was completed right on schedule as promised. I’d like to give a special recognition to Brian Camany, my advisor, who went above and beyond my expectations. He was incredibly attentive, customer-oriented, always available and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. He even arranged rides for me to and from the shop on several occasions, which I really appreciated. Additionally, I had an annoying rattle in my Tesla that had been there since 2020 when I got my car. Brian graciously took care of that as well, even though it wasn't part of the original repair. Much gratitude to Brian and the entire Crash Champions team! I feel like my car is as good as new and without the rattle! I couldn't recommend them more. Five +++ stars!
