I came in for an oil change during COVID-19 (June) and had a very positive experience. Only downside was the cost-- I came in for a full synthetic oil change and it cost about $100. At that price, I'll consider going somewhere else. However, the service I received was excellent.

I drive 4 hours each way to to have these guys work on my vehicles. They are the kind of people that you try very, very hard to find nowadays, and you rarely do; capable, thorough, and honest. All I do is give them the keys, say” fix it please” and if it is a fuse, or a new engine, or anything in between, I write the check, knowing it was not only needed, but it was done right. I challenge you to find another service company like that anywhere.

This is the only place that I trust with my automobiles for repair and service. It is a family-owned business that has been in Santa Clara Valley for decades. They're located off De La Cruz Boulevard in Santa Clara. Their prices are about half that of a dealership. They are extremely honest and reliable. If I'm told to my car will be ready at 2pm, it's ready at 2pm. They work on domestic, European, and Asian automobiles. From our family work truck to my C7 Corvette , they are the best. Love these guys and recommend them to all my family and friends.

Just took my older car for its second visit. I'm glad to have found Eserini's from neighbors' recommendations. They successfully corrected a leaky gasket and now a failed wiring harness that apparently got chewed and was causing an engine light. I like that they're no nonsense. They are prompt both about performing the repairs and communicating quotes and when they'll be done. They're also up front. When they quote a price and a time, that's what it's going to be. I've never felt I was being up-sold things I didn't need or talked down to, as has happened at other shops.

Honest mechanics! Eserini's is very no frills mechanic shop off De La Cruz in Santa Clara. Industrial area, every shop on the street is a mechanic, auto body, auto glass, etc. I have put about 35K miles on my 2008 Nissan Versa since I bought it in 2020 and figured it was time for a brake check. They found that the front brakes were still good, but the back ones needed new shoes and drum and they also found a broken spring in the back brakes. They also replaced the 3rd brake light at my request. All parts were in stock, they didn't try to upsell me on anything and my car was done and ready for pickup same day. If you are looking for the dealership experience with an air conditioned lounge, TV and free bottled water, Eserini's is not for you. But if you are looking for a competent, honest mechanic, Eserini's is the place. They've been in business for many years and they get the job done.

My father had been going to the shop for years for his work trucks. He moved out of the Bay area and I was devastated when I thought my transmission was going out. He told me to go to the shop because they never overcharged and they only fixed what is needed for your car and they are very honest and after I took my car into them I can back up everything my father has told me about the shop. I can't thank them enough for the relief they gave me when my car wasn't as bad as I thought. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family and anyone else that reads this review!

I am so glad I found this shop, do not hesitate to bring your car. I could tell the mechanics were very skilled by the feedback they gave about my car, and honest because everything they said matched up with what I knew. They treated my car like a nice fancy car and did a fantastic job fixing it right. Now you don't need to worry if you need repairs!
