Should you take your car to Service King Collision??? Let me tell you from experience… This was one of the most seamless experiences I’ve had with any service-based business. My Toyota Sienna had to get a bumper replaced from a fender bender, and I was worried about how long it all may take (spoiler alert: only a few days soups to nuts!). Service King communicates where they are in the process, and reaches out both personally and with automated updates as the timeline changes slightly. They are super friendly, detail-oriented, and put the customer first. I was never left wondering what was next, what I should do, etc. The South First team was absolutely top notch! Bonus points for their partnership with Enterprise that allowed me ease of being provided a rental car in the interim. No hassle whatsoever. I wish more companies operated like Service King. They are exceptional!!! Their name implies their royal status, but their work shows signs of the servant’s heart. Thanks to everyone for the A+ job!

Love this place.i wish i don’t need to be here again. But if i do, i trust them 100%. All of them are friendly. They are straight forward. I wish i know the ppls name who helped me. The team work efficiently. I highly recommend this place. I had to use a different location 2 years ago. They didn’t communicate well. They took way too long to get estimates to me. They don’t provide any updates other than the auto texts. I had to call them whats going on because the status didn’t change for weeks. Well. Glad i got my car fixed here. Thank you a lot for the help!

I don't often write reviews but I feel like I need to share about my experience with Crash Champions (1st Street location). I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and the quality of the repair! Sage and the other employees I interacted with were helpful, thorough, and kind - and went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience :) The repair was fantastic - instead of just making my car look how it did before the accident, they made it look BETTER than before the accident! I cannot recommend these guys enough.

The work they did to my truck was very good work and the timing of my truck being in shop and ready to be picked up was very good also, the reason for only 3 stars is while my truck was there at there shop my truck got broken into and they took my tailgate and my jack stands and jack, while they did take care of my tailgate which I really appreciate, the time it took to get my tailgate back and me having to call them on many occasions to get any info on it was not very professional in my opinion. And i was told by sage they would replace the items that got stolen out of my locked tool box but I've been getting the run around on that and haven't received my items or a call. Don't say you're going to replace something and don't hold your word to it that's all.

This location did a great job on my 2024 Lexus. I got my car back in 2 weeks and they kept everything nice and clean! Naylea is the best in customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. It was so important to me as I have never had to deal with a collision before. I have used service king in the past and they've done a great job. This time around my faith in their service was strengthened. From the moment I dropped my car off until the moment I picked up, I was treated exceptionally well and there was full transparency all along the repair process. Robert, listened carefully to my initial requests pertaining to repair of my car and ensured me great execution. Richie, personally called me to tell me he would extend my rental a couple days and take care of it if necessary because he wanted ensure my suspension and alignment were not jeopardized. I didn't mind them taking more time to care for my car because she came back out looking brand new. They even did an awesome job at restoring my rims and polishing away any chips in paint I had from door dings. Spectacular service fellas, I appreciate how you cared for my vehicle but I hope I never have to see you all again! Before & After doesn't do the polish and restoration job justice! Cheers,

I have a 2023 Audi S5 with almost zero miles on it. Sadly someone backed into it in a parking garage causing quite a bit of damage. As you can imagine I'm insanely particular about my car and look for the smallest imperfections. Ritchie and his team knew that and did everything they could to get her back to factory new. The attention to detail was second to none and the work looks fantastic. I'd definitely recommend this team moving forward.

I just had the nicest experience at Crash Champions. Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted me warmly. Jose quickly came out to speak with me about my issues, he's very nice and professional. I spent a little time in the waiting room while they looked at the car... the area is welcoming and clean. It has coffee available, nice chairs. Other employees checked to make sure I was being helped. I was able to get the work done very quickly at what I thought was an incredibly fair price. It wasn't much work, but it left the impression on me that if I ever did need more work (and let's face it, living in Austin, it's only a matter of time) that I'm definitely coming back. Thank you!

The staff there are very welcoming, professional and they did an absolutely wonderful job getting my vehicle repaired in just under a week. Not sure what others have experienced here and it might defer from person to person. All I can speak for is my own experience. It was 100 percent excellent. From start to finish it was outstanding. I did my repairs through Geico Express. I walked in thinking it would take forever to get setup and handover my car. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes (timing might change on case by case basis). I arrived at 7:30 a.m. No one was in front of me. I was first greeted by Geico person who has a desk right inside of Service King. Then I met with Service King employee Bobby who handled my repairs. He was very down to earth and friendly. Dropped off my keys and met with the Enterprise Employee who also was inside Service King. While I was dealing with the rental the Geico employee and Bobby looked at my car. Enterprise employee handed me the rental keys and signed paper work on his tablet and I was out the door. I then on a daily basis received updates on exactly what state my car was in and the repairs. I got a notification and a call that my car was finished. Dropped off the rental, Was greeted again warmly by Service King staff and was explained exactly what was done to my car, including if a panel or handles were removed for the repair. The print out was done on laser jet ink quality paper and neatly organized for me for my records. They vacuumed and did a pretty good job doing some detailing of my car as best they could. Waxed and washed. Looked almost like a bran new car. Best thing was I did not have to think about my car once. Repairs took about 5 days. Not sure when they are busy or not so it might be a hit or miss when things get too crowded or no wait so my guess is to call first before you drive down there to make sure you car can be taken care of relatively soon. Great experience and I would def. go there again for any car body repairs or paint. Based on my experience I could not have gotten better service. (images) pic of my damage, pic of their post work and vacuumed and cleaned interior and exterior. Also detailed bill. Placed in Geico folder.
