Great service! Efficient and friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel supported and taken care of. Turned a very stressful situation into an easy one. Selena was particularly helpful in making me feel like a person rather than a random client. Every time I called she knew who I was and which car was mine. They even did a detailed cleaning of the outside of my car, so it looked even better than before. Cannot recommend enough!

Brought my 2013 BMW 335i here, at first service was good they were able to get my vehicle back to me within a week. Unfortunately the car started to suffer some issues on what they repaired(right headlight), they attempted to fix the problem but were unable to. After that it was all downhill due to the issue being caused by them I thought they would honor their warranty on all parts unfortunately this was not the case as they told me they would have to recontact insurance to get a part approved I explained to them that this issue was not present until after the repairs. Every time I attempted to contact the service tech he was unavailable they just continued to ignore my requests to get this issue fixed, it’s been 2 months since the last time they contacted me. I highly recommend if you have a BMW to take it to a BMW specialized repair center, this place stated that if they are unable to fix the issue they would have to contact a BMW repair center as they are “the experts on these”.

A large limb from neighbor’s tree fell on our car in our driveway. Unfortunately, we had to file a claim with our State Farm auto insurance. No problem with that and it was very seamless as they gave us options of several Crash Champions Repair Centers near us. We chose this one. Will not go there again. Customer service extremely lacking. Had to return car twice. Once for sunroof leak and another for a damaged rain guard that took almost a month to get a replacement. Door handle on driver’s side had broken in their shop and upon pickup, we were told we had to open window and use outside handle. It wasn’t this way when we dropped it off and suggested they look at their video when we arrived to see a normal exit from car. They refused to fix so we ordered the part from Amazon and removed door panel to fixed ourselves. We were just a repair number to them. Customer service improvement would go a long way!

Crash Champions is my new shop for getting my cars repaired. Gail and Megan were exceptional and took such great care of me and my Range. I had a gash in my door due to an unfortunate incident along with a few other bumps and dings over the years. I brought it to CC and they quoted me a fair price, even below what I was expecting. The repair took a bit longer than expected but I now see why. Not only was the door completely fixed, which is what I brought it in for, but the other blemishes were fixed too along with the interior and exterior professionally cleaned and waxed. My car looked brand new!! As an added bonus they only charged what the insurance company quoted and said they’d go back to GEICO for the remaining amount above the quote. I honestly wouldn’t look anywhere else, the team at CC has you covered and will do an exceptional job getting you back on the road in style. 😎

I can’t say enough great things about Crash Champions! I was in an accident and my car was in rough shape, but when I got it back it looked absolutely brand new—like nothing had ever happened. I had a great experience with Crash Champions Collision Repair. Megan was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She walked me through dropping my car off, explained how long everything would take, and kept me updated, including calling me as soon as my car was ready for pickup. She even offered to stay past 5 PM so I could pick up my car since I work until then, which I truly appreciated. My car looks fantastic, the paint is perfect, all the dents are gone, and they even fixed an area that wasn’t part of the original collision, which was a plus: excellent customer service and quality work. Highly recommend!
