I first wish to thank the entire staff at the Torrance location for their excellence in service. I do wish to thank in addition, Angelina (excellent customer service skills and knowledge of her craft. I would hire her if I could) Sean (what a fabulous professional with great knowledge and insight. A definite asset to the company. Beau, Santas favorite helper. He is extremely helpful and dedicated. Let us not forget the people in the back that do the ART of repair. God bless them all. Even though I had to wait a couple of months for my repair, the staff kept me well informed, which eliminated any stress on my side. People should realize that the state of affairs with our planet has created a shortage of parts and other services affected. We all have to be "chill" and let the process move forward. The transparency and the attitude the staff give is phenomenal at this location. 5 stars is not enough! People reading this, please check this place out for yourself and experience it. "You get more from kindness" Service King is the Ritz Carlton of the auto repair business. Tell your insurance companies about this place, they will thank you for it.

Absolute worse customer service! I came in to get my Tesla Bumper fixed and asked for a replacement bumper. So they were suppose to order the parts and told me it would take some time. I called back after 2 months to ask for the status and they never put in the order. Then i reordered the part and called back 2 months later AGAIN and they dont have any record of the order being placed. What a waste of 4 months!!!

Took a long time to fix, but there was a lot of damage. They forgot to put something on the car, a Chrome piece. Not only a piece that was replaced is the wrong color. I need to take the car back to get repaired again to fix both issues. The dealership started that the parts they used do not seem to be authentic, they are looking into it; that scares me. The dealership is worried about the installation was performed correctly too.

This repair shop is absolutely terrible. We brought our car there about two months on a recommendation from Geico. Our car was deemed a total loss due to minor frame damage, but was still drivable. Since it was still drivable, I had it towed to me while I was at work since i had been taking the bus to and from work, and thought this would be a good way for me to be able to get the car instead of arranging a ride to go pick it up. This is where things get very frustrating. They failed to notify me that while the adjuster had inspected the car, he hadn't closed the rear window properly and this had caused the lights in the car to stay on and kill the battery. I understand that the battery didn't die because of them, (it was the adjusters fault for not closing the window) but they knew the battery was dead, knew that it was being towed to me during work so that I could drive it home (I told them this on the phone) and they didn't mention anything to me about the battery being dead. I called them after and confronted them about this, and they didn't even have the decency to apologize. They blamed everyone but themselves. They claimed they didn't know the battery was dead despite the tow truck driver telling me upon arrival that it was dead. The way I see it, they genuinely didn't know the battery was dead - meaning they don't keep an eye on the cars in their shop, or they knew it was dead and didn't want to take responsibility for that. Either way, this shop is not the place to bring a car if you want someone trustworthy repairing your car. There was no remorse for the inconvenience their shop caused me, so I wouldn't trust them. Wish I had read the reviews before taking my car here.

They are rude and unprofessional! They care just about making money! The worst is the manager who completely doesn’t want to take responsibility, he is running this business to the ground. Because of his management I didn’t get my car repair for the long time, took them almost 2 m-c and his response was “I can’t get parts for your car because of the coronavirus and vendors don’t deliver”, but he had my car before pandemic started and my car was sitting there for almost 2 weeks (waiting for what, I don’t exactly know). Then when it come to cover my rental car, my insurance covered 1st month but second month it should be split half/ half insurance and repair shop. When I asked manager about that his response was “why should I ?!” Are you serious? He didn’t order parts for my car in time because I guess my car wasn’t his priority. And just to mention, I am a nurse and I needed my car more than anyone in this time. Never ever use their service!!

I was scheduled to take my car in for repair. One I got to the shop, I was informed that the car needed to be transported 50 miles away for repair. Also the person proceeded to tell me that the business is operating without manager and the work environment is very bad ( he actually said f… u.). I canceled the appointment and took my car to another shop. It is the worse service experience ever. Stay away from this shop!

Very unprofessional work they do at this place. I had my car towed here after I was rear ended and my car was undriviable, it was raining really hard that day so I went with the closest body shop listed on my insurance. My car was left with so many gaps it is incredible how they would let a car go saying it was fixed. I am still in the process of getting it inpected elsewhere. Please people do your due diligence before going here. I am taking my time to do this review to avoid this happening to others. They did a very poor job on my car. Very unfortunate how they charge high prices to insurance companies for the poor job they do. Report these businesses so that they are hold accountable.

We have been waited over a month to fix our car but parts are not right color and detail. so many time they change the date of our car to pick up. because of they order wrong parts. Even they say fixed it, It was not fixed right. Aweful experience and wasted our time and money. They even lied to insurance company that the pick up date. I am so sad that we trusted this company. Manager should check all their vehicle that they think it already fixed. I'm not car expert but even I can see the difference but they couldn't?so sad.

This place is a complete scam! I got into a fender bender that barely caused any damage (I tapped someone’s spare tire on the back of their vehicle going under 10mph) and they told my insurance company I caused over $7k worth the damage. When I dropped my car off to have the hood repaired we popped my hood and no damage was done internally. Then when I went to pick up my car the representative told me they replaced tons of different parts throughout the vehicle. I repeatedly told them I knew the parts they claimed were damaged were not. But the guy who handled my case kept assuring me they were. After showing him I took before photos of my car, he finally said he would show me the parts they replaced with the prices to help me understand where the $7k came from. When we went to look at them on his computer he realized they forgot to install multiple parts they charged my insurance company for, including the Logo on the front of the car!!!! My auto insurance is now double the price it originally was. I had no idea what I was getting into and once they did the repair I couldn’t do anything about it. Getting an attorney was not worth the fees. Just be aware this place will scam your insurance company and then your monthly bill will go up....so basically they are scamming you. Stay away from this place!!!

My overall experience with Service King Collision Torrance has been great. I only have nothing but good things to say about this auto-body shop. Especially the service front office employee, Pedro. He was a really easy, warm welcoming type of individual. I was surprise to see how they offer Uber rides (ride back home and back to the shop) to their clients whenever they are coming to shop to see any kind of update on their vehicle. Honestly, I totally recommend this shop, if I haven't already. I am only speaking from my own experience. Again, I would totally comeback to these guys whenever (hopefully never) I get into another auto-accident.

New scratches on passenger side and "repaired" parts not attached snug, leaving gaps between the rocker panel and the frame. Any person with at least one good eye could tell the repair work was short cut...lazy, no care ....all the above Let me update my post, after the problems at the lomita Blvd location I spoke to the GM over the area shops and he had me take the car to the other Torrance location where again, quite a few problems. My car is now painted two different shades of white...and clearly they are not capable of getting it right, they damaged my rims, resulting in them purchasing two new rims, and then of course the best part was either me discovering that my spare tire was now missing and couldn't be located, so they had to replace that as well, or when they tried to refund my deductible for the whole 2month and probably 5-7trips there headache, but they (Ashley) can't even process a refund at the lomita Blvd location, because when I was there they ended up charging my account a second time so I had to wait like 4 days to get my original refund but now I was left with zero dollars in my account until THAT refund hit my account too. They did compensate me for the refund mistake, but still, I can't deposit gift cards Into my bank account that I have automatic charges coming out of. Re think your repair options, this was and still is a bad experience... I didn't want a two tone car...but thanks...thanks for turning my car Into a vehicle I don't even want to look at anymore.

Brought my car there for an estimate, I was told that next day they would send me. The next day comes and they call me to schedule an appointment to repair without giving me the estimate. After a week and more than 4x calling I just gave up because they couldn’t even give me a quote. Took to another body shop and in 5 minutes they gave me the estimate. For those who want to waste their time this body shop is perfect. I wonder how long it would take to repair the car

My car has only been there since April 3rd and it's still not complete and we are in August. Insurance paid them in April and fully in May. Also, they will say, two more weeks, and here we still are, picked up my car unfinished and waiting for them to get the parts. Should have just said, they couldn't handle the large repairs due to an accident. Also, received my car back, filthy, and when washed there were tons of hood scratches, which were not there in my fairly new car. I hope nobody has this experience with this same place. *What kind of con job are you guys running? The work is still not completed and the internal work was done faulty by your workers. BEWARE!!!

I recently had my BMW serviced at Crash Champions Torrance Lomita after an unfortunate incident where something fell on my headlight, causing a small crack. I first went to BMW, but the repair quote was shockingly high. Thankfully, State Farm recommended Crash Champions, and I’m so glad they did! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The shop is incredibly clean and well-maintained, with great AC that made the short wait very comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was attentive and provided excellent customer service. I wish I remembered her name because she was fantastic! Manuel, the technician who worked on my car, inspected the damage and assured me they could fix it for significantly less than what BMW had quoted. He was right! Not only did I save a lot of money, but the work they did was top-notch. My car was ready in just a few days, and the headlight looks as good as new. The entire experience was smooth and professional, from the quick inspection to the great service they offer with Enterprise for car rentals. I highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone who needs auto repairs. They provide outstanding service, and I’ll definitely be returning if I need any future repairs. Thank you so much to Manuel and the whole team at Crash Champions Torrance Lomita!!

Took my car in on 6/11/25 after an accident. Gilbert was the person responsible for doing the estimate. Said that it would come tomorrow. Took actually a week (6/17/25) to get the estimate. Initially declared a total loss, so State Farm needed a vehicle inspection report to continue with my claim. They kept trying to contact Gilbert to get this report multiple times before I finally went over on 6/30/25 to see what was up. He said that he sent it on 6/20/25. This was a lie because State Farm said they never got it. Damn near took almost a month (7/8/25) for him to send the report to State Farm only after I called my agent and she escalated the situation. Apparently Michelle (supervisor) blamed "technical issues" for the report not being sent and Gilbert became argumentative with my agent on the phone. Save yourself a lot of frustration and choose any other repair shop. This place sucks on every level and is worthy of 0 stars.

This location has changed from Performance Paint and Body (whom we had used a number of times), to Service King. It was nice to get text updates which kept telling us that our car was on track to be done on time, untill the last minute when it ended up getting pushed back more than an additional week. After a couple of the extra days they took care of a rental car for us. That was very professional and shows that while stuff happens, they are willing to make it right. Thank you for that! The service is very friendly, but unfortunately they brought our car out with two SMALL dents remaining in the area they had spent 1 MONTH repairing. The rest of the work looked great. To their credit, they offered to have the dents repaired mobile to save us the hassle of brining the car back in. Just not sure how this got past their quality control. Regardless of the two issues, overall it was a good experience and I would use them again. They stand behind their work.

Waiting three months for a warranty reply. Called for a follow-up and was told " we're getting a new manager who will call you back " Never happened. Not how USAA authorized body shop should treat customers. The company is not interested in customer service.

Horrible! I took my car to get fixed and they screwed me over entirely. I got into a little fender bender and the front passenger side (the thing above the tire *the metal piece*) Was what I needed fixed. Nothing else and they took my car apart more than needed FORSURE. I left my car there maybe 2/3 weeks total and when I came to get it they brought my car out in pieces on a rack said here’s your car and that’s it. It was drivable when i took it in and had to have it towed back to my house. When I got to my house and looked at it completely the bumper was off, the metal piece I said was off, the inside panels of passenger side doors were off *YES both of them* the window switch prongs were broken everything inside the door was unplugged, the rear passenger triangular window was gone completely I never got that piece back and lastly my air filter was gone. Horrible experience for what I thought to be about a $500 repair on my 2015 Volkswagen Passat…they deemed a total loss and tried to charge my insurance $7,000 Save your breath and your wallet go somewhere else///HERES MY CAR BEFORE AND AFTER\\\
