I was always told that if you got in a accident always take your car to the dealership to get repaired. However my insurance company required me to take it to service king first for an estimate. I'm so glad they did because I experienced nothing but competency, professionalism, and friendliness. They gave me confidence in their abilities to quickly and properly repair my vehicle. I had a minor issue with one of the features that wasn't working after the repairs but they proved themselves by standing behind their work and going above and beyond to make sure they figured out what was wrong and repaired everything that needed to be repaired. They were honest with their time frame and addressed all the concerns I had. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company.

My husband and I stopped by because our insurance is sending my car in after the accident. The gentleman who took care of us is super helpful and they actually started to order parts for my car before my car arrive the shop. Involved in an accident and needed body work done to my vehicle. I can’t say enough just how awesome this place was!! Stressed to the max about being in an accident they made the process of repairing my vehicle so easy and seamless. The work they did to my car was perfect! The blend of the paint was perfect. They even did an extra step and polished my non damaged headlight so that it would match the new shiny one that they placed on the vehicle! Customer service was 100% satisfactory and they were so kind and informative whenever I had questions. They arranged to get my car from the tow yard and brought over to there shop which made the process so easy. They continuously gave me updates on the steps in which my car was through the entire process and you can also check the progress of your vehicle via their website. I am so happy to have found them!!!!! If ever I need anything in the future I will For sure go to them! Oh and the work they did comes with a lifetime warranty!!! That’s a huge bonus! Staff was very helpful and friendly!! Highly recommend this place if ever you need anything!!!!

Well I was able to make an appointment to take my truck in to get an estimate. My repair was finished before the estimated time frame, which was a total surprise and kinda messed up my plans. Nevertheless I was able to make up for the inconvenience. I want to out a special thanks to Jesse Munoz for his outstanding supreme service to me in keeping me informed throughout the repair process. I will definitely recommend Service Kings to all of my friends and family. Excellent body repair shop.

This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. From the start, this shop has done nothing but lie, make excuses, and miss deadline after deadline. I was told repeatedly—by multiple people—that my car would be ready “next week.” That was over a month ago. When I call for updates, I’m lied to and told the manager is “in a meeting.” No one ever calls back. No one ever proactively updates me. Instead, I’m constantly passed around between different managers, none of whom take ownership or provide real answers. I was originally told the repair would take one week. It has now been over a month, and I’ve had to return and re-rent a vehicle 6–7 times because they keep promising completion dates they never meet. What makes this even worse is that this is a 2025 BMW 760—over a $140,000 vehicle—and it has been treated with complete disregard. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect is shocking. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, do not use this body shop. I would never recommend them to anyone.
