The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Sold faulty equipment and continues to try to charge to service their poor quality install. Technicians change over constantly and they are incapable of servicing their own install. Owner is rude and oblivious to this idea of customer service. Highly recommend stearing clear of this company.

Creative Audio Video & Automation was top notch. I found them online and appreciated that they were a smaller locally owned and operated business and not "big box". You certainly could tell this with amount of personal service and communication. Kevin, owner, personally walked me through the choice of equipment and provided his opinions when asked. He even moved some things around to install on the one day I could be home all day for the installer, which made my work life much easier. At the end of the day - I have two new 65in Sony OLED TVs with universal remotes. Everything was programmed for me and they even moved items on the remote to suit my preferences. They made sure everything worked and made sure I knew how to use the system before leaving. The installers were polite and worked the whole time they were there. I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends. Top Notch company.
