Unbelievably good service! When we got the recall notice for our '18 Lincoln MKC, none of the dealers had the replacement part. This was 3 months ago & the recommendation in the recall notice was to park the car outside, so if it bursts into flames, it won't burn your house, too (!). Happened to hear Crest Fords ad on 950AM about free recall service AT YOUR HOME! The service tech came from Centerline to Novi, did the repair & left! None of the local Lincoln or Ford dealers do this unless you are enrolled in the "Black Label" program. I wish Crest Ford much success as I will be giving them all of my service business.

Stopped in to get my oil changed. Was met by a older gentleman who had asked if I had an appointment? I stated "No" boy have things change since of the days one just had to stop in and get your oil changed. Anyway he instructed me to talk with a Service Advisor. There is I met Todd. Nice guy, professional, friendly, courteous. He was able to get my car in for the required work which I truly appreciated. While I waited for the work to be done I walked around the dealer were I was able see some of the new models that are being produced. The Bronco Outlander Edition and the Mustang Mach I were fabulous vehicles to look at and make one really want one to own. Both vehicles were in class of their own. The dealership has been in the area for years and the staff are always friendly and professional. The dealership is very clean and offers refreshments while one waits for their car to be repaired. Ample parking, handicap parking. They accept cash, credit cards, debit cards. Just make sure to call and set an appointment before you go there.

Went in for a recall and was not told what the recall was for when I asked, after getting my car back I noticed the front headlight where they were doing work was broken at the clips holding it in place. When I called to ask if they noticed or if something had happened they said yes but didn’t think they needed to mention it because “I probably hit a guardrail or something we see it all the time” I will not be back for any services. I will not recommend this place.

Crest Service Center was fast, efficient and professional. I called the day prior and they got me in next day at 8am. Drop off was easy, I was back to work within minutes. As promised my car was ready by end of day. Bob, the driver who picked me up, was so friendly and knowledgeable. The pride for his job was evident. I learned that Crest Service just received a national award; that 97% of vehicles serviced there never are seen again for same issue; there are 6-7 master mechanics working there, near the top in the nation; also that 22,000 cars were serviced there just last year. I was impressed to hear of all the successes but not surprised. My experience since day one of car shopping was top notch, so to hear that the service center is just as amazing is no surprise. Keep up the great work Crest!! We will trust no one else for our servicing needs from here on out.

I set up an appointment for an oil change and a wash for my truck. Remember the word appointment because that is crucial. My appointment was for 10:30am and they finally bring it in the back to do it at 12:30pm. I finally get it back at 1:09pm and the kick the the nether regions they didn't wash it as I requested. This is not the first time for a damn near 3 hour oil change from these guys. I will no longer bring my tuck up here as they do not honor appointment times and have no attention to detail as in not completing the job with the wash I requested. I'll go to another Ford dealership from here on out because these guys keep dropping the ball. .

Recently was forced to replace my "charging port cover" for my Mach E. Fast to order, reasonably priced part. very helpful. However, installed, when I mentioned that the paint was a few shades off. They disagreed & said that it matched. However, so far 4 of my friends pointed out that the "new charge cover" does NOT match the car! That is a major disappointment.😒

Paid 1k to basically change a battery. Truck was not fixed the first time. Took my truck in for routine service, check engine light, and the low voltage battery. Ended up paying for unnecessary maintenance and then my truck issues became worse and wouldn't start the next day. Took it in again and they finally change the battery. Not good. Didn't even get the call back that they promised. I feel Robbed. 😞
