I can’t say enough about my buying experience at Critz BMW. From start to finish it was amazing. I never felt pressure to buy from the best salesman in Savannah Mike Meyer and that meant a lot to me. It is actually why I went forward with the sale.He was very nice, courteous, and attended to everything I wanted and needed to know about the car I was purchasing. He helped me tremendously during the designing stage and it was perfectly made as I envisioned it. I ordered my vehicle and it came back from the factory in about a month. Very fast and efficient. I love love love my car and wouldn’t change a thing about the entire experience from start to finish. Amazingly service from the manager to all the salespeople in the dealership. My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Critz BMW, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the team that helped us. From start to finish, Elijah Woods made the car-buying process enjoyable, seamless, and exciting. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the perfect vehicle. When it came time for financing, Aaron Smith went above and beyond handling all of the paperwork with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency — he made the process stress-free and smooth. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Critz BMW! I arrived at the center for a routine oil change on Christmas Eve, and as a 20-year-old who's slowly navigating adult life, I admit I was a little nervous. The man at the front desk (I'm sorry for not remembering his name) was very patient and kind. I commented that he was exceptionally fast at detaching and reattaching my car key, to which he answered that he does it all the time and we shared a nice laugh. My appointment went smoothly and I had a book to pass the time while I waited for the technician to finish servicing my car. After the oil change was completed, I watched the accompanying video that was performed by my technician. He was detailed but also straight to the point, and as someone who doesn't know a thing about cars, I appreciated his thorough review. He even commented that my car looks brand new underneath, which I thought was nice of him. Before leaving, I asked the man at the front desk if I could receive a replacement Critz BMW keychain accessory, as my previous one was scratched up and was missing the blue pieces of the BMW logo. I thought it was a little silly to ask, but he took the matter seriously, got out of his chair, walked to a back area, and came back with a replacement. He even put it on my keychain with no problem, and I was extremely grateful. Critz BMW cares for all of its customers, and I highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a BMW or get theirs serviced. The assistance they provide is unmatched! :)

I had the great opportunity to work with Trinity Southworth, Client Advisor and Arron Smith, Business Manager. I stopped by Critz BMW to look at their 2026 BMW 230i Coupe. The moment I walk through the showroom entrance, I was greeted by Trinity. We stepped outside and Trinity showed me their selection of 230i’s and described in the upmost detail everything about the 230i from the vehicle outside to the workings inside the cabin. I chose a particular 230i and told Trinity, this is the one I would like to purchase and so let’s sit down and put the numbers together. We quickly arrive at a satisfactory purchase price. After a very short wait, I was turned over to Arron to complete the financial side of the purchase. As we were completing the transaction, Trinity had the vehicle detailed and setting out front waiting my departure. This transaction was a great, equitable and smooth process. Both of these gentlemen were very polite, explained everything in detail and left none of my questions unanswered. With my experience with Critz BMW with Trinity and Arron, I would recommend any person who wanted to evaluate the BMW line or any protentional buyer to ‘shop this store’.

To sum it all up I just would like to say that the car buying experience at Critz BMW was positively the best and most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. I have purchased many cars in the past and this was by far the best and easiest. Our salesman, Caleb Tymchyshyn, was simply the best. Not overly pushy, but very knowledgeable and personable. I also appreciated that he did not ask what so many ask car salesman ask and that is, "what can I do to have you but as car today". He introduced us to Iggy who also seemed very friendly and helpful. The last step was also painless when we worked with Aaron. All in all a GREAT team! Will definitely work with them for any future needs. Lastly, money negotiations were easy and fair to both. This was by far the best and fastest car buying experience I’ve had. The guys, Phillip and Iggy, they definitely took good care of me. I went in Friday for a service on my old car, so the car I liked. Contacted Phillip on Monday morning and this man was working his magic, got all the paperwork sorted out, fueled and detailed the car even before everything on my end was finalized. Even when I had some set backs, Iggy definitely jumped it to assist and sweeten the deal. It’s like they wanted me to have this particular car as much as I wanted to buy it. This buying experience has been better than any other bmw dealership I’ve done business with. They definitely didn’t just make me feel like a client but part of the family. I recently took my BMW i8 to Critz BMW in Savannah hoping for reliable service on a couple of issues: no cold AC and a check engine light. Unfortunately, the process turned out to be much more challenging and costly than expected, and the problems weren’t fully resolved. After diagnostics, they identified a cracked front subframe and damaged AC lines (likely from a prior accident), which required about 5 weeks in the shop and roughly $10,000 in repairs for a new subframe, AC lines, and shut-off valve. When I picked up the car, I noticed new issues right away—a disconnected wire under the passenger headlight and blue coolant leaking underneath, which hadn’t been present before. I brought it back promptly. They quoted over $2,000 for a coolant pipe replacement and mentioned the wire was for a horn they said “was never on the car,” though I know it had worked fine (I’d used it regularly). After discussing my concerns, and hoping they would cover the repairs under good faith. they did kindly reduced the charge to $900, which I appreciated. However, even after that repair, the check engine light remained on, and the AC still wasn’t blowing cold. I reached out to the service tech for more details—he said he’d check with the manager and technician but unfortunately never followed up, leaving me without answers. For context, I’d previously spent $4,500 there on a windshield replacement, so my total investment with Critz BMW has been over $15,000. Despite that, the original issues persist, and new ones appeared during the process. I understand the i8 is a complex hybrid vehicle, and repairs can be tricky, but I was hoping for better communication, follow-through, and a complete resolution. The lack of updates after my last contact was especially disappointing. I won’t be buying another BMW or returning for service and would suggest other i8 or BMW owners consider independent specialists familiar with these models for potentially more attentive care. Critz BMW has friendly staff in other areas, but the service department experience here fell short of what I’d expect from a BMW dealer. Vehicle: 2014 BMW i8 24k miles Total spent: >$15,000

Purchasing our dream car from Critz BMW was the most rewarding experience. This is our second BMW. We visited a couple of BMW dealers and decided to buy from Critz because of their excellent reviews. The staffs are very knowledgeble and most of all helpful. Since I am three hours away, all the trasaction was done with text or email. Elijah Reed, Client Representative, was excellent since the first day. Aaron Smith, Business Manager was very informative and walked me throght the entire paperwork process. Nikki Forgey, Sales Manager, replied promply to my emails and answered all my questions. When we arrived at the show room to pick up the car, it was ready and perfect. Even after we left the show room, Kinyah Jones, answered our questions to set up some features in the car. We found the perfect car without all the add-ons that we did not need. Before you buy a car, even if out of town, contact Critz BMW. You will not regret it. We recommend them 100% and will definitely purchase from them again.
