Okay, so I thought this would save me some money, so I decided to give it a try because it had some good reviews. I was told they had my 17 inch tires in stock. Got my right side replaced with no issues. The guy who changed the tires stripped a lug nut on my left side and decided that it was my fault and he could not put a tire on. I was asked to go to another store to have someone more experienced to check it out. Before I left I was told I need all new lug nuts before I left so I walked to auto zone and purchased the lug nuts. He put them all on and said go to another location who then told me to go pay someone to drill it off. I did take the car to a tire shop who then proceeded to tell me three of the studs on the lug nuts that was just replaced that were broken. I ended up having to pay to replace those. I ended up getting my second tire at another location because I was frustrated at this point and found out they put a 16 inch tire instead of 17 inch. I drove 15 miles on the tire and my car started shaking. I took the car back to my regular tire guy who then proceeded to tell me that the tire this place sold me had a knot in it and was in the process of separating. While contacting this place of business I was told I was aware of their no warranty not responsible for damages policy and told to have a nice day. Definitely will not be using this place again and I would suggest buyers beware.

I did not want to write a bad review, but as a black entrepreneur, and as a nurse in a public service, I am truly disgusted by the behavior exemplified by this tire shop. I sat and waited for over two hours after being sent around to get different lug nuts for my tires to only be discouraged and told that my tire could not be serviced at that time, I was told by the owner that he would be going to Richmond Hill and will return in an hour. I sat outside for more than an hour and 30 minutes and I waited him after to be put on the backtrack while he maintained other customers that arrived after. Again, ask someone who is in the public service sector. I truly understand customer service and this was truly disgusting. I sat and waited, and after he was finished with the tires, I was told that I would need to go get two other lug nuts after sitting there for more than two hours, I really felt like he did this because he had other customers who he wanted to service whose job did not require as much attention his mind this has been hurtful. I am discouraged from ever going to this company again, and I wish more would be done to service those who are in need

I had a flat tire and needed repaired before hitting the highway…hard to find places open on holiday. I am very thankful this gentleman examined the tire and was willing to patch it. He didn’t try to just sell me another tire. Worked fast and great multitasker. Reasonably priced. Thank you!

a worker there teared up my car tremendously , owner made an agreement to fix it had my car for entire weekend made promises and told me he was working late fixing it and reassured me it’ll be ready that night had me go buy parts for the tire and all after not hearing from him by 10pm I went up there my car has not been touched shops been closed and had the audacity to call me the next Tuesday morning upset I came there after I left a text,voicemail saying I was here nobody’s working on my car respectfully he went off cussed me out threatened me and so on by far the worst experience ever I will never come here again

They don’t always have your tires, but if they do know you’re getting fast and honest service!!! A great man owns this shop and he really tries to go the extra mile in service and in his business. #blackowned and actually respectful and helpful to customers. Hell if he doesn’t have your tire he’ll find you another one in the area. Even if it means he doesn’t get the money. He just wants you to get the best deal, and back in the road.

My boyfriend and I were traveling to Florida and popped a tire on the highway and we traveled about 30 mins on our spare because this is one of the only shops open this late. The guy here is so nice and was willing to help us out very close to closing time. Great customer service and very reasonable prices! Definitely would recommend!

I rarely leave reviews because I expect decent service & acceptable prices. I am so grateful to these guys! Kept me entertained while I waited (only ~30 mins), price was 💯 UNBEATABLE, & they had exactly what I needed very late in the day & last minute. Run flat P245/40RF19’s aren’t cheap or easy to find. Others said it would take days to order and were unwilling to even look at it an hour before closing, knowing I’d probably spend over $400 for ONE tire at their shop.

Went there to have a tire swapped from one rim to the other and instead of being put next in line I watched another vehicle pull up 5 minutes after I had and get service immediately over me. Once I brought it to the attention of the older man working there he got to my vehicle. The work was simple without complications and the biggest issue was when it came down to price. I’ve gotten this exact thing done before at other shops and had to spend anywhere from 25-45 dollars, but without hesitation, the boss on the phone said $78 which is highway robbery. This shop deserves to be shut down for this borderline scam they’re running and my only hope is the young Hispanic man actually doing the work be employed elsewhere for what he’s worth since he’s the only thing about the shop that was good due to him consistently working hard to get each customer completed single handedly.

My husband’s run flat blew on the way to work on Memorial Day. I called around and no one was open because of the holiday until I reached Automotive Repair on Wheels. He was super helpful and even called the location on Montgomery Street, which was closer to my husband’s work to check if the tires were in. The manager at Montgomery location dug through their inventory to find the perfect match. My husband arrived after work and in 20min the job was done. He was so satisfied he went back and bought the whole set the next day. Excellent service, reasonable price, quick and easy installation. The owner is a very hard worker. It’s a one man show here, but he’s very efficient. I’m getting a set of tires done and he’s also working on another customer’s vehicle. He’s definitely not afraid of work. He moves a lot better than some of these younger guys and he’s 61 yrs old! Very nice guy. Will be back

This was the worst experience my boyfriend had a flat got a new tire next day we noticed we had to put air in it. We went back got a new tire today that we had to pay for all over again . . within only a couple hours that new tire we just got earlier TODAY mind you our car was parked at home we went to the car and seen it was flat once again!! Smh this is ridiculous going back and forth!!
