DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I don't care how good these reviews are. Do not take your car here. They are good if you have a basic paint color, extremely minimal damage and an American made or base model car. I had my car in and out of here being worked on for 8 months. The paint had trash in it every time. When I got my car back the first time there was oil in my car seat and my console was cracked. Thank God I had pictures of before I dropped it off. The person that I was dealing with, Randi, became combative because everything I said was definitely a lie in her mind. If they didn't have pictures as well, they probably would have disputed the damage. The onsite manger even tried to dispute the trash in the paint. He was arguing that it came from the factory that way, meanwhile, they are who ordered the hood from "the factory." He had to be reminded that the hood was fully replaced. I asked if they come pre-painted and he said "no." I ended up having to go to another Caliber location to get the paint job fixed properly. Again, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE.

Just for background, I have never had an accident before that required collision repair services (think, maybe I bumped my headlight against a post type stuff prior to this) and my accident was kind of shocking. Add to that, I had no clue what to expect or do. I was not sure who to choose for repairs, but I am really glad I chose this Caliber location. Everyone communicated constantly, they were really professional (and nice, too!) my car was done ahead of time and on budget, and they cleaned it for me!! I was also able to leave my rental with them, which was amazing. I have had my car back for about 3 days now and can't see any issues at all - it looks almost as if the bumper had never been ripped to shreds. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you, Janeen and Amanda - and everyone else that made this such a great experience. It's very apparent that your location is run really well.

went from bad to worse. the timeline and customer service wasn’t great but when I got there to pick up my vehicle they put mismatching trim on it without checking with me. they also did not replace the rest of the tires. crooks like these people is the reason car insurance is so high.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision on Ogeechee Road. They ordered the wrong part, which caused an unnecessary delay in getting my vehicle repaired. When I called for an update, Randi was rude in how she spoke to me and didn’t offer any helpful information. This whole situation left me feeling frustrated and unsupported as a customer. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision! After a teenager side-swiped our van, their team went above and beyond to help me, especially with my husband being away on deployment and three kids in tow. They didn’t just fix my van perfectly, they helped me every step of the way, even transferring my kids and car seats from the rental when it was ready. They were telling me there that the work was unprofessionally. The only thing was that they forgot to reconnect. My driver's side light and turn signal, and I didn't know it until at nighttime. When I was trying to figure out why myself wasn't working a very minor complaint. Otherwise, they're all good experience timely. They got the word timely done. And the work was done very, very well.

I had a great experience with Caliber collision. My son's vehicle was damaged in a front end collision and the insurance company was no help. We brought the vehicle to Caliber and Randi was extremely helpful with dealing with the insurance company and just general professionalism. Between her thoroughness and attention to detail, I cannot say enough about this employee. Unfortunately, the vehicle ended up being a total loss and we did not get to work more together. I would definitely recommend if anyone finds themselves in a similar situation.

The workers there are very empathetic, caring, and knowledgeable about their jobs. The general manager is a very understanding woman and helps you to find solutions and works with you if plausible. Asante is an amazing worker as he is very empathetic to his customers. I got into a car accident in August and got my car towed to CC and Asante communicated with me the whole time even when I expressed my frustrations he reassured me that him and his team had everything under control and they fought for me in a sense against the insurance company. Ms Shala is awesome and is a great manager, she is very welcoming and open to helping you find solutions and options that suit your needs.
