After my tire rotation, I drove my truck home and there was a minor vibration at times and I thought it was just the road. The next day driving into work it was vibrating a little more and i noticed a little noise. I pulled over and realized that 3 of my tires only had 1 bolt that was tight, some were barely snug but most were loose. I tightened them all and went into work. I reached out and left 3 messagesfor the service manager throughout the day to let him know that he needed to speak with his tech. I never received a call back. One of my coworkers said that the same thing happened to her neighbor at CTP. Sme thing happened to me many years ago at CTP. Word to the Wise.....Check your LUG NUTS before leaving CTP folks.

I only put 4 stars bc sometimes it takes a little while just for an oil change but truthfully 90%of the time I enjoy just sitting there in the atmosphere. There are times that the 2 sometimes 3 hour wait doesn't work for me. I love the staff and service members and never had any other issues.

Extremely unhappy with the service I received. I got in an accident and they fixed the accident damage. They didn't update me at all the whole time they had my car. I called at the 2 week mark and was told one more week. The repairs took over a month so my insurance stopped covering my rental the shop did cover my rental until my car was done however they gave me no heads up when my car would be done. They called me Friday at almost 5pm asking me to pick up by 5:3pm I told them I couldn't get there that fast. I had to rearrange my entire evening so I could get my car at 6:30. Then when I get into my car my ac isn't working anymore. My ac was working perfectly when I dropped my car off. I can't even talk to anyone about it because they are closed and their voice mailbox is full.

I had a tire blow out on my SUV towards the end of the day on a Friday last week. I barely made it to the Mazda dealership next door. The nicest lady (I wish I had her name) walked me over to the Toyota dealership where they had my tire in stock and replaced it in less than 1 hour and had me back on the road. I could not be more thankful for everyone who helped me during that stressful moment.

The service that I went to get done was a diagnostic because of the engine light on they found out through the history that was a problem and they still didn’t fix it. They said that they don’t fix it unless the engine light come back on what a waste of time.

brought my car yesterday for an oil change when i called to schedule and appointment i only asked for an oil change. when im checking my car in they said we have you for an oil change and tire rotation. i said tire rotation? the lady said it was on the schedule so i assumed it was routine with the “lifetime” of oil changes they offered when i purchased my car. she also offered a car wash and i said sure. my appointment was at 4pm. i got a text at 6:07 saying my car was ready to be picked up and a voicemail at around 6:12p saying that if i wanted my car i needed to reply as they were closed at 6. you can imagine my surprise also when they’re asking for payment for a service that i was under the impression was free. i don’t mind paying 26$ for the tire rotation however i don’t appreciate random services being added without proper consultation. i also think the customer service could’ve been a little better. as i didn’t know when my car was done or that they were closed. other than this i’ve had a wonderful experience with the company and its staff!
