After 40 years in the industry as both a new car dealership partner and a VP and President in the car rental industry, all I can say is dealing with this dealership, and Sam Grant it was a 10. Sam took the time to both follow up and even had the LC500C put on a flatbed and taken to my house. Is this typical Lexus service, I can't say, but I'm not the easiest to deal with because of my background, but both Sam and their GM could not have been more perfect. I wish all dealships could be like this one. Oh, I love the car.

The staff at Chatham Parkway Lexus are very professional and all about the customer. They do a great job on the service I receive and my car is always returned to me as clean as a whistle. Thank you Chatham Parkway Lexus. Update: I decided to consider trading up for the new 2019 RX350L. I met Tharon Lambert at 3:30 that day and I left with the new SUV that afternoon. Tharon did a great job showing me the vehicle, and Leighton and Al handled the business end very fairly and efficiently. Chatham Parkway Lexus is the best.

I would give CPL 100 stars if it was an option. This is my 2nd purchase. My 1st purchase, Angela helped me decide on a 2019 NX300.. I absolutely LOVED this vehicle.. but unfortunately just 2 months after I purchased it, I was in a horrible accident where I was T boned at approximately 80mph.. My NX saved my life. I walked away very bruised and sore, but alive. The safety ratings on this car are AMAZING! Today I got back in contact with Angela - we sat and discussed a new vehicle.. I thought I wanted another NX but decided on more room and went w/ 2020 RX350. Angela is not only honest, knowledgeable, and patient but she LISTENS!!!! She knew (yet again) just want I wanted / needed. She knows these vehicles inside and out. CPL is so lucky to have her.. she truly is the best! I also met the General Manager today. He is so sweet.. he came to wish me well on healing after the accident. He reassured me I was making the best purchase as he took the time to weigh out pros and cons of the 2019 and 2020 models.. the warranties etc. I left tonight not only excited for my purchase but feeling just like family. The dealership is absolutely beautiful, clean, friendly and cozy. The service department is wonderful.. I had just had my 5,000 mile maintenance done on my NX.. they were not pushy, completed all tasks timely. My car was then detailed and ready when they called me to pick it up. Quick and painless! I recommend this dealership and it’s staff to anyone in the market. I promise, you will not be disappointed! I don’t normally write reviews, bought my car 3 weeks ago, it was very late when I was leaving. My sales rep, Nate, was very patient and waited on me all day. The process went smooth and they worked with all of my requests, which is very common. Nate delivered the vehicle, and made it very special, but I couldn’t get it detailed since it was very late. We made a deal that I will come back and get it done. He has been checking with me everyday after the purchase to make sure that if there any questions, he could answer it. I thought, that it is going an extra mile and was much appreciated. Finally we scheduled for me to come back, he asked Cassidy to help me, since he was off. Cassidy took her time and answered all the questions, she took my car to get detailed. When the car was ready, she took me back to delivery room, asked me if I wanted daytime pictures🥹 then she told me that she filled the car up and i know that it was empty and they gifted me a cup. So overall, this has been very pleasant experience and Cassidy wasn’t even my rep but she went beyond of what was expected and so did Nate. Thank you guys!

We had a piece of wheel trim come partly off our new 2025 RX350h. The service advisor wanted to charge us $219 just to look at it to see if a warranty repair was necessary. This is lame. I decided to fix it myself and a clip was missing from manufacturing. So we went to the parts department, and they didn't have the clips, had to go across the street to the Toyota dealer to buy them. It took me 5 minutes to fix.

I just bought a beautiful 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe at a fair price and a full tank of gas. Brenda was the sales person, I highly recommend her, she was knowledgeable. She did not make feel pressured to buy as I shopped, but made suggestions about other vehicles on the lot, as I test drove. Everyone at Chatham Park Lexus made us feel important, like we were superstars! We visited several lots that day and hands down the respect and treatment we received was stellar. We will never shop any where else.

Cassidy was my sales rep, she was fabulous, detailed, went over features while on the test drive, gave us a tour of the whole Lexus building. She took her time and didn’t make us feel rushed at all, we closed the deal late so we came to pick up the next morning. When we arrived everyone greeted us like family, truly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. And I can’t forget about the finance manager Al, he got us a great deal and explained everything, what his recommendations were, and even some life advice.😜 Great, Great, great people.

They are not honest. They are untrustworthy. They don't admit anything. Zero stars if I could. Gross negligence, safety hazard, and deceptive repair estimates. I had a life-threatening experience with this dealership. Just 4 days after they repaired my Crank Sensor/ECU, my vehicle completely shut down while driving on a busy road due to a total electrical failure. When I towed it back, they forced me to buy a new Lexus battery for $369 just to perform a diagnosis. After "inspecting" the car, they claimed my alternator had failed and demanded $1,854.15 for a replacement. I took my car to an independent shop for a second opinion, and they found the real issue: a missing nut in the fuse box that this dealership’s technician failed to reinstall during the previous service. Once the nut was replaced, the "failed" alternator worked perfectly. The most shocking part is their own battery test report (see attached photo). It shows a healthy 13.09V and 675 CCA, yet their machine flagged it as "REPLACE BATTERY" due to "Sulfation". This proves their diagnostic equipment was giving false readings because of the missing hardware they neglected. Despite presenting this clear evidence, the dealer refused to take responsibility. Save your money and your safety—go elsewhere. Starting with a $3,000 repair , it took a month to get to the point of receiving an unreliable $2,000 estimate after the inspection. During that month, I was only able to drive my car for one week, and for four of those days, I was driving a broken-down car.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership! Every service advisor I've worked with has been incredibly knowledgable and follows-up promptly with any questions. I've worked with Lauren, Thomas and Maureen (now the service manager) and they are all top notch. They are absolutely the customer-facing employees any business owner would kill to have working for them. I recently purchased another Lexus from this dealership and was helped by Cassidy in the sales department. Kudos to you, Chatham Parkway Lexus, for another fabulous employee. She was knowledgable about every model and feature, extremely personable, SO EASY to talk to and work with. Not many people (women in particular) can say they've never had a bad experience with car maintenance or sales, but I have only had exceptional experiences! Chatham Parkway Lexus was, and still is, nothing short of fantastic!!!!

Be very careful buying a Lexus TX—or any Lexus from the Chatham Parkway location. I am currently on my third axle repair since purchasing my Lexus TX. After an investigation, Lexus confirmed this is a manufacturer defect, and they have acknowledged the axle can fail again. They repaired two recalls and now want me to pick the vehicle up despite knowing there is a third open recall that can cause serious injury. I was told the car is “safe,” even though the defect originated from the factory. They offered a rental, but it will likely be a smaller, non-Lexus vehicle, while I continue making payments on a Lexus I cannot safely drive. The dealership is over an hour from my home, meaning I have to rearrange my entire day to retrieve a vehicle that should never have been sold in this condition. The manager, Maureen, stated she can “100% guarantee” the vehicle is safe—yet Lexus has already confirmed the defect exists and will likely reoccur. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing any Lexus from the Chatham Parkway location. Their handling of this situation has been extremely unhelpful and disappointing. How is this fair? Look at my screen shots this is not just me. So sad.

This morning I came in for a routine 25K-mile service. At check-in, I was told I would receive a text when the vehicle was ready. My husband and I waited upstairs in the massage-chair area. While we were there, our technician came upstairs for another guest, saw us, then asked for our name. He told us he had sent a text and “couldn’t find us.” We never received a text, and he clearly hadn’t attempted to locate us because he would have seen us in the same area he had just walked through. When I went downstairs to pick up the vehicle, the interior immediately smelled strongly of gasoline. Staff claimed the smell was “from the area,” but I only smelled it inside my car. My husband then came back to tell me the tech admitted he wrote a text but never actually pressed send. We drove off and within five minutes smoke started coming out of the vents. I asked my husband if he saw it and he immediately told me to pull over. As the smoke worsened, we exited the vehicle. My husband opened the hood and it was full of smoke. We discovered the oil cap had been left off entirely, and oil was sprayed everywhere. He also checked the dipstick and found the oil level was overfilled. I called the dealership right away. A young lady sent roadside assistance, but that took well over an hour. While we waited, the technician called asking, “What’s wrong with the car?” After we explained, he brushed it off and insisted they “didn’t touch the oil” and that we were there for a 55K-mile service. My husband corrected him, telling him we were at 25K miles and that the vehicle had no issues when we drove from Fort Stewart earlier that morning. Instead of acknowledging that the oil cap had likely been left off during the fluid-check process, the technician implied the situation was caused by us. The lack of ownership, urgency, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. We were eventually given a loaner and told the issue would be looked into on Monday, but I left feeling blamed for a mistake we clearly did not make. We arrived with a perfectly functioning vehicle and left with oil covering the engine bay, the underside of the hood, and even the roof. This could have turned into a dangerous situation, and the technician showed little concern.

We recently purchased a 2023 outback limited at this dealer. When we went we were not intending to buy but the sales person Cassidy Sebber was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful we did purchase the outback.
