We had a flawless experience at Chatham Parkway Mitsubishi. There was plenty of parking out front, and the showroom was bright and very tastefully done. Staff members JC and Curtis Singleton were professional, thorough, and attentive. My husband and I were shopping for a car for our grandson. The team of Singleton and JC found just what we needed. Our purchase of THE most perfect little Mitsubishi was smooth and exciting, right down to the big red bow! Best of all, we went there to shop for a used car, and they were able to put us into a new car, all without breaking the bank! Final update: Don’t fall for the conveniently placed positive reviews after mine, that’s a typical marketing tactic for subpar companies that rather present well instead of resolving issues. The company rep replied to this review with the intent to come off professional. I reached out to the number in the reply (I’ll attach the screenshot) and they did not reach out to resolve this issue. —- This experience was a nightmare. This company is working overtime to hide bad reviews with forced (and some fake) good reviews, instead of actually fixing the root of the issues. DO NOT trust this dealership with your vehicle. My car was returned filthy with wires exposed. I can not even use the button to pop my hood because it was left broken with wires hanging. The staff ( including the main manager) is extremely unprofessional. Once again, I will reiterate- take before and after pics of your vehicle-detail your experience and have a lawyer handy. Your best bet is to be safe and visit another location. Update as of 3/31st. Please stay far away from this service center. The date of completion constantly changes without clear communication. I was told there was only one mechanic available and my service was not properly completed. 3/24th update- My initial call to the dealership for service was quite unprofessional. The young lady who spoke to my partner disregarded the information he provided and responded with “ we don’t use information from the internet”. Not only was the comment distasteful but it was also irrelevant. Unfortunately, I had to continue the call. This should have been a sign for me to go elsewhere. Once my car arrived to the shop for my inspection, I was told it would be completed by 1pm & I would receive an update. Not only have I not received an update but every call I have made from 1pm today until close has gone unanswered. I am extremely disappointed.

Worst experience ever!!! Constant headache having to go back and forth to redo paperwork that was accepted before leaving. Mind you living an hour away from the dealership. They run your credit multiple times and still don’t get it right. Then they tell you your payments are different every time. Went up on my payments by 130+ dollars.

When I tell you fake advertising is what this dealership does to lure you in, then once you’re there they don’t honor whatever sales being told. My daughter is a nurse, no credit, no repossession!! We was told even with a 480 score, repossession and no money down she could get a car. Which none of the things I mentioned she had so we was convinced she’ll be driving away in a new vehicle. Instead we drove a hour and 30 minutes to Savannah, only the be told they just uses the radio promotion to get customers there. I think this is awful because a hard credit pull was done on her credit leaving my daughter with major points lost and now even harder to get a new car! ( We was prepared to put a down payment and everything so I don’t want anyone to think we wanted the car simply free) I wouldn’t trust this dealership to run my credit, or patronize this business at all! You’ve been warned!!!

I went here this past weekend. If you live in Savannah I’m sure you hear the radio ads about this Mitsubishi dealer. It says over and over credit doesn’t matter, $0 down and we will put you into a new car. Needless to say, I went here with my wife and baby. We sat for an hour while I answered all the necessary questions. After waiting the nice lady stepped away and said she would be right back. She came back about 30 minutes later with a random worker who told me that my credit was not good enough to get a car. I mentioned the ad on the radio and they told me I would still need a co-signer or heavy money down. And they told me they would “look” to see if they can find me a car and call me back. 6 days later with no contact I am making this review. To make a long story short, I walked in with proof of residency, paystubs, id, and I walked out with nothing. The “everyone is approved $0 down” ad is a lie so don’t believe it. Hopefully this will someone some time.

I wouldn't waste my time going to this dealership. The fake advertisement you hear on the radio is just to get you in the door. The customer service is below par. I wasn't greeted at the door. I sat for 30 minutes and passed by eight people before a customer said to a salesperson. Hey, he hasn't been helped yet. The salesperson didn't seem too interested in my sale as after they took my information they we're not in too much of a rush to call me back as I had to call them back several times. Wouldn't recommend this place at all

They kept me informed of what was needed and made a few recommendations (your choice) with no pressure. The price of repairs were reasonable, our vehicle was inspected, fixed and we’re satisfied.

Shoutout to this fantastic team for being patient and understand! Chris (Toyota salesman, go see him ASAP) was PHENOMENAL! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Although I came in for a Toyota, he stuck by me the whole way through. (He literally took me to the dealership next store to make sure I was getting what I needed) David (Mitsubishi Sales Manager) is extremely personable, and did a me a solid by crunching numbers and handing me discounts where he could. He treats people with respect and truly cares for his customers. Mr. Singleton was the the one that tied it all together in the end. He’s honest, does not waste your time, and was a pleasure to work with. -Best music selection hands down, you will dance and sing your way through this dealership all day long! - This was in fact my first new car purchase, great experience, no hassle, honest, genuine, all around great experience.

SCAMMERS! Do not purchase a car from this place! This dealership is Pittman Dealership. They put on my contract my vehicle was new with 10miles on my contract and the vehicle was used with almost 3000 miles. Who do you confused new with used. The car had a transmission issue and while car was still in pending status they refused to cancel the pending contract. Their advertisement is a whole scam . READ OVER EVERYTHING I MEAN WORD FOR WORD AND DO NOT SIGN UNTIL YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND YOUR DOCUMENTS AND GET ALL DOCUMENTS PRINTED BEFORE SIGNING ELECTRONICALLY. I came to this dealership because of their radio ads, which were completely misleading. What was advertised did not match the reality once I arrived. The staff had little to no clear knowledge of the actual vehicle pricing, financing terms, or how credit factors into the deal, which is concerning for a car dealership. I was upfront from the very beginning about my budget, credit situation, and expectations. Instead of listening and working within what I clearly explained, they repeatedly ignored what I laid out and tried to steer the conversation in a different direction. It felt like my time wasn’t respected at all. If you’re advertising specific deals or making claims on the radio, your team should be informed, transparent, and prepared to back that up in person. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honesty, clear communication, or transparency

I am a repeat customer who has now purchased new and used, and the customer experience was outstanding both times. Branndon Page was an excellent sales consultant who was patient and helpful during my test drive / inspection. David McConaghy worked his magic (again) to get me the out the door number that I needed with my desired used vehicle and my trade in. David Treadwell saved me money in the finance office, highlighting my benefits as a disabled Veteran.The team at Chatham Parkway Mitsubishi is personable and you don’t feel like you are “bothering” them or feel any pressure / judged (unlike most car dealerships). They have secured my future business and I highly recommend them!
